Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sound absorbing structure for a hull that forms a hull structure, a ship, and a construction method for the sound absorbing structure.
DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART Conventionally, the propulsion switching apparatus provided in the back side of the water jet propulsion device of a ship is known (for example, refer patent document 1). The propulsion switching device includes a steering casing provided at a discharge port of a pump casing of a water jet propulsion device and a switching valve provided inside the steering casing. The steering casing has a discharge port at the rear and an injection port at the bottom. The switching valve is disposed so that the injection port can be opened and closed, and the rotation angle is adjustable. The water jet propulsion device includes an impeller provided inside the pump casing, and the impeller is rotated by an engine connected to the impeller.
By the way, some ships have a hull structure. The hull structure is configured using an outer plate and vertical and horizontal reinforcing ribs provided inside the outer plate. Here, as in
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the construction method of the sound-absorbing structure of a hull, a ship, and a sound-absorbing structure which can reduce the noise which generate | occur | produces inside a hull using the hull structure of a hull.
The sound absorbing structure of the hull of the present invention is a sound absorbing structure of a hull that is a hull structure including an outer plate and a reinforcing rib provided inside the outer plate, with the reinforcing rib sandwiched therebetween, A porous plate provided inside the outer plate, and a back cavity serving as a space defined by the outer plate, the reinforcing rib, and the porous plate.
According to this configuration, noise generated inside the hull propagates through the perforated plate to the back cavity. At this time, the noise can be reduced because the energy is attenuated by passing through the perforated plate. Moreover, since the noise propagated to the back cavity resonates at a predetermined resonance frequency in the back cavity, noise including the predetermined resonance frequency can be reduced. At this time, by adjusting the aperture ratio or the like of the perforated plate, it is possible to change the sound absorption characteristics (for example, the frequency band of sound absorption) in the sound absorption structure, so that the degree of freedom in adjusting the sound absorption characteristics can be increased. As described above, by utilizing the hull structure of the hull, noise generated inside the hull can be reduced, and the sound absorption characteristics can be adjusted by the perforated plate.
Moreover, it is preferable to further include a sound absorbing material provided in the back cavity.
According to this configuration, by arranging the sound absorbing material in the back cavity, the noise propagated to the back cavity can be absorbed, so that the sound reduction effect can be further enhanced. In addition, the sound absorption characteristics can be adjusted with the sound absorbing material.
The back cavity preferably has a different height between the perforated plate and the outer plate.
According to this structure, compared with the case where the height of a back cavity becomes the same height, the frequency band which absorbs sound can be made wide by changing the height of a back cavity. For this reason, since noise can be reduced in a wide frequency band, the sound reduction effect can be further enhanced.
A plurality of the back cavities are provided adjacent to each other, and one of the adjacent back cavities is partitioned by the outer plate, the reinforcing rib, and the perforated plate, while the other adjacent back cavity is A through hole is formed in the reinforcing rib provided between the back cavities adjacent to each other by the outer plate, the reinforcing rib, and the reinforcing rib sandwiched by the closing plate provided inside the outer plate. It is preferable.
According to this configuration, noise generated inside the hull propagates through the perforated plate to one of the back cavities. Further, the noise propagated to one back cavity propagates to the other back cavity through the through hole. Since the noise propagated to the other back cavity resonates at a predetermined resonance frequency in one and the other back cavities, noise including a resonance frequency lower than the resonance frequency of the single back cavity can be reduced. For this reason, since noise including lower frequencies can be reduced, the noise reduction effect of noise can be further enhanced.
The perforated plate is preferably joined to the reinforcing rib by welding.
According to this configuration, since the porous plate and the reinforcing rib can be adhered to each other by welding the porous plate to the reinforcing rib, the sound propagation medium in the back cavity leaks to the outside, Noise can be prevented from leaking.
The perforated plate may be fastened to the reinforcing rib using a fastening member, and a seal member may be provided between the perforated plate and the reinforcing rib.
According to this configuration, the fastening plate is used to fasten the perforated plate to the reinforcing rib via the sealing member, so that the perforated plate and the reinforcing rib can be brought into close contact with each other. It can be suppressed that the propagation medium leaks to the outside and noise leaks.
Moreover, it is preferable to further provide a vibration isolating member provided between the perforated plate and the reinforcing rib.
According to this structure, it can suppress that the vibration which arises inside a hull is transmitted to a perforated panel by a vibration isolator. For this reason, it is possible to suppress the generation of noise toward the outside of the hull through the reinforcing ribs and the outer plate by virtue of the vibration of the perforated plate caused by the vibration generated inside the hull. In addition, it is preferable to use the rubber material which can catch the dead weight of a perforated plate as a vibration isolating member.
In addition, a position regulating member that is attached to the reinforcing rib to form a vibration isolating member accommodating space that accommodates the vibration isolating member and regulates the position of the vibration isolating member that is accommodated in the formed vibration isolating member accommodating space. Is preferably further provided.
According to this configuration, by restricting the position of the vibration isolation member by the position restriction member, the vibration isolation member can be appropriately positioned between the reinforcing rib and the perforated plate.
Moreover, it is preferable to further include a vibration damping member provided so as to cover the porous plate.
According to this configuration, since the mass of the porous plate can be increased by the damping member, vibration of the porous plate can be suppressed. In addition, as a damping member, it is a damping sheet comprised including materials, such as lead or rubber | gum, for example.
Moreover, it is preferable that a sealing member is provided between the perforated plate and the vibration isolation member.
According to this configuration, since the porous member and the vibration isolating member can be brought into close contact with each other by the sealing member, the sound propagation medium in the back cavity leaks to the outside and noise is prevented from leaking. be able to.
The ship of the present invention includes a hull having a hull structure including an outer plate and a reinforcing rib provided on the inner side of the outer plate, and the sound absorbing structure provided in the hull. Features.
According to this configuration, since noise generated inside the hull can be reduced by the sound absorbing structure, it is possible to suppress the propagation of noise to the outside of the hull.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said sound absorption structure is provided along the construction range derived | led-out based on the sound absorption force requested | required previously, and the said construction range can be divided | segmented and can be set to the said hull.
According to this configuration, it is not necessary to arrange the sound absorbing structure over the entire area of the hull depending on the required sound absorbing force, and the construction range can be suppressed, so that the installation cost can be suppressed. Moreover, since the construction range of the sound absorbing structure can be divided, the sound absorbing structure can be flexibly arranged.
The sound absorbing structure construction method of the present invention is a sound absorbing structure construction method for constructing a sound absorbing structure of a hull that is a hull structure including an outer plate and a reinforcing rib provided inside the outer plate. The reinforcing ribs are provided in a grid shape along the inner side of the outer plate, and the sound absorbing structure is provided on the inner side of the outer plate across the reinforcing rib, and the four sides along the reinforcing rib are provided. A square-shaped perforated plate, a back cavity serving as a space defined by the outer plate, the reinforcing rib, and the perforated plate, a vibration isolating member provided between the perforated plate and the reinforcing rib, and the reinforcement A position restricting member that is attached to the rib and forms a vibration isolating member accommodating space that accommodates the vibration isolating member, and that regulates the position of the vibration isolating member accommodated in the formed vibration isolating member accommodating space. , Against the three sides of the reinforcing rib A first position regulating member attaching step for attaching the position regulating member to form the vibration isolating member accommodating space, and the vibration isolating member accommodating space formed along three sides of the reinforcing rib. A first vibration isolating member mounting step for housing a member, and the vibration isolating member disposed along three sides of the reinforcing rib, the porous plate is inserted from the remaining one side of the reinforcing rib, A perforated plate attaching step for attaching the vibration isolating member to three sides of the perforated plate, and attaching the vibration isolating member to the remaining one side of the perforated plate, and surrounding the four sides of the perforated plate with the vibration isolating member. (2) Anti-vibration member attaching step, and a second position restricting member attachment for restricting the position of the anti-vibration member provided around the perforated plate by attaching the position restricting member to the remaining one side of the reinforcing rib And a process.
According to this configuration, since the vibration-proof member, the position regulating member, and the perforated plate can be efficiently and appropriately arranged, the load related to the installation work of the sound absorbing structure can be reduced.
Embodiments according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments. In addition, constituent elements in the following embodiments include those that can be easily replaced by those skilled in the art or those that are substantially the same. Furthermore, the constituent elements described below can be combined as appropriate, and when there are a plurality of embodiments, the embodiments can be combined.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view schematically illustrating the sound absorbing structure of a ship according to the first embodiment. The
The
The reinforcing
Further, the reinforcing
Inside the
The
The
The
The
Therefore, when noise is generated from the
As described above, according to the first embodiment, the
Next, a
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As described above, according to the second embodiment, by arranging the
Next, the
As shown in FIG. 3, in the
As described above, according to the third embodiment, the
In the third embodiment, the height of the

As shown in FIG. 4, in the
The closing

Therefore, when noise is generated from the
As described above, according to the fourth embodiment, the
Note that the number of
Further, the
Next, a
As shown in FIG. 5, in the
The
As described above, according to the fifth embodiment, the
Next, a
As shown in FIG. 6, the
The
The
The
Next, a construction method of the
First, the three
Subsequently, the three
Thereafter, the
Next, one
Then, one
In this way, the
As described above, according to the sixth embodiment, the
Further, according to the sixth embodiment, since the position of the
In addition, according to the sixth embodiment, the vibration-
Next, a
As shown in FIG. 8, the
As described above, according to the seventh embodiment, since the mass of the
Next, with reference to FIG. 9, the
As shown in FIG. 9, the
The
