Abstract
Description
図1から図3を参照する。本実施例の過充電放電装置付き二次集合電池は、電池ケース20と、放熱板30と、過充電放電モジュール40と、複数の第1継ぎ手50と、複数の第2継ぎ手60と、から構成される。
本実施例では、前記各バランス抵抗がセメント抵抗41である。各セメント抵抗41は、放熱板30の放熱板部31に固定されており、放熱空間33に位置する。各セメント抵抗41は、放熱板30に押付ける熱伝導面411と、二つの螺子42によって放熱板30に締め付けるロック部412と、複数の放熱溝413と、を有する。
このように、本発明の過充電放電装置付き二次集合電池によれば、金属で作製される電池ケース20及び放熱板30と、より大きいパワーのセメント抵抗41と、を採用することにより、構造が簡単となり、過充電放電の過程中に放熱効果が良くなり、高熱による爆発を防止することが可能となるという効果を有する。
回路板401は、更に、正極ヘッド402と、負極ヘッド403と、を有する。正極ヘッド402と負極ヘッド403は、二次集合電池の電力出力端とする。

Claims (3)
- 複数の二次電池を収容する収容空間を有する電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースに固定されている放熱板と、
前記電池ケースに設けられており、前記二次電池の数量と同じ前記各二次電池に電気的に接続されている過充電放電モジュールを有し、前記各過充電放電モジュールは、電量を消耗し前記放熱板に固定されているバランス抵抗を含む過充電放電装置と、
を含む過充電放電装置付き二次集合電池において、
前記電池ケースは金属で作製され、前記放熱板は金属で作製され、前記バランス抵抗は、セメント抵抗であり、更に、前記各過充電放電モジュールと電気的に接続されている複数の第1継ぎ手と、前記各セメント抵抗と電気的に接続されており、前記各第1継ぎ手に脱着可能に結合されている複数の第2継ぎ手と、を含むことを特徴とする、
過充電放電装置付き二次集合電池。 - 前記電池ケースは、更に、外面と、前記外面から突出し、互いに距離を置いている二つの第1結合部と、を有し、前記放熱板は、前記電池ケースの前記外面から離間し、前記各セメント抵抗を収容する放熱板部と、前記放熱板部に設けられており、前記第1結合部とそれぞれ結合する二つの第2結合部と、を有し、これにより、前記放熱板と前記電池ケースから、流体が通過可能な放熱空間が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の過充電放電装置付き二次集合電池。
- 前記過充電放電装置は、更に、前記電池ケースの前記収容空間の開口に設けられている回路板を有し、前記回路板には、前記各過充電放電モジュールと、前記各第1継ぎ手と、前記各二次電池とが電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の過充電放電装置付き二次集合電池。
