Abstract
Description
第1の人工血管部全体が鎖骨下動脈より遠位に位置するように、圧縮状態の腔内人工血管を大動脈に挿入するステップ、および
プロテーゼ材料を有さないステント部が大動脈弓内の腕頭動脈、総頸動脈および左鎖骨下動脈の起点の領域で放出され、第2の人工血管部が腕頭動脈の起点より近位に放出されるようにして、腔内人工血管を拡張状態にするステップ
を含む。
Claims (10)
- 第1の末端(12;32)および第2の末端(13;33)を有する中空円筒状の本体(11;31)を備える腔内人工血管(10;30)であって、
第1の末端(12;32)に位置する第1の人工血管部(14;34);
第2の末端(13;33)に位置する第2の人工血管部(16;36);および
ステント部(18;38)を備え、
第1の人工血管部(14;34)が、蛇行形状の支持体(20)から構成される一連のリング(19)と、リング(19)上に固定されてリングを連結しているプロテーゼ材料(15;35)とを有すること;
第2の人工血管部(16;36)が、プロテーゼ材料(17;35)のみを有し、プロテーゼ材料(17;35)に接続された、蛇行形状の支持体(40)から構成される一連のリング(39)を有さないこと;および
ステント部(18;38)が、第1の人工血管部(14;34)と第2の人工血管部(16;36)との間に設けられ、人工血管部(14;34;16;36)と強固に連結され、かつプロテーゼ材料を有さないこと
を特徴とする、腔内人工血管。 - 大動脈(50)、特に上行大動脈(52)、大動脈弓(54)および下行大動脈(56)の領域への移植のために設計された、請求項1に記載の腔内人工血管(10;30)であって、圧縮状態から拡張状態へと移行させることができ、第1の人工血管部(14;34)と第2の人工血管部(16;36)とが、人工血管(10;30)を大動脈(50)に固定できるように設計されている、腔内人工血管。
- 第1の人工血管部(14;34)およびステント部(18;38)が自己拡張性材料から作られているかまたは自己拡張性材料を含む、請求項1または2に記載の腔内人工血管(10;30)。
- プロテーゼ材料を有さないステント部(18;38)を大動脈弓(54)の領域で放出し、拡張状態にすることができる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の腔内人工血管(10;30)。
- 第1の人工血管部(14;34)が、蛇行形状の支持体(20)から構成される2〜5連のリング(19)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の腔内人工血管(10;30)。
- 第1の人工血管部(14;34)が、蛇行形状の支持体(20)から構成される3個の連なったリング(19)を有し、リング(19)がプロテーゼ材料(15)によって互いに連結されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の腔内人工血管(10;30)。
- プロテーゼ材料を有さないステント部(18;38)が、編組または撚組されたワイヤーブレードを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の腔内人工血管(10;30)。
- プロテーゼ材料を有さないステント部(18;38)がレーザー切断されたチューブである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の腔内人工血管(10;30)。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の腔内人工血管(10;30)を放出する方法であって、
第1の人工血管部(141;34)全体が鎖骨下動脈(59)より遠位に位置するように、圧縮状態の腔内人工血管(10;30)を患者の大動脈(50)に挿入するステップ、および
プロテーゼ材料を有さないステント部(18;38)が大動脈弓(54)内の腕頭動脈(57)、総頸動脈(58)および左鎖骨下動脈(59)の起点の領域で放出され、第2の人工血管部(16;36)が腕頭動脈(57)の起点より近位に放出されるようにして、腔内人工血管(10;30)を拡張状態にするステップ
を含む方法。 - 胸部大動脈の解離または動脈瘤の治療に用いるための、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の腔内人工血管。
