Claims (8)
- 二つの異なる構成要素の粉末の混合物を含むゲッター組成物であって、前記構成要素が、非蒸発性ゲッター合金で構成されており、前記二つの構成要素の第一構成要素が、高い活性化温度を有する少なくとも一つの非蒸発性ゲッター合金で構成され、第二構成要素が、低い活性化温度を有する少なくとも一つの非蒸発性ゲッター合金で構成され、前記第一構成要素と前記第二構成要素との重量比が、1:4より大きく、7:3より小さいことを特徴とする、ゲッター組成物。
- 高い活性化温度を有する前記非蒸発性ゲッター合金と、低い活性化温度を有する前記非蒸発性ゲッター合金との前記重量比が、3:7より大きく、3:2より小さい、請求項1に記載のゲッター組成物。
- 高い活性化温度を有する前記非蒸発性ゲッター合金が、二成分のZr系合金若しくはTi系合金又はそれらの混合物、及び、三成分のZr系合金若しくはTi系合金又はそれらの混合物の中から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載のゲッター組成物。
- 前記Zr系合金又はTi系合金が、Zr−Al,Zr−Ni、Ti−Ni、Zr−Al−X、Zr−Ni−X合金、又はそれらの混合物の中から選択される、請求項3に記載のゲッター組成物。
- 低い活性化温度を有する前記非蒸発性ゲッター合金が、Zr−Fe−Y合金、Zr−V−Fe合金、Zr−V−Fe−Mn−ミッシュメタル合金、及び、Aがイットリウム、ランタン、希土類元素又はそれらの混合物の中から選択される元素であるZr−Co−A合金、の中から選択されるZr系合金で構成される、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のゲッター組成物。
- 前記高い活性化温度の合金及び前記低い活性化温度の合金が、それぞれ230μm及び250μmより小さい、より好ましくはそれぞれ125μm及び210μmより小さい粒径を有する粉末の形状で用いられる、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のゲッター組成物。
- 請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のゲッター組成物を含むゲッターデバイス。
- システムが、粒子加速器、X線発生管、陰極線管又はCRTで形成されるディスプレイ、(FEDと呼ばれる)フィールドエミッションタイプのフラットディスプレイ、サーマルボトル(サーモス)、デュワー瓶、並びに、油の抽出及び輸送のための管等で用いられる断熱のための真空カバー、高輝度放電ランプ及び真空断熱ガラスの真空カバー、又はガス封入ランプの中から選択される、請求項7に記載のゲッターデバイスを含むシステム。
