- 同軸に配置されている第1および第2の人工血管本幹部分(20,22)を通って延びる長手方向軸(L)に垂直な軸(A)に関して、第2の人工血管本幹長手方向中央部分(25)の2つの人工血管側枝(17,18)が、先細になる外周部分(25a)に、軸(A)の左右にそれぞれ約120°〜150°の角度で配置されている、請求項3〜7のいずれかに記載の自己拡張型人工血管(10)。
- 人工血管本幹(12)および/または人工血管側枝(15,16,17,18)がステントリング(32,33,34,35)を有し、これらのステントリング(32,33,34,35)が、長手方向に沿って前後に距離をおいて配置され、それぞれが蛇行状に延在し、かつ互いにプロテーゼ材料(30)のみによって接続されている、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の自己拡張型人工血管(10)。
- 少なくとも開口部(13,14)および/または人工血管側枝の自由端(15b,17b)の領域、ならびに/または人工血管本幹から人工血管側枝が出る領域(15a,15b)に放射線不透過性マーカー(50,51,52)が備えられている、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の自己拡張型人工血管(10)。
- 人工血管本幹(12)から出る人工血管側枝(15,16,17,18)が、第1および/または第2の人工血管本幹長手方向部分(24,25)の先細になっている外周部分(24a,25a)に存在する楕円形の開口部(40,42)を介して、人工血管本幹(12)に接続されている、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の自己拡張型人工血管(10)。
- 人工血管本幹(12)が胸腹部大動脈内に配置できるよう設計されており、人工血管側枝(15,16,17,18)が内臓の動脈への供給を目的として設計されている、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の自己拡張型人工血管(10)。
- さらに少なくとも第1のステントグラフトを含み、該ステントグラフトが第1のステントグラフト開口部と第2のステントグラフト開口部と、該2つのステントグラフト開口部間に延びる内腔とを有し、第1のステントグラフト開口部が、人工血管(10)の第2の開口部(14)内への部分的な挿入が可能であるように設計され、そのような寸法とされている、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の自己拡張型人工血管(10)。
- さらに少なくとも第2の人工血管を含み、該第2の人工血管が第1の人工血管開口部と第2の人工血管開口部と、該2つの人工血管開口部間に延びる内腔とを有し、第1の人工血管開口部が、主血管から出る分枝血管への供給のために、人工血管の側枝(15,16,17,18)内への部分的な挿入が可能であるように設計されている、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の自己拡張型人工血管(10)。
- 第2の人工血管がステントを有する、または有さない、請求項14に記載の自己拡張型人工血管(10)。
- 2つの人工血管側枝(15,16)が、約45°の角度で配置されている、請求項7に記載の自己拡張型人工血管(10)。
- 2つの人工血管側枝(15,16)が、約135°の角度で配置されている、請求項8に記載の自己拡張型人工血管(10)。
