Abstract
【解決手段】分離しており、使用時に容易に均一混合でき、かつ霧状に噴霧可能な乳化組成物であって、下記(A)〜(C)を配合することにより、べたつきがなく使用感が優れかつ高い紫外線吸収効果を有することを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。(A)油溶性紫外線吸収剤、(B)水溶性高分子増粘剤、(C)非イオン性界面活性剤。

Description
また、霧状に噴霧可能であることは、塗布しやすいという面で有用であり、霧状に噴霧可能な乳化組成物についても提案がなされている(特許文献3)。更に紫外線吸収効果を持続させるために、塗り直しが必要な場合も多いので、霧状に噴霧可能であることは持ち歩きや塗り直しに便利であり、消費者のニーズが高まっている。
なお、本発明において「霧状に噴霧可能」とは、エアゾールの場合を除く。
なお、本発明において他の成分についての含有量を示す%数は、特段の断りがない限り重量%数とする。
実施例、比較例に示した乳化組成物を被験者20名に2週間使用させ、以下の評価基準に従って評価した。
<評価基準>
◎:とても高い 20名が日焼けしたと感じなかった。
○:高い 16〜19名が日焼けしたと感じなかった。
△:普通 10〜15名が日焼けしたと感じなかった
×:低い 1〜9名が日焼けしたと感じなかった
実施例、比較例に示した乳化組成物を、磯矢硝子工業社製規格NO.5K瓶に35g入れ、一晩放置して分離させ、翌日以下の評価基準に従って評価した。
<評価基準>
◎:とても良い 軽く上下に振っただけで均一混合する。
○:良い 軽く上下に数回振り混ぜると均一混合する。
△:普通 強く上下に数回振り混ぜると均一混合する。
×:悪い 強く上下に数回振り混ぜても均一混合しない。
実施例、比較例に示した乳化組成物を被験者20名に使用させ、以下の評価基準に従って評価した。
<評価基準>
◎:とても良好 15名以上がべたつかないと評価した。
○:良好 10名〜14名がべたつかないと評価した。
△:普通 5名〜9名がべたつかないと評価した。
×:悪い 4名以下がべたつかないと評価した。
本発明の乳化組成物を、容器に充填し、吉野工業所製「Y−70(410−20)チップ径0.25mm」ディスペンサーを用い、以下の評価基準に従って評価した。
<評価基準>
◎:とても良好 霧がとても細かく均一。
○:良好 霧が細かく均一。
△:普通 霧がやや細かく均一。
×:悪い 霧が不均一。
実施例1〜22、比較例1〜14に示した乳化組成物を調製し、紫外線吸収効果、均一混合性、使用感および噴霧状態について評価し、その結果を表1〜6に示した。
a相およびb相を80℃以上に熱し、a相にb相を加え均一に混合する。次いでc相を加え均一に混合し、撹拌しながら冷却する。45℃まで冷却し、d相を加え均一に混合し、更に撹拌しながら30℃まで冷却する。なお、c相の配合量はpHが6.3程度になるように適宜調整する。
Claims (6)
- 分離しており、使用時に容易に均一混合でき、かつ霧状に噴霧可能(エアゾールの場合を除く)な乳化組成物であって、下記(A)〜(C)を含む。
(A)油溶性紫外線吸収剤
(B)水溶性高分子増粘剤
(C)非イオン性界面活性剤
なお、(A)成分は、ケイヒ酸誘導体およびジベンゾイルメタン誘導体であり、(B)成分はアクリル酸系水溶性高分子増粘剤であることを特徴とする。 - 前記(A)成分の配合量が、10.5%〜16.5%である請求項1記載の乳化組成物。
- 前記(B)成分の配合量が0.01%〜0.13%である請求項1又は2記載の乳化組成物。
- 前記(C)成分がアルキルグルコシド誘導体、ポリエチレングリコール脂肪酸エステル誘導体から選ばれる1種又は2種以上含有する請求項1から3記載の乳化組成物。
- 前記(C)成分の配合量が0.3%〜1.5%である請求項1から4記載の乳化組成物。
- 前記アルキルグルコシド誘導体のHLB値が12.5以上であり、前記ポリエチレングリコール脂肪酸エステル誘導体のHLB値が11.0以上である請求項1から5記載の乳化組成物。
