Claims (15)
- 中心軸線の周りに配置されたコアアセンブリと、
前記コアアセンブリに含まれる電動発電機のステーターと、
前記中心軸線に沿って軸線方向に離隔された少なくとも第1および第2のスロット付きステーターリムと、
前記スロット付きステーターリムのスロット内のアーマチュアコイルと、
各々が前記中心軸線の周りに配置された一つ以上のフィールドコイルと、
前記ステーターの周りに位置する電動発電機ローターと、
を備え、
前記少なくとも第1および第2のスロット付きステーターリムは前記中心軸線と同軸に積層され、
前記電動発電機ローターは複数のローターセグメントを含み、
各前記ローターセグメントは、前記少なくとも第1および第2のスロット付きステーターリムの間に磁気回路を形成し、
各前記ローターセグメントは、非磁性材料によって他のローターセグメントから離隔されている、単極電動発電装置。 - 各前記ローターセグメントは、2つの磁気1/2極、および、前記2つの磁気1/2極を相互接続する鉄側板を有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ローターセグメントの前記2つの1/2極は前記鉄側板の反対側から伸長する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ローターの内部において、各前記ローターセグメントを分離する、ローターセグメント磁気アイソレーション材料をさらに備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ローターはバック鉄心を有しない、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ローターセグメントを形成するよう積層されたローターセグメント薄板をさらに備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 各前記ローターセグメント薄板は、曲がっていない突起部と、前記曲がっていない突起部の間の曲がった中央部とを有し、前記曲がった中央部は前記電動発電機ローターの輪郭に従う、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ローターセグメント薄板は、シートストックから切断され、前記曲がっていない突起部は反対方向に折り曲げられて薄板を形成する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- n個のスターターチャネルを画成するステーターのn個の極と、
各前記スターターチャネルに関連する一組のアーマチュアコイルと、
をさらに備え、
アーマチュアコイルの各組は、nチャネル電源内のそれぞれのAC−DC電力コンバータによって、電力を双方向に変換するように構成されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - ひとつの磁気1/2極によって与えられるN極と、
ひとつの磁気1/2極によって与えられるS極と
をさらに備え、
前記コアアセンブリは電動発電機の動作中に前記ローターセグメントを選択的に磁化するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の装置。 - 動作中に磁気回路をさらに備え、
前記磁気回路は半径方向に千鳥格子状に配列されかつ反対向きのローターセグメントの極を通過し、
前記ローターセグメントはフィールドコイルを束縛する隣接リムの外周面上に延在する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記ローターによって画成された回転軸線をさらに備え、
前記スターターフィールドコイルは前記回転軸線に垂直に配列され、
前記ステーターアーマチュアコイルは前記回転軸線に平行に配列されている、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記ローターセグメントは、前記ローターセグメントの間のスペースにより、格子状の構造を形成する、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記ローターセグメントは、回転軸線に沿って離隔されたステーターリムの間に磁気回路を作るように形成されている、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記アーマチュアコイルの各々は中央軸線のフィールド領域にわたって伸長する、請求項9に記載の装置。
