Abstract
容易にハブに固定することができ、その輪郭部がエネルギー生産に適合され得るロータ羽根を提供すること。
【解決手段】
タービン用のロータ羽根において、該ロータ羽根1が、中空室10と、その下端部において少なくとも2つのリブ32,32’とを備えている。また、タービンロータのハブ4との結合のためのジャーナル2が設けられており、該ジャーナルが前記リブ32,32’に固結されている。さらに、前記ジャーナル2は、係合式及び/又は嵌合式に前記リブ32,32’に結合されている。

Claims (13)
- タービン用のロータ羽根において、
該ロータ羽根(1)が、中空室(10)と、その下端部において少なくとも2つのリブ(32,32’,42,42’,52,52’,62,62’,72,72’)とを備えていることを特徴とするロータ羽根。 - タービンロータのハブ(4)との結合のためのジャーナル(2)が設けられており、該ジャーナルが前記リブ(32,32’,42,42’,52,52’,62,62’,72,72’)に固結されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のロータ羽根。
- 前記ジャーナル(2)が、係合式及び/又は嵌合式に前記リブ(32,32’,42,42’,52,52’,62,62’,72,72’)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のロータ羽根。
- 当該ロータ羽根(1)が鋼製であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のロータ羽根。
- 前記ジャーナル(2)が、軸方向に配置された少なくとも1つのボルト(37)によって少なくとも1つの前記リブ(32’)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のロータ羽根。
- 前記ジャーナル(2)が、径方向に配置された少なくとも1つのボルトあるいはピン(47)によって少なくとも1つの前記リブ(42’)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のロータ羽根。
- 前記ジャーナル(2)が、少なくとも1つの円すい部(56,66)又は段部(66’)を備えているとともに、この円すい部又は段部によって1つの前記リブ(52’,62’)に嵌合式に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のロータ羽根。
- 前記ジャーナル(2)が1つの別の円すい部(58,68)又は段部(68’)を備えており、該別の円すい部(58,68)が前記第1の円すい部(56,66)に対して逆方向の傾斜を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7記載のロータ羽根。
- ホルダリング(55,65)が設けられており、該ホルダリングが前記別の円すい部(58,68)に係合式に結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項8記載のロータ羽根。
- 少なくとも1つの前記リブ(52’,62’)に結合されたテンションロッド(57,67)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載のロータ羽根。
- 前記ジャーナル(2)が前記テンションロッド(57,67)の付勢によって少なくとも2つの前記リブ(52,52’,62,62’)に嵌合式に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項10記載のロータ羽根。
- 前記ジャーナル(2)が、少なくとも2つの前記リブ(72,72’)で係合式に締結されるとともに、締付リング(77)によって係合式及び嵌合式に固定保持されることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のロータ羽根。
- タービン、特に潮流タービンにおいて、
当該タービンが請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の、少なくとも2つ、好ましくは3つのロータ羽根(1)を備えていることを特徴とするタービン。
