Claims (13)
- 表面(26)に沿って物体を移動させるためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
前記物体を支持するよう構成された複数の車両(20)を備え、前記車両(20)の各々は、全方向車輪と高さ調整装置とを備え、
前記複数の車両(20)と通信する制御システム(50)を備え、前記制御システム(50)は、前記複数の車両(20)に信号を送信するよう構成され、前記複数の車両(20)に、前記表面(26)に沿って既定の方向へ前記物体を移動させるよう指令し、前記複数の車両(20)の各々は、前記全方向車輪を使用して移動の方向を調整すること、または、前記高さ調整装置を使用して、前記物体を前記既定の方向へ移動させる間に前記物体が支持される高さを調整すること、のうちの少なくとも1つを行うよう構成される、システム。 - 前記複数の車両(20)のうちの一または複数は、前記制御システム(50)と通信すること、または、前記複数の車両(20)の他の車両のうちの一または複数と通信すること、のうちの少なくとも1つのための、通信装置(63)を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の車両(20)の各々は、前記物体に結合するよう構成された支持部材(24)を備え、前記支持部材(24)は回転可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の車両(20)のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記少なくとも1つの車両(20)への前記物体の負荷を測定するための、少なくとも1つの負荷センサを備え、前記複数の車両(20)は、前記少なくとも1つの負荷センサによって測定された前記物体の負荷に基づいて、前記物体が支持される高さを調整するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の車両(20)のうちの少なくとも1つは、支持部材(24)と、前記支持部材(24)の位置を決定するための少なくとも1つのエンコーダ(154)とを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の車両(20)の各々は、前記複数の車両(20)の各々の配置を決定するための、少なくとも1つの配置センサを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記既定の方向は非直線移動経路を含み、前記複数の車両(20)のうちの一または複数は、前記複数の車両(20)の他の車両のうちの一または複数と半独立して作動して、前記非直線移動経路に沿って前記物体を移動させるよう構成され、前記複数の車両(20)のうちの前記一または複数は、前記複数の車両(20)の前記他の車両とは、異なる速度で移動すること、または、異なる調整後旋回角度で移動すること、のうちの少なくとも1つを行うよう構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 表面(26)に沿って物体を移動させるための方法であって、前記方法は、
前記表面(26)に沿っての前記物体の移動の方向を決定することと、
前記表面(26)上で前記物体を支持する複数の車両(20)に信号を伝達することを含み、前記信号は、前記複数の車両(20)に、決められている前記移動の方向へ前記物体を移動させ、前記複数の車両(20)の各々は、全方向車輪を含み、かつ、
(i)伝達される前記信号に基づいて、前記複数の車両(20)の移動の方向を調整すること、または、(ii)前記物体が決められている前記移動の方向へ動かされる間に、前記複数の車両(20)のうちの一または複数への、測定された負荷に基づいて、前記表面(26)の上で物体が支持される高さを調整すること、のうちの少なくとも1つを自動的に行うことを含む、方法。 - 更に、前記複数の車両(20)についての物理的幾何形状情報と配置情報とを受信すること、および、前記物体を決められている前記移動の方向へ移動させるために、前記物理的幾何形状情報と前記配置情報とに基づいて、前記複数の車両(20)のための移動経路を計算することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の車両(20)の各々は、前記移動経路上の進路を維持するために、複数の局所移動のうちの1つを実行する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記複数の局所移動のうちの少なくとも1つを確定するために、前記複数の車両(20)のうちの少なくともいくつかに、信号を伝達することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記複数の車両(20)間でデータを伝達することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記複数の車両(20)のうちの少なくとも1つの回転位置を調整することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
