Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のフォイル軸受10は、軸受面を有する複数のフォイル12と、筒状を成し、内周面に複数の溝11cを有するフォイルホルダ11とを備え、各フォイル12の周方向端部(凸部12d)がフォイルホルダ11の溝11cに差し込まれる。このフォイルホルダ11の外周面に、大径部11aと小径部11bとを円周方向で交互に設け、大径部11aの円周方向領域内に前記溝11cを設けた。

Claims (7)
- 軸受面を有する複数のフォイルと、筒状を成し、内周面に複数の溝を有するフォイルホルダとを備え、各フォイルの周方向端部が前記フォイルホルダの溝に差し込まれたフォイル軸受であって、
前記フォイルホルダの外周面に大径部と小径部とを円周方向で交互に設け、前記大径部の円周方向領域内に前記溝を設けたフォイル軸受。 - 前記フォイルホルダの外周面の大径部及び小径部、並びに、前記フォイルホルダの内周面及び前記複数の溝の溝底面を、何れも同軸の円筒面とした請求項1記載のフォイル軸受。
- 前記フォイルホルダが、絞り加工が施された金属板からなる請求項1又は2に記載のフォイル軸受。
- 前記フォイルホルダの複数の溝の少なくとも軸方向一端に、当該溝に差し込まれた前記フォイルの端部と軸方向に係合する係止部を設けた請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のフォイル軸受。
- 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のフォイル軸受と、前記フォイル軸受を内周に保持するハウジングとを備え、前記フォイルホルダの外周面の大径部を前記ハウジングの内周面に固定すると共に、前記フォイルホルダの外周面の小径部と前記ハウジングの内周面との間に隙間を形成したターボ機械。
- 前記隙間を冷却媒体通路とした請求項5記載のターボ機械。
- 筒状を成し、内周面に、複数のフォイルの端部が差し込まれる複数の溝を有すると共に、外周面に大径部と小径部とを円周方向で交互に有し、前記大径部の円周方向領域内に前記溝を設けたフォイルホルダ。
