Abstract
Description
動的二次イオン質量分析は、ナノメートルスケールの深さ分解能および10億分率の感度を備える迅速な元素深さプロファイリング、ならびにサブミクロン細部の化学地図を可能にする半定量的技術である。DSIMSは、以前はエナメル質の組成を調査し、ヒトエナメル質表面へのフッ化物の取り込みの程度を測定するために使用されてきた。本調査では、DSIMSを使用して、人工的侵食性病変を含むヒトエナメル質表面へのフッ化物の取り込みへのトリプルポリマーシステムの存在の影響を調査した。この実験では、トリプルポリマーシステムは、全て組成物の総量基準でコポビドン0.75重量%、カルボキシメチルセルロース0.2重量%およびキサンタンガム0.01重量%からなっていた。
白色光干渉法の技術は、表面形状の迅速な可視化、およびナノスケールでの高さ分解能を得ることができる非接触モードでの粗さパラメータの決定を提供する。この調査では、白色光干渉法を使用して、ヒトエナメル質への人工的侵食性攻撃の影響を監視した。トリプルポリマーシステム単独およびフッ化物との組み合わせを含む溶液によるエナメル質の前処理の影響を調査した。この実験では、トリプルポリマーシステムは、全て組成物の総量基準でコポビドン0.75重量%、カルボキシメチルセルロース0.2重量%およびキサンタンガム0.01重量%からなっていた。
人工的侵食性病変を、アクリル樹脂に固定した磨いたヒトエナメル質から調製した。病変は、固定した試料をpH3.8の1.0%w/wクエン酸溶液に30分間接触させることにより調製した。Vickersダイアモンド圧子を取り付けたStruers Duramin Microindentorを使用して、各々の侵食試料のベースライン硬度を測定した。硬度値は、Vickers Hardness Numbers(VHN)で表した。1.961Nの荷重を20秒の滞留時間で試料に加えた。次いで、試料を無作為化し、4つの処理群(n=6)に分けた。
行った調査は、上記の2種の口腔洗浄液製剤(再硬化調査で使用した)のうちの1種、水、またはSensodyne Pronamel練り歯磨きによる2分間の処理後に、ヒトエナメル質を0.1%クエン酸(pH3.8)に曝露することを含んだ。処理と酸への曝露との間に試料を水で洗浄した。調査した酸への侵食時間は10、20および30分であり、試料を蒸留水で再度徹底的に洗浄した後、各々の時点で微小硬度測定を行った。全時点で各々のエナメル質試料につき6個のくぼみを得た。6個の個々の試料に各々の処理を行った。
Claims (10)
- フッ化物イオン供給源、ならびにキサンタンガム、カルボキシメチルセルロースおよびコポビドンからなるトリプルポリマーシステムを含む、歯牙侵食および/または歯質喪失を防ぐための口腔ケア組成物。
- 前記フッ化物イオン供給源がアルカリ金属フッ化物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記キサンタンガムが組成物の総量の0.001〜1.0重量%の量で存在する、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記カルボキシメチルセルロースが組成物の総量の0.02〜20重量%の量で存在する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記コポビドンが組成物の総量の0.1〜20重量%の量で存在する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 脱感作剤を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記脱感作剤がストロンチウム塩またはカリウム塩である、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 口腔洗浄液組成物である、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 歯牙侵食および/または歯質喪失を防ぐための口腔ケアレジメンにおいて、フッ化物練り歯磨きと共に毎日使用するための、請求項8に記載の口腔洗浄液組成物。
- 請求項8に記載の口腔洗浄液組成物と、フッ化物練り歯磨きと、口腔ケアレジメンにおいてそれらを使用するための説明書とを含む、歯牙侵食および/または歯質喪失を防ぐための口腔ケアキット。
