Description

The present invention relates to an installation method and an installation system for an overhead crane when a new overhead crane is installed, expanded, and updated in a building.

When the overhead crane is installed after the building is completed, it is necessary to lift the overhead crane to a position higher than the installation height. Therefore, the height of the entire building must be increased. For this reason, the overhead crane is placed in an operable state when the steel structure of the building on which the overhead crane is installed is built (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).

Here, the inventions described in Patent Literatures 1 and 2 are intended only for the case of newly installing an overhead crane, and are installed in a building, for example, when adding or updating an overhead crane. In order to avoid interference with equipment, the walls and roof of the building are cut off and installed from outside the building using large heavy machinery (such as truck cranes). For this reason, there is a problem that an overhead crane cannot be built unless a space for placing large heavy machinery can be secured around the building. In addition, in the case of a building by the sea, the walls and roofs are cut into the building. There is also a problem that sea breeze flows in and adversely affects equipment in the building. On the other hand, even if a truck crane can enter the building, depending on the roof height and shape of the building, the boom of the truck crane and the ceiling of the building may interfere, and the overhead lift cannot be secured and the overhead crane must be installed. There is also a problem that cannot be done.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides an installation method and an installation system for an overhead crane capable of newly installing, adding, and updating an overhead crane using a limited space of a building. It is held above the region 19. Further, the unit frame 27 is combined as a first unit structure to form a suspension base 36 attached to the lower center of the first horizontal support frame 21 held above the work area 19, and the second unit The unit frame 27 is combined as a structure to form a moving table 37 that moves on the work area 19, and the turntable 22 can be attached to the upper part of the first horizontal support frame 21.

Thereby, the girder member 13 (14) placed on the turntable 22 is passed between the pair of rail support bases 11 and 12 using the large stroke jack 20, and is held at a position higher than the rails 11a and 12a. The girder member 13 (14) is supported by moving the movable table 37 to the lower part of the suspension table 36 and integrated with the suspension table 36 to form the support frame 23 for turning, and the girder member 13 (14) using the turntable 22. ) Is rotated and arranged perpendicular to the rails 11a and 12a, and then the moving base 37 is separated from the suspension base 36, and the large stroke jack 20 is operated to lower the girder member 13 (14) so as to be on the rails 11a and 12a. It can be mounted on.

And as shown in FIG. 4, the chill tank 38 (an example of the moving means provided with the mechanism in which a some roller revolves while rotating) using the fastening means which is not illustrated is attached to the lower part of the movement stand 37 beforehand, It moves through the chill tank 38 on the conveyance path 39 disposed on the work area 19 and enters below the suspension platform 36. Here, the chill tank 38 is attached to the lower part of the pillar member disposed on the outer peripheral side of the movable table 37, and a manual screw jack (not shown) is disposed on the lower part of the remaining column members disposed on the inner side of the movable table 37. (For example, when the movable table 37 has column members arranged in 4 rows and 4 columns in plan view, the chill tank 38 is attached to the lower part of the 12 column members on the outer peripheral side, A manual screw jack is attached to the bottom of the four column members). When the girder member 13 (14) is supported by the turning support base 23, a manual screw jack attached to a column member disposed inside the moving base 37 is extended and comes into contact with the conveyance path 39. State. Thereby, the load of the girder member 13 (14) can be supported via the column member disposed inside the movable table 37.

Further, the second horizontal support frame 43 is configured by using a girder member 31 longer than the trolley front-rear width along the front-rear direction orthogonal to the traveling direction of the trolley 15, and the longitudinal direction of the second horizontal support frame 43 is the front-rear direction. , The front and rear sides of the second horizontal support frame 43 are supported by the large stroke jack 20 which is an example of the second lifting means disposed in the work area 19 so as to face each other in the front-rear direction. Can do. And the 3rd horizontal support frame 43a is comprised using the girder member 31a longer than the trolley left-right width along the running direction of the trolley 15, and the longitudinal direction of the 3rd horizontal support frame 43a is set to the rail support bases 11 and 12. The lower part of the center part of the third horizontal support frame 43 a can be placed on the upper part of the center of the second horizontal support frame 43 by being aligned along the orthogonal direction. Further, when the second and third horizontal support frames 43 and 43a are lifted by the large stroke jack 20, a unit which is an example of a plurality of third unit structures below both sides of the third horizontal support frame 43a. An elevating mechanism 50a having a support base 50 configured by combining the frame 27 and a large stroke jack 20 which is an example of third elevating means provided on the support base 50 so as to be horizontally movable can be arranged.

Therefore, when the trolley 15 is installed, the trolley 15 is placed on the center upper part of the third horizontal support frame 43a with its traveling direction aligned in a direction perpendicular to the rail support tables 11 and 12, The large stroke jack 20 can be lifted via the second and third horizontal support frames 43 and 43a, and is lifted below both sides of the third horizontal support frame 43a protruding to the left and right below the lifted trolley 15. 50a is arranged, the large stroke jack 20 provided in the elevating mechanism 50a is moved and arranged at the lower part on both sides of the third horizontal support frame 43a, and the rail 11a is supported on both sides of the third horizontal support frame 43a. , 12a can be lifted up to the upper position of the girder members 13 and 14 and placed on the girder members 13 and 14.

Then, the installation method of the overhead crane which concerns on one embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
In the method of installing the overhead crane according to the present embodiment, the overhead crane 16 is further added on the rails 11a and 12a respectively provided on the rail support bases 11 and 12 on which an existing overhead crane (not shown) travels. The girder members 13 and 14 to be paired with the overhead crane 16 are overlaid on the rails 11a and 12a, and then the trolley 15 is placed on the girder members 13 and 14. Hereinafter, each step will be described.

As shown in FIG. 2, using an existing overhead crane, each component constituting the overhead crane installation system 17, that is, a large stroke jack 20, a turntable 22, a girder member 31, a unit frame 27, a conveyance path. 39, chill tank 38, first and second mounting tables 25 and 46, first, second and third laying members 26, 44 and 48, first, second and third mounting members 28 and 45, 49 is carried into the work area 19 from the equipment carry-in port 40 formed in the floor 18. And the 1st floor member 26, the unit frame 27, and the 1st mounting member 28 are connected, the 1st mounting base 25 is formed, each girder member 13 ( 14) so that both sides of the girder member 13 (14) mounted obliquely with respect to the rail support bases 11 and 12 can be supported so that both sides of the rail support bases 11 and 12 are not in contact with each other. 1 is placed in the work area 19 via the mounting table 25. Next, the suspension frame 36 is formed by combining the unit frames 27, and fixed so that both sides of the first horizontal support frame 21 formed from the girder member 31 protrude from the suspension table 36 at the upper center of the suspension frame 36. Further, the bottom plate portion 34 of the turntable 22 is placed and fixed at the center of the upper surface of the first horizontal support base 21.

Subsequently, the first horizontal support base 21 to which the turntable 22 is fixed is disposed in the work area 19 so that the rotation center of the turntable 22 is positioned at the center of the pair of rails 11a and 12a. The first horizontal support frame 21 is placed and fixed to the cradle 32 so as to connect the cradle 32 of the elevating part 24 of the large stroke jack 20. As a result, both sides of the first horizontal support base 21 are supported by the large stroke jack 20. The unit frame 27 is combined to form a moving table 37, and a chill tank 38 is attached to the lower part of the moving table 37. Furthermore, on the work area 19, one side of the conveyance path 39 on which the chill tank 38 travels is arranged inside the first mounting table 25, and the other side extends from the first mounting table 25 to the outside, The moving table 37 is placed on the other side of the conveyance path 39 (the first step).

Using the existing overhead crane, each component constituting the girder member 13 of the overhead crane 16 to be added is carried into the work area 19 from the equipment carry-in port 40, and as shown in FIG. The girder member 13 is assembled at the ground assembly site 41 set to “1”. Then, the assembled girder member 13 is obliquely viewed from above using the existing overhead crane so as to be positioned on the upper plate portion 35 of the turntable 22 and inside the pair of rail support bases 11 and 12. It is placed (the second step).

The girder member 13 placed on the turntable 22 is lifted by driving the large stroke jack 20 to raise the first horizontal support base 21, and passing between the pair of rail support bases 11 and 12, The lower ends of the wheels provided on both sides of the girder member 13 are held at positions higher than the rails 11a and 12a provided on the rail support bases 11 and 12, respectively (the third step).

Next, the manual screw jack is shrunk and the movable table 37 is moved along the conveyance path 39 via the chill tank 38 to reach the position below the suspension platform 36, and the manual screw jack is extended and brought into contact with the conveyance path 39. Then, the girder member 13 is lowered by operating the large stroke jack 20, and the lower part of the suspension base 36 attached to the lower part of the first horizontal support base 21 is brought into contact with the upper part of the moving base 37 to suspend the suspension. The lower support 36 is connected to the upper part of the moving table 37 using, for example, a fastening member to form the turning support frame 23. Thereby, the support of the girder member 13 via the first horizontal support base 21 can be switched from the large stroke jack 20 to the support by the turning support base 23 installed in the work area 19.

And the rail 11a side via the rope (not shown) attached to the latching member (not shown) provided in the both sides of the girder member 13 by the traction means (for example, chill hole) each arrange | positioned on the rails 11a and 12a As shown in FIG. 2, the girder member 13 is turned on the turntable 22 by pulling the end side of the girder member 13 to the rear side and the end side of the girder member 13 on the rail 12a side to the front side. The girder member 13 is arranged orthogonal to the rails 11a and 12a. Subsequently, when the girder member 13 is lifted by operating the large stroke jack 20, the support of the girder member 13 by the turning support base 23 is released, and the support of the girder member 13 by the large stroke jack 20 is restored.

Next, the connection between the suspension platform 36 and the movable platform 37 is released, and the movable platform 37 is retracted from the suspension platform 36 (the fourth step).
Then, the large stroke jack 20 is driven to lower the girder member 13 so that the wheels on both sides of the girder member 13 are placed on the pair of rails 11a and 12a (the fifth step).

When the installation of the girder member 13 on the rails 11a and 12a is completed, the constituent members constituting the girder member 14 of the overhead crane 16 are carried into the work area 19 from the equipment carry-in entrance 40, and the girder is received at the ground assembly site 41. The member 14 is assembled. When the girder member 14 is installed on the rails 11a and 12a, the girder member 13 installed on the rails 11a and 12a is retracted to a position where it does not interfere with the installation work of the girder member 14 using traction means or an existing overhead crane. Since it can carry out by the same method as installation of the girder member 13, after making it carry out, description is abbreviate | omitted.

Subsequently, installation of the trolley 15 will be described.
First, each device used for installing the girder members 13 and 14 is removed from the work area 19 and retreated on the floor 18 outside the work area 19. Then, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the second laying member 44, the unit frame 27, and the second mounting member 45 are connected to form two second mounting bases 46, thereby working area 19. The large stroke jack 20 is attached to the second mounting member 45 and is fixed by using a rope 47 to prevent the tipping over. In addition, the second laying member 48, the plurality of unit frames 27, and the third placement member 49 are connected to form two support bases 50, and the second placement is arranged with a gap in the front-rear direction. It arrange | positions on the outer side of the horizontal direction both sides of the mounting base 46. FIG. And the large stroke jack 20 is each mounted on the one side (rear side) upper part of the support stand 50 via the moving stand 51 provided with the roller (not shown), and the raising / lowering mechanism 50a is formed.

Next, the girder members 13 and 14 previously overlaid on the rails 11a and 12a are moved in opposite directions so that the gap between the girder members 13 and 14 is enlarged, and retracted to a position that does not interfere with the installation operation of the trolley 15 Let Then, as shown in FIG. 5, each constituent member constituting the trolley 15 is carried into the work area 19 from the equipment carry-in entrance 40 using an existing overhead crane, and the trolley 15 is assembled at the ground assembly site 42.

And the 2nd horizontal support frame 43 is comprised using the girder member 31 longer than the trolley front-and-rear width along the front-back direction orthogonal to the running direction of the trolley 15, and the longitudinal direction of the 2nd horizontal support frame 43 is the front-back direction. , And the front and rear sides of the second horizontal support frame 43 are supported by the large stroke jack 20 attached to the second mounting member 45. And the 3rd horizontal support frame 43a is comprised using the girder member 31a longer than the trolley left-right width along the running direction of the trolley 15, and the longitudinal direction of the 3rd horizontal support frame 43a is set to the rail support bases 11 and 12. Alignment is performed along the orthogonal direction, and the lower part of the center portion of the third horizontal support frame 43a is placed on the upper center part of the second horizontal support frame 43 (the sixth step).

Subsequently, the trolley 15 is lifted by using an existing overhead crane, and the traveling direction of the trolley 15 is aligned with the upper direction of the center of the third horizontal support frame 43a in a direction perpendicular to the rail support tables 11 and 12. The trolley 15 is placed between the rail support bases 11 and 12 and the floor 18 (working area 19) by lifting the second horizontal support base 43 with the large stroke jack 20 attached to the second mounting member 45. Lift to mid-height position. As a result, the third horizontal support frame 43a on which the trolley 15 is placed is placed across the pair of support tables 50 (the seventh step).

After the trolley 15 is lifted to the intermediate height position, as shown in FIG. 8, the large stroke jack 20 placed on the support base 50 is moved through the moving base 51, and the third stage as shown in FIG. The horizontal support frame 43a is arranged at the lower part on both sides, fixed to the third mounting member 49, and further fixed by using the rope 52 in order to prevent toppling. Next, the large stroke jack 20 placed on the support base 50 is operated to support both sides of the third horizontal support base 43a and lift the trolley 15 so that the trolley 15 is placed on the rails 11a and 12a. It is lifted and held to a height position above 13 and 14 (the eighth step).

The pair of girder members 13 and 14 are moved on 11a and 12a to approach the trolley 15 lifted from the front and rear direction, and the trolley 15 is adjusted by adjusting the vertical position of the trolley 15 and the front and rear positions of the girder members 13 and 14, respectively. It mounts on the 2nd rail (not shown) of the girder members 13 and 14 (above, 9th process).
