Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a panel construction device used for transporting a panel and installing the panel between columns made of H steel, and a panel guide for attaching the panel to the upper end portion of the column to guide the insertion of the panel. .
A sound insulation wall may be adopted as a side wall of an expressway or the like. As this type of sound insulation wall, there is a structure in which a plurality of sound insulation panels are stacked up and down in a plurality of stages between pillars made of H steel standing at predetermined intervals along the road (
After the sound insulation panel is transported to the installation site, it is inserted and installed between the columns at the construction site from above. Such problems are exacerbated when using large precast concrete concrete panels. Then, although it installs using hoisting machines, such as a winch and a crane, the technique which can perform the operation | work until a panel is conveyed and installed in the field more smoothly and safely was desired.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to ensure high workability and sufficient safety and to reduce the construction cost when performing the installation work by inserting the panel between the columns from above. It aims at providing the panel construction apparatus and panel guide which can also aim.
The panel construction apparatus according to the present invention is a panel construction in which a rectangular panel is installed between pillars made of H steel by adjusting the vertical panel so that the surface direction is substantially vertical and the one side is substantially horizontal. An apparatus, a base attached to the elevating part of a self-propelled vehicle provided with an elevating part, supported by the base via an X axis and a Z axis, and the X axis being the panel with respect to the panel The frame is arranged in parallel with the one side direction of the panel, and the Z axis is opposed to the other side direction substantially orthogonal to the one side direction of the panel. An X-axis driving means for rotating, a Z-axis driving means for rotating the frame around the Z-axis, and a frame provided on the frame, and sucking the panel by negative pressure action A suction pad to hold and provided on the frame When the suction pad holds the panel and adjusts the panel to the standing position, the suction pad can be moved forward and backward in the downward direction of the panel, and is moved to the holding position below the panel when moving forward. A panel lower end holding member to be positioned, and a panel upper end that is rotatable over the front and rear of the upper end edge of the panel and that is positioned at a holding position that opposes the other surface of the panel across the upper end edge when rotating forward And a part holding member.
The panel construction apparatus of this invention is used as follows, for example. First, a self-propelled vehicle is brought closer to the panel to be constructed, and the suction pad provided on the frame is attached to the panel by appropriately combining the lifting and lowering operations of the lifting and lowering portions of the vehicle and the rotation operations of the X and Z axes. The suction pad is opposed to one surface, and the suction pad is brought into contact with the surface of the panel and a negative pressure is generated to hold the panel by suction pad. When the panel is sucked and held by the suction pad, the X axis is adjusted to be substantially parallel to the one side direction of the panel. Therefore, the Z axis is substantially parallel to the other side direction of the panel. Next, the panel is lifted using the elevating unit and the X-axis is appropriately rotated to adjust the panel to a standing posture with the surface direction along the substantially vertical direction and the one side direction along the substantially horizontal direction. . Also, until the adjustment to the standing posture or immediately after the adjustment, the panel upper end holding member is rotated to be positioned at the holding position on the other side of the panel, and the panel lower end holding member is advanced to advance the panel. Position in the lower holding position.
Subsequently, the self-propelled vehicle is driven to transport the standing panel to the panel construction location between the columns, the panel is lifted to the upper position between the columns by the lifting unit, and the Z axis is rotated as necessary to rotate the panel Is positioned in a position where it can be inserted parallel to the direction between the columns. Next, the panel is lowered by the elevating part and both side ends of the panel are inserted into the support column, the panel is lowered to the installation position, and the suction holding of the panel by the suction pad is released to complete the installation. Here, the panel upper end holding member is rotated to the original position and retracted while the panel is being lowered, and the panel lower end holding member is retracted immediately before the installation position to open the lower end of the panel.
According to the panel construction apparatus of the present invention, when the suction holding of the panel by the suction pad fails for some reason during the panel transport and the suction holding is removed, the panel is placed on the panel lower end holding member and the panel upper end Since the part holding member prevents the other surface side opposite to the surface to be attracted from falling, the fall is prevented. Since there is a suction pad on the one surface side that has been sucked and held by the suction pad, this side can be prevented from falling down by the suction pad. Therefore, even if the panel is removed from the suction pad, an accident such as falling or falling can be prevented, and safety is sufficiently ensured. In addition, since the panel transport and the posture control can be performed accurately regardless of human power, the workability can be improved at low cost.
The panel construction apparatus of the present invention includes a form in which the frame is supported by the base via a Y axis that is orthogonal to the X axis and the Z axis. By including this form, the posture of the panel can be controlled around the Y axis, and the posture control of the panel can be performed with higher accuracy, and the labor of manpower can be further saved.
The panel construction apparatus of the present invention includes a form in which a plurality of the suction pads are provided, and a negative pressure circuit that generates negative pressure connected to the suction pads is separated into at least two systems. By including this form, even if the suction pad connected to one negative pressure circuit is detached from the panel, the suction pad connected to another negative pressure circuit holds the panel by suction. It is maintained and safety is improved.
Next, the panel guide of the present invention has a support made of H steel having a web and a pair of flanges, and grooves are formed on both side surfaces, with the grooves facing each other at a predetermined interval, In constructing a wall by inserting a panel from above between the groove portions of a pair of adjacent columns, a panel guide is attached to the upper end portion of the column and guides the panel into the groove portion, A mounting portion having a U-shaped base portion corresponding to the web and the flange, which is detachably attached to the upper end surface of the support column and forms the groove on at least one side of the upper end surface, A first guide part extending upward formed at a position corresponding to the web, and two second guide parts extending upward formed at a position corresponding to the flange, the first guide part and Wherein at least the upper end portion of the second guide portion, wherein the tapered portion extending toward the outside of the groove of the one side is formed toward the upper side.
According to the panel guide of the present invention, when the side end portion of the panel is inserted from above into the groove portion of the column made of H steel, the taper portion of the panel guide is provided by the first guide portion and the second guide portion of the panel guide. The side end portion is guided into the groove portion and can be smoothly inserted. For this reason, improvement of workability is achieved.
In the panel guide of the present invention, the base portion of the mounting portion is formed in an H shape corresponding to the web and the flange forming the groove portions on both sides of the upper end surface of the support column, Two of the first guide portions formed at positions corresponding to the web are formed corresponding to the groove portions on both sides, and these two first guide portions are viewed from above with respect to the groove portions on both sides. In some cases, the shape is formed in a shape that does not interfere. According to the panel guide of this form, since the first guide portion is formed in a shape that does not interfere with the groove portions on both sides of the column when viewed from above, when the panel is installed on both sides of one column at the same time, The panels do not interfere with the first guide part, and the panel can be inserted into the groove part.
According to the present invention, a panel construction apparatus and a panel guide that can secure high workability and sufficient safety and can reduce the construction cost for the work of inserting and installing the panel between the columns from above. Is provided.

[2] Panel Construction Device [2-1] Configuration The

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, a panel upper end holding mechanism is provided at the upper and lower ends of two vertical frames 142 (hereinafter referred to as end

[2-2] Usage Method and Action of Panel Construction Apparatus Next, an example of usage and action of the
The
For example, when a plurality of panels are stacked in a stockyard or the like, the
When the
Subsequently, the
Subsequently, the
According to the
The
In addition, it is preferable in terms of safety to connect two separated negative pressure circuits to a plurality of (here, 12)

[3-1] Panel Guide of One Embodiment
The mounting
The
A
On the other hand, on the upper surface of the
When the
The
When the side end of the
When the panel guide is attached to the upper end of the
[3-2] Panel Guide According to Other Embodiments A
A
On the other hand, two
The two
Also in this
When the side end portion of the
