Description

The present invention relates to a shock absorber for a forklift, and more particularly to a shock absorber attached to an upright arm portion at the base of an L-shaped fork comprising a horizontal claw portion and an upright arm portion.

Loads such as containers transported by freight cars and trucks are loaded into freight cars etc. by a forklift or unloaded from a freight car etc. For example, container loading and unloading operations are performed by inserting the horizontal claw portion of the L-shaped fork of the forklift into the bottom surface of the container and placing the container on the horizontal claw portion.

At this time, if the horizontal claw portion of the L-shaped fork is vigorously inserted to the base of the claw (nail), an unnecessary impact is given to the container. Since this impact leads to an accident such as a luggage accident such as a collapse of the luggage in the container and an accident such as scratching the container, a means for preventing the impact has been required.

In order to prevent the impact, a method using a buffer rubber or the like was also considered, but it was not worn practically due to severe wear. Therefore, a forklift shock absorber attachment as disclosed in Patent Document 1 has been developed.

However, this buffer attachment also supports the movement from the vertical movement of the L-shaped fork, but the L-shaped fork when the horizontal claw portion (horizontal arm portion) is vigorously inserted to the base. When cushioning the impact between the upright arm and the container, there is a case where sufficient cushioning action cannot be exhibited. When a shock is applied only to a portion of the cushioning attachment, for example, the lower end portion, a sufficient cushioning effect cannot be exhibited.

Furthermore, depending on the impacted portion that the shock absorbing attachment receives, other portions of the shock absorbing attachment itself may hit the load and damage the load. For example, when the lower part of the shock absorbing attachment receives an impact from the load, the upper part of the shock absorbing attachment protrudes to the load side, collides with the load, and damages the load.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-302194

The present invention provides a forklift shock absorber that solves the above problems,
First, even if the part receiving the impact from the load is only a part, such as only the lower part, the other parts of the shock absorber itself do not collide with the load, and only the buffering effect can be exerted. An object of the present invention is to provide a shock absorber for a forklift that eliminates an accident.
Secondly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a shock absorber for a forklift that is durable and does not cause deterioration such as wear of the buffer material to be partially concentrated even if the impact from the load is partially concentrated. .

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides the following means for the shock absorber mounted on the lower end portion of the upright arm portion of the forklift having an upright arm portion and an L-shaped fork having a horizontal claw portion formed at the lower end portion thereof. Is adopted.
First, the shock absorber includes a shock absorbing plate portion made of a hard material and a shock absorbing material made of an elastic material.
Secondly, the upper part of the buffer plate part is an upwardly extending plate part, and the lower part is an abutting flat plate part that protrudes forward from the extended plate part toward the load. A cushioning material insertion space is formed on the upright arm portion side of the back surface of the flat plate portion.

Third, an upper mounting body and a lower mounting body extending from an upper portion of the extension plate portion of the buffer plate portion and the contact flat plate portion toward the upright arm portion of the forklift are formed.
Fourthly, the upper mounting body is pivotally fixed to the upright arm portion so that the buffer plate portion is rotatable forward of the forklift.
Fifth, during the buffering operation, the buffer material that does not tilt the buffer plate portion toward the load more than the position parallel to the upright arm portion is inserted and disposed in the buffer material insertion space.

According to the present invention, a stopper for restricting the pushed-in position can be formed on the back surface side of the abutting flat plate portion toward the upright arm portion, and the stopper can be used as a buffer for the cushioning material insertion empty portion. It can also be used as a material bottom plate.

The present invention exhibits the following effects.
First, when the shock absorber is attached to the claw portion of the forklift, the upper attachment body and the lower attachment body are attached to the upright arm portion of the forklift, so that the buffering can be performed without adding a hand to the horizontal claw portion or the upright arm portion of the forklift. The device can be used.

Secondly, in the shock absorber according to the present invention, the abutting flat plate portion with which the load abuts is made of a hard material, and the load is elastic even when the load hits the shock absorber. Since it does not directly hit the material but hits the abutting flat plate portion, the durability of the cushioning material could be improved.

Thirdly, since the contact flat plate portion is provided so as to protrude forward from the extension plate portion toward the load, the load can be touched only by the contact flat plate portion.

Fourthly, the shock absorber is provided with an extension plate portion above the flat plate portion in contact with the load, an upper mounting body is provided above the extension plate portion, and the upper mounting body is fixed to the upright arm portion. Even if the load hits the abutting flat plate, the entire shock absorber retracts, the upper part of the shock absorber, such as the extension plate, protrudes to the load side, collides with the load, and damages the load. The danger of ending up was avoided.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Reference numeral 1 in the figure denotes a shock absorber for a forklift. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a forklift having an upright arm portion 4 and an L-shaped fork 6 having a horizontal claw portion 5 formed at the lower end thereof. The shock absorber 1 is attached to the lower end of the upright arm 4.

The shock absorber 1 includes a shock absorber plate 2 made of a hard material such as iron, and a shock absorber 3 made of an elastic material such as rubber. In the embodiment, iron and rubber are used. The buffer plate portion 2 includes an extension plate portion 20 and a contact flat plate portion 21. The extension plate portion 20 and the contact flat plate portion 21 are integrally provided on the same plate body.

The extension plate portion 20 is provided on the upper portion of the buffer plate portion 2. The extension plate 20 has a flat front surface. As shown in FIG. 3, a punching hole 28 is formed in the front surface of the extension plate portion 20. The punching hole 28 is formed to reduce the weight of the buffer plate portion 2.

On the other hand, the contact flat plate portion 21 is provided in the lower portion of the buffer plate portion 2. The contact flat plate portion 21 and the extension plate portion 20 are formed of an integral iron plate, and the contact flat plate portion 21 is bent toward the load D at the lower end of the extension plate portion 20 and protrudes to the left in FIGS. 1 and 2. Provided. That is, the abutting flat plate portion 21 is provided to protrude to the front side. The flat surface portion of the contact flat plate portion 21 is also slightly inclined forward.

In the embodiment, the angle is bent 30 degrees forward at the boundary with the extension plate portion 20, and the angle 28 degrees is bent back at the boundary to the flat portion of the contact flat plate portion 21. Accordingly, the contact flat plate portion 21 is inclined forward by 2 degrees from the extension plate portion 20.

The upright arm portion 4 side on the back surface of the abutting flat plate portion 21 is a cushioning material insertion space portion 26. The cushioning material insertion space 26 is formed by being surrounded by the back surface side of the abutting flat plate portion 21, and the side plate 27 and the cushioning material bottom plate 25 provided continuously on both sides of the abutting flat plate portion 21. The buffer material 3 is inserted into the buffer material insertion space 26. The cushioning material 3 is disposed so as to contact the back surface of the abutting flat plate portion 21 and the front surface of the upright arm portion 4. The buffer material 3 is a force that does not tilt the buffer plate part 2 (extension plate part 20 in the embodiment) to the load side more than the positional relationship perpendicular to the ground and the parallel relationship with the upright arm unit 4 during the buffering action. Have

In the embodiment, the abutting flat plate portion 21 is provided on the back surface side of the abutting flat plate portion 21 because the buffer material 3 cannot suppress the occurrence of the inclination of the extension plate portion 20 toward the load side. A stopper for restricting the pushed-in position is formed toward the upright arm portion. The cushioning material bottom plate 25 of the cushioning material insertion empty portion 26 serves as a stopper that regulates the position where the contact flat plate portion 21 is pushed by the load D. That is, the cushioning material bottom plate 25 prevents the contact flat plate portion 21 from being pushed further by contacting the upright arm portion 4. This position is the position at the time of the maximum buffering action of the shock absorber 1, the extension plate portion 20 and the upright arm portion 4 are in a vertical and parallel positional relationship, and the extension plate portion 20 does not tilt further toward the load D side. Has been.

A long lower mounting body 24 extending toward the upright arm portion 4 is formed at the lower ends of the left and right side plates 27. That is, a lower mounting body 24 extending toward the upright arm portion 4 of the forklift is formed on the back side of the abutting flat plate portion 21 below the buffer plate portion 2.

The lower mounting body 24 is a plate that extends from the lower ends of the left and right side plates 27 to the rear of the upright arm 4. A stop plate 29 is provided at the end of the lower mounting body 24, that is, at a position behind the upright arm portion 4 to restrict the buffer plate portion 2, particularly the contact flat plate portion 21 from being unnecessarily swung forward. ing.

On the other hand, a long upper mounting body 22 extending toward the upright arm portion 4 of the forklift is formed on the back side of the extension plate portion 20 above the buffer plate portion 2. A fulcrum bar 23 is provided at the front end of the long upper mounting body 22.

The fulcrum bar 23 is mounted in a fixed position on a protrusion 40 protruding from the back side of the upright arm portion 4 of the forklift. 22 is attached to the shaft. That is, the buffer plate portion 2 is rotatably mounted on the fulcrum bar 23 via the upper mounting body 22.

A use state of the shock absorber 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.
With the shock absorber 1 attached, the horizontal claw portion 5 of the L-shaped fork 6 is inserted under the load D. At this time, in the state where the shock absorbing material 3 is not acting, the shock absorber 1 uses the fulcrum bar 23 of the upper mounting body 22 as a fulcrum, and the abutting flat plate portion 21 side that is the lower side of the shock absorber 1 approaches the load D side. It will be out. Therefore, when the horizontal claw portion 5 is inserted and the load D reaches the vertical arm portion 4 side, the load D first hits the contact flat plate portion 21.

When the load D further moves to the vertical arm portion 4 side from this state, the contact flat plate portion 21 is pushed into the vertical arm portion 4 side. At this time, since the buffer material 3 is present on the back surface side of the abutting flat plate portion 21, a buffering effect is exhibited. Due to the movement of the abutting flat plate portion 21 by pushing, the buffer plate portion 2 rotates about the fulcrum bar 23 as a fulcrum, so that the upper portion of the buffer device 1 does not come forward.

In addition, this apparatus is structurally forced by the action | operation of the stopper of the shock absorbing material bottom plate 25, and the contact | abutting flat plate part 21 does not move any more. Therefore, there is no fear that the parts other than the contact part of the contact flat plate part 21 will collide with the load D, and the occurrence of inadvertent luggage accidents can be prevented.
