Description
Claims (12)
- タービン用のロータ羽根であって、該ロータ羽根(1)が中空室(10)を備えている前記ロータ羽根において、前記ロータ羽根(1)が、その下端部において前記中空室(10)に少なくとも2つのリブ(32,32’,42,42’,52,52’,62,62’,72,72’)を備えており、タービンロータのハブ(4)との結合のためのジャーナル(2)が設けられており、前記ジャーナルが、最も下側の前記リブにおけるぴったりと適合する開口部を通して前記ロータ羽根の下端部へ挿入されるとともに、最も上側の前記リブまで到達し、そこで1つの凹部へ挿入されるとともに、前記リブ(32,32’,42,42’,52,52’,62,62’,72,72’)に係合式及び/又は嵌合式に結合されており、前記ジャーナル(2)が、少なくとも1つの第1の円すい部(56,66)を備えているとともに、この第1の円すい部によって1つの前記リブ(52’,62’)に嵌合式に結合されていることを特徴とするロータ羽根。
- タービン用のロータ羽根であって、該ロータ羽根(1)が中空室(10)を備えている前記ロータ羽根において、前記ロータ羽根(1)が、その下端部において前記中空室(10)に少なくとも2つのリブ(32,32’,42,42’,52,52’,62,62’,72,72’)を備えており、タービンロータのハブ(4)との結合のためのジャーナル(2)が設けられており、前記ジャーナルが、最も下側の前記リブにおけるぴったりと適合する開口部を通して前記ロータ羽根の下端部へ挿入されるとともに、最も上側の前記リブまで到達し、そこで1つの凹部へ挿入されるとともに、前記リブ(32,32’,42,42’,52,52’,62,62’,72,72’)に係合式及び/又は嵌合式に結合されており、前記ジャーナル(2)が、少なくとも1つの段部(66’)を備えているとともに、この段部によって1つの前記リブ(52’,62’)に嵌合式に結合されていることを特徴とするロータ羽根。
- 当該ロータ羽根(1)が鋼製であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のロータ羽根。
- 前記ジャーナル(2)が、軸方向に配置された少なくとも1つのボルト(37)によって少なくとも1つの前記リブ(32’)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のロータ羽根。
- 前記ジャーナル(2)が、径方向に配置された少なくとも1つのボルトあるいはピン(47)によって少なくとも1つの前記リブ(42’)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のロータ羽根。
- 前記ジャーナル(2)が1つの別の円すい部(58,68)を備えており、該別の円すい部(58,68)が前記第1の円すい部(56,66)に対して逆方向の傾斜を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のロータ羽根。
- 前記ジャーナル(2)が1つの別の段部(68’)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のロータ羽根。
- ホルダリング(55,65)が設けられており、該ホルダリングが前記別の円すい部(58,68)に係合式に結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項6記載のロータ羽根。
- 少なくとも1つの前記リブ(52’,62’)に結合されたテンションロッド(57,67)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のロータ羽根。
- 前記ジャーナル(2)が前記テンションロッド(57,67)の付勢によって少なくとも2つの前記リブ(52,52’,62,62’)に嵌合式に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載のロータ羽根。
- タービンにおいて、
当該タービンが請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の、少なくとも2つのロータ羽根(1)を備えていることを特徴とするタービン。 - 当該タービンが潮流タービンであることを特徴とする請求項11記載のタービン。
