Abstract
【解決手段】第1の工程で、金属部材1のベース鋼板1aに電着層3aまたは、電着塗装3aおよびソリッド系の上塗り層3bを形成し、第2の工程で、樹脂部材2および第1の工程を経た金属部材1に同時に、樹脂用プライマ5a、ボデー用上塗りベース塗料5b、樹脂用クリヤ5cを順次塗り重ね、120℃以下で焼付け硬化させるようにし、第2の工程にて、同じ上塗りベース塗料5bの焼付け硬化を金属部材1および樹脂部材2に対して同一の行程で行う。

Claims (2)
- 金属部材と樹脂部材とから成る自動車の外板に塗膜を形成する塗膜形成方法において、
前記金属部材に電着塗装または、電着塗装およびソリッド系上塗り塗装を行う第1の工程と、
前記樹脂部材および前記第1の工程を経た前記金属部材に、樹脂用プライマ、ボデー用または樹脂用上塗りベース塗料、樹脂用クリヤを順次塗り重ね、120℃以下で焼付け硬化させる第2の工程と
を含むことを特徴とする塗膜形成方法。 - 前記第2の工程において、保持治具により、前記樹脂部材および前記金属部材を水平状態に保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗膜形成方法。
