Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの相互に電気的に絶縁された導体接点(1、2)を有する挿入型コネクタ(10)を製造する方法であって、前記導体接点(1、2)が、金属板の接続部(4)を介して一緒に接続されるように、金属板から切断され、前記導体接点(1、2)が、前記導体接点を互いに固定する電気絶縁ハウジング(6)を形成する電気絶縁材料に部分的に埋設され、更に前記接続部(4)が、分離されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記接続部(4)を介して一緒に接続される複数の第1導体接点(1)が、金属板から切断され、かつ一緒に接続される複数の第2導体接点(2)が、金属板から切断されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の第2導体接点(2)が、導体接触板(3)の形をとり、かつ互いに分離されないことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記導体接触板(3)が、接続部材(4)を介して前記複数の第1導体接点(1)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1導体接点(1)及び前記第2導体接点(2)が、前記金属板から切断され、かつ前記第1導体接点(1)が、各々において4つの第2導体接点(2)によって取り囲まれるように前記ハウジング(6)に組み込まれることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記導体接点(1、2)及び前記接続部(4)が、スタンピング、パンチング又はダイ切断によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記埋設が、プラスチック材料の周りの成形によって実行されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記導体接点(1、2)が、前記ハウジングの開口部に突き出る弾性接触舌片の形をとることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記弾性接触舌片が、前記金属板からの切断中、又は切断後に屈曲されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ハウジング(6)が、嵌合相手の挿入型コネクタ(9)に対する接続のための接続手段を形成するように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
