−前述のマトリクス材料のサブ部分において、マトリクス材料のポア内に配置される充填材料。充填材料の化学的および/または物理的組成は、通常、マトリクス材料とは異なる。すなわち、両方の材料は、サブ部分でを分析した際に区別される。サブ部分の外側での充填材料の濃度は、通常ゼロであり、または所与の閾値よりも低い。

Claims (15)
- 流体をフィルタ処理するフィルタユニットであって、
a)少なくとも一つのアパーチャを有し、前記流体に対して不透過性の少なくとも一つの箔と、
b)前記流体の少なくとも一部に対して透過性のフィルタ材料であって、前記箔のアパーチャに一体化されたフィルタ材料と、
を有するフィルタユニット。 - 堅いキャリアと、
請求項1に記載のフィルタユニットと、
が相互に取り付けられた、カートリッジ。 - フィルタ材料を有するフィルタユニットを製造する方法であって、
−2つの箔を相互に取り付けるステップであって、前記フィルタ材料がこれらの間に取り囲まれるステップと、
−前記フィルタ材料の位置において、各箔に、少なくとも一つのアパーチャを提供するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 流体をフィルタ処理するフィルタ材料、特に、請求項1に記載のフィルタユニット用のフィルタ材料であって、
−前記流体が通るポアを有するマトリクス材料と、
−前記マトリクス材料のサブ部分において、前記ポア内に配置された充填材料と、
を有する、フィルタ材料。 - 前記フィルタ材料は、中間箔の前記アパーチャに配置され、前記中間箔は、上部箔と底部箔の間に埋設される、請求項1に記載のフィルタユニット。
- 前記フィルタ材料の周囲領域または端部領域は、前記上部箔と底部箔の間の、前記中間箔のレベルで取り付けられ/クランプ固定され、
前記端部領域または周囲領域のポアは、充填材料で充填される、請求項5に記載のフィルタユニット。 - 当該フィルタユニットの少なくとも一つの箔は、少なくとも一つのキャビティを有する、請求項1に記載のフィルタユニット。
- 前記フィルタ材料は、ドーム状の形状を有する、請求項1に記載のフィルタユニット。
- 前記フィルタ材料を一方向に加圧する保持素子を有し、
該保持素子は、好ましくは追加箔である、請求項1に記載のフィルタユニット。 - 使用中にアクセス可能な前記フィルタ材料の側は、所与の最小値と最大値の間の範囲の量の流体を保持するように設計され、前記量は、前記フィルタ材料を完全に覆い、接着力のみによって保持される、請求項1に記載のフィルタユニット。
- 前記フィルタ材料は、少なくとも2つのアパーチャを有する箔によって被覆され、前記アパーチャにより、前記フィルタ材料へのアクセスが提供される、請求項1に記載のフィルタユニット。
- 前記キャリアは、流体を収容する少なくとも一つのキャビティを有し、
前記キャビティは、好ましくは、前記フィルタ材料に接続される、請求項2または12に記載のカートリッジ。 - 前記キャリアの少なくとも一つのキャビティは、前記関連するフィルタユニットの箔によって被覆される、請求項11に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記フィルタ材料の第1の側に、プレ処理流体システムが配置され、
前記フィルタ材料の反対側に、ポスト処理流体システムが配置され、
