Claims (8)
- リチウムイオン二次電池の電極層の製造に好適に使用される泡破壊翼付きミキサーであって、タンク内で自転、公転する複数の撹拌翼と、下方に向かう掻き下げ軸方向流を発生させる傾斜パドル翼と、タンク内を真空引きする真空装置を具備し、上記傾斜パドル翼は、液面上で自転、公転するよう上記撹拌翼の上方に同芯的に設けられ、タンク内に上部から下部に向かう軸方向流を生じさせるとともに浮上してくる泡を液面で連続的に破壊することを特徴とする泡破壊翼付きミキサー。
- 上記傾斜パドル翼の板面の傾斜角度は、30°〜60°である請求項1に記載の泡破壊翼付きミキサー。
- 上記傾斜パドル型翼は、撹拌翼の上部に180度開いて2枚設けられている請求項1に記載の泡破壊翼付きミキサー。
- 上記傾斜パドル型翼は、撹拌翼の上部に若しくは90度開いて4枚設けられている請求項1に記載の泡破壊翼付きミキサー。
- 上記傾斜パドル翼は、撹拌翼と同芯に設けられ、設置高さ(液面からの高さ)を上下に変化させ、高さの異なる傾斜パドル翼を有する複数の撹拌翼を組み合わせた請求項1に記載の泡破壊翼付きミキサー。
- 上記傾斜パドル翼の泡に接する接触面側を粗面に形成した請求項1に記載の泡破壊翼付きミキサー。
- 上記傾斜パドル翼を有する撹拌翼は、自転の回転方向と、公転の回転方向が逆回転で遊星運動する請求項1に記載の泡破壊翼付きミキサー。
- 上記泡破壊翼付きミキサーキサーは、リチウムイオン二次電池の電極層に使用される水系負極ペーストの製造に使用されものである請求項1に記載の泡破壊翼付きミキサー。
