特開2010−283946公報JP 2010-283946 A 特開2013−143809公報JP 2013-143809 A

Since the technology described in Patent Document 1 gives priority to the ease of use of the charging stand itself, the position where the connector, which is a charging gun, is stored is a position that can be easily reached by a human hand from the ground, and therefore is relatively high. Is set. However, when combining the function of a charging stand with a power conditioner installed outside the house to make a vehicle charging device for an automobile or a motorcycle, the power conditioner must not be as tall as the charging stand. Therefore, it is necessary to make the housing of the cable and the connector provided in the charging device for the vehicle more compact.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and an object of the present invention is to obtain a charging device in which a cable and a connector are more compactly accommodated.

In the charging device for transmitting and receiving power to and from the vehicle according to the present invention, a hook fixed to the side surface of the charging device, a connector fixed on the same side as the fixed hook and directly below, and provided with a hole on the upper surface side The front end is housed in the housing and a hole provided on the upper surface of the connector housing, and one of the connectors is used to transmit and receive power between the vehicle and the charging device, and the vehicle and the charging device. The other end is connected to one side of the charging device, and the other is connected to one side of the charging device, and is provided with a cable that is wound and stored using the upper part of the hook and the lower side of the connector storage part.

According to the present invention, a hook that is fixed to one side surface of the charging device, a connector storage portion that is fixed directly below the same side surface as the fixed hook and that has a hole on the upper surface side, and connector storage The tip is housed in a hole provided on the upper surface of the unit, and the connector that transmits and receives power to and from the vehicle, and the vehicle and the charging device to transmit and receive power, one is opposite to the tip of the connector And the other side is connected to the side of the charging device, and the cable is wound and stored using the upper part of the hook and the lower side of the connector storage part. The perspective view which shows the storage method of the connector 3 in Embodiment 1, and the connector 7 accommodating part. FIG. 4 is a front side view and a side sectional view showing the connector 3 according to Embodiment 1 when it is housed in the connector housing portion 7.

Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 shows a front view and a right side view of the charging apparatus in the first embodiment.

The charging device 1 supplies electric power to an automobile, a motorcycle, or other vehicles that use electricity as energy. Usually, AC power purchased from an electric power company is converted into DC power and supplied to the vehicle. Therefore, it is attached outside, not indoors.
In addition, the charging device 1 has a function of converting DC power generated by solar power generation or the like into AC power used at home or the like.
Therefore, this charging device 1 supplies, for example, a part or all of the DC power generated by solar power generation to the vehicle while maintaining the DC power, and converts part or all of the DC power into AC power for home use. Supply power to houses, buildings, etc.
In addition, the charging device 1 receives DC power supplied from a vehicle and converts it into AC power to supply power to a house such as a house or a building when power cannot be purchased from an electric power company in an emergency or the like. it can. In addition, since the electric power path | route from a solar power generation to the charging device 1 and the electric power path | route from the charging device 1 to a house and a building are not an important part of this invention, they are not illustrated.

Next, the cable 2 is for transmitting electric power to the charging device 1 and an automobile or the like. As shown in FIG. 1, one end of the cable 2 is connected to the lower portion of the right side surface of the charging device 1, and the cable 2 is wound around the upper side of the hook 4, the rear side of the front guide 5, the front side of the rear guide 6, and the lower side of the connector housing 7. Is guided and stored. The other end of the cable 2 is connected to the connector 3.
The hook 4, the front guide 5, the rear guide 6, and the connector storage portion 7 are all fixed to the charging device 1.
In this embodiment, one side of the cable 2, the hook 4, the front guide 5, the rear guide 6, and the connector housing portion 7 are all fixed to the right side surface of the charging device 1. It may be fixed. Moreover, you may fix the front guide 5, the back guide 6, and the connector storage part 7 to the front side or back side of the charging device 1 of the left front view of FIG. 1 as needed.

The connector 3 can be connected to an automobile or the like to supply electric power from the charging device 1 or can be supplied with electric power from an automobile or the like. In addition, since the connector 3 is not provided with a cover in particular for the connection part of an automobile or the like, it is necessary to be stored downward because it is necessary to store downward so that water does not enter due to rainwater or the like. There is. Therefore, the connector 3 is inserted from the upper side by the connector storage portion 7 and held downward.
The position where the connector 3 is accommodated by the connector accommodating portion 7 is guided by the cable 2 by at least the upper side of the hook 4 and the lower side of the connector accommodating portion 7 formed below the hook 4 on the vertical line. The space can be effectively used by setting it inside the wound position.

Next, details of the connector 3 and the connector storage portion 7 will be described.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a storage method of the connector 3 and the connector storage portion 7 in the first embodiment. The left side of FIG. 2 is a state where the connector 3 is not stored in the connector storage part 7, and the right side is a state where the connector 3 is stored in the connector storage part 7.
The distal end portion of the connector 3 is formed in a cylindrical shape so as to cover a connection portion (not shown) with an internal automobile or the like, and the outer periphery of the cylindrical shape is a circular hole provided on the upper surface of the connector storage portion 7. Fit in a state where it can be inserted and removed. Further, the circular hole provided on the upper surface of the connector housing portion 7 is made smaller than the diameter of the cylindrical shape forming the central portion of the connector 3, so that the connector 3 does not enter further downward. It is configured.

The connector storage portion 7 includes a connector storage upper surface 7a, a connector storage rear surface 7b, a connector storage front surface 7e, a connector storage front surface 7d, and a connector storage back side surface 7f.
The connector housing portion 7 also has a connector housing inner flat surface 7c inside at a predetermined interval in parallel with the connector housing upper surface 7a.
The connector housing inner plane 7c has a hole having the same central axis as the hole of the connector housing upper surface 7a, and the hole of the connector housing inner plane 7c is larger than the diameter of the tip portion of the connector 3, and the connector housing upper surface 7a. And even if the connector 3 is inserted into the connector housing inner plane 7c and tilted, the hole diameter is set so that it can stand on its own.
Therefore, the connector 3 can be accommodated in the connector accommodating portion 7 and can be made independent by simply inserting the distal end portion of the connector 3 into the holes on both the connector accommodating upper surface 7a and the connector accommodating inner plane 7c.

FIG. 3 is a front side view and a right side sectional view showing the connector 3 according to Embodiment 1 being stored in the connector storage portion 7. 3 is a front side sectional view corresponding to the front view of FIG. 1, and the right side of FIG. 3 is a right side sectional view corresponding to the right side view of FIG.

The lower ends of the connector storage hand front surface 7b and the connector storage front surface 7e have shapes that are bent inward to facilitate guiding of the cable 2. The lower end of the connector storage hand front surface 7d is formed below the connector storage hand front surface 7b and the lower end of the connector storage front surface 7e. As a result, even if the cable 2 is wound around the lower side of the connector housing portion 7, the cable 2 is unlikely to come off to the near side.

The content described below is a problem caused by the fact that the main body of the charging device 1 is installed outside, and is not intended to make the housing of the cable and the connector more compact, and is therefore processed. That is not essential.
However, due to the fact that the main body 1 is installed outside, even if a cover that covers the connector 3 and the cable 2 is provided, measures are taken to prevent rainwater from entering the tip of the connector 3. Is good.
Therefore, some processing is provided in the connector storage portion 7 and will be described below.

First, the packing 8 is provided inside the hole inside the connector housing upper surface 7a. By making the inner diameter of the packing 8 slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the distal end portion of the connector 3, when the connector 3 is housed in the connector housing portion 7, it plays a role of draining, and the distal end from the center portion of the connector 3 during housing It is possible to prevent water droplets from moving to the part.

Next, the connector storage upper surface 7a is inclined downward from the inner diameter of the provided connector storage upper surface 7a toward the outside. Accordingly, the water in the vicinity of the inner diameter of the hole on the connector housing upper surface 7a is formed so as to flow outward due to gravity, thereby preventing the inflow of water droplets into the hole.

The connector housing portion 7 is fixed so that the connector housing back side surface 7f faces the side surface of the charging device 1. A gap can be provided between the connector housing back side surface 7f and the side surface side of the charging device 1 by being fixed with a screw, a rivet or the like via a washer 9. Due to this gap, it is possible to prevent water droplets coming from the charging device 1 and the like from moving toward the connector 3 on the connector housing upper surface 7a.

In this embodiment, the washer 9 is provided between the connector housing back side surface 7f and the side surface side of the charging device 1 in order to provide a gap, but the connector housing back side surface 7f and the side surface side of the charging device 1 You may comprise between these by another member. Furthermore, a clearance may be provided when a convex portion is provided on a part of the connector housing back side surface 7f and fixed to the side surface side of the charging device 1.

In addition, since the space between the connector housing back side surface 7f and the connector housing top surface 7a is formed as a curved surface, it is formed so that water droplets easily enter the gap between the connector housing back side surface 7f and the side surface side of the charging device 1. Yes.

As described above, in charging device 1 that transmits and receives power to and from the vehicle in the first embodiment, hook 4 that is fixed to one side surface of charging device 1 and one side surface that is the same as that of fixed hook 4 are directly below. A connector housing portion 7 that is fixed and provided with a hole on the upper surface side, a connector 3 that has a tip portion housed in a hole provided on the upper surface of the connector housing portion 7 and transmits and receives electric power to and from the vehicle; In order for the charging device 1 to transmit and receive power, one is connected to the side opposite to the tip of the connector, the other is connected to the side surface of the charging device 1, and the upper portion of the hook 4 and the connector storage portion 7 are connected. Since the cable 2 is wound and stored using the lower side, the connector 3 can be stored inside the cable 2 wound using the upper portion of the hook 4 and the lower side of the connector storage portion 7. Can be used effectively. Can.

In addition, an internal plane is provided in parallel to the upper surface of the connector housing portion 7, and a hole that has the same central axis as the hole on the upper surface and into which the tip of the connector 3 can be inserted is provided in the internal plane of the connector housing portion. When 3 is stored, it can be made to stand by itself stably.

Further, by fixing the one side surface of the charging device 1 and the surface in contact with the connector housing portion 7 with a gap, water drops that have squeezed one side surface of the charging device 1 are dropped downward from the gap. Can do.

Further, since the upper surface of the connector housing portion 7 is configured to incline downward from the inner diameter of the hole provided, water near the inner diameter of the connector housing upper surface 7a flows outward due to gravity. It is formed and prevents the inflow of water droplets to the inside.

Further, by providing a packing in the inner diameter of the hole provided with the upper surface of the connector housing portion 7, it serves as a drainer when the connector 3 is housed in the connector housing portion 7, and the central portion of the connector 3 during housing. It is possible to prevent water droplets from moving from the tip to the tip.

Furthermore, since the upper surface 7a and the back side surface 7f of the connector housing portion 7 are in contact with each other via a curved surface, water droplets can easily enter the gap between the back side surface 7f of the connector housing portion 7 and one side surface of the charging device 1. it can.

Furthermore, the charging device 1 is for outdoor installation, and supplies part or all of the DC power generated by solar power generation to the vehicle as DC power, and converts part or all of the DC power to AC power. Converts and supplies AC power to the building, and when it is not possible to purchase power from the power company, it can receive DC power from the vehicle, convert it to AC power, and supply power to the building. In addition to the function as a power conditioner, power can be transmitted to and received from the vehicle, the connector can be efficiently stored, and a charging device with rain countermeasures can be obtained.
