Claims (20)

  1. 航空機のベースライン翼に固定して取り付け可能なウイングレットであって、
    制御面を備える水平部分と、
    前記水平部分に連結される垂直部分であって、前記垂直部分は前記水平部分に実質的に垂直な軸を中心に移動するように構成され、前記制御面および前記垂直部分は、前記航空機の前記ベースライン翼に取り付けられるとある飛行状態で翼効率を高める、垂直部分と、を備える、ウイングレット。
  2. 飛行中の飛行状態データに少なくとも一部基づいて前記制御面および前記垂直部分の動作を制御するための制御システムをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のウイングレット。
  3. 前記制御システムは、前記航空機上に位置するセンサに通信可能に結合され、前記航空機上に位置する前記センサから信号を受信するように構成される、請求項2に記載のウイングレット。
  4. 前記制御システムは、
    前記制御面を下方に偏向させ、前記垂直部分の前縁を内側に回転させて、第1の飛行状態で揚力を増加させ、
    前記制御面を上方に偏向させ、前記垂直部分の前記前縁を外側に回転させて、第2の飛行状態で揚力を減少させるように構成される、請求項2に記載のウイングレット。
  5. 前記制御面は、上方に15度〜下方に15度偏向するように構成され、前記垂直部分は、内側に4度〜外側に4度偏向するように構成される、請求項4に記載のウイングレット。
  6. 前記制御システムは、前記航空機の自動操縦またはフライバイワイヤシステムのうちの少なくとも1つから独立して前記制御面および垂直部分を制御するように構成される、請求項2に記載のウイングレット。
  7. 前記制御システムは、前記航空機の自動操縦またはフライバイワイヤシステムのうちの少なくとも1つとともに前記制御面および垂直部分を制御するように構成される、請求項2に記載のウイングレット。
  8. 前記センサは、迎え角、対気速度、密度、大気条件、圧力、またはこれらの組み合わせのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項に記載のウイングレット。
  9. 航空機のベースライン翼に固定して取り付け可能な翼端デバイスであって、
    前記ベースライン翼の船外部分に連結可能な角度を成した部分であって、前記角度を成した部分が前記ベースライン翼から上向き角度で突出するように、前記ベースライン翼の船外部分に固定して取り付けるように構成され、前記ベースライン翼と面外の角度を成した軸を中心に移動するように構成され、前記航空機の前記ベースライン翼に取り付けられると、前記ベースライン翼の制御面とともにある飛行状態で翼効率を高める、角度を成した部分を備える、翼端デバイス。
  10. 前記角度を成した軸は、前記航空機の垂直軸に実質的に平行である、請求項9に記載の翼端デバイス。
  11. 前記角度を成した軸は、前記角度を成した部分のスパン方向部分に実質的に平行である、請求項9に記載の翼端デバイス。
  12. 前記ベースライン翼の前記制御面は、前記翼端デバイスに近接して位置する、請求項9に記載の翼端デバイス。
  13. 前記制御面は、少なくとも1つの、補助翼、フラッペロン、フラップ、スポイラー、スポイロン、制御可能な気流修正デバイス、またはこれらの組み合わせを備える、請求項9に記載の翼端デバイス。
  14. 飛行中の飛行状態データに少なくとも一部基づいて前記制御面および垂直部分の動作を制御するための制御システムをさらに備える、請求項9に記載の翼端デバイス。
  15. 前記制御システムは、前記航空機上に位置するセンサに通信可能に結合され、前記航空機上に位置する前記センサから信号を受信するように構成される、請求項14に記載の翼端デバイス。
  16. 前記制御システムは、
    前記制御面を下方に偏向させ、前記角度を成した部分の前縁を内側に回転させて、第1の飛行状態で揚力を増加させ、
    前記制御面を上方に偏向させ、前記角度を成した部分の前記前縁を外側に回転させて、第2の飛行状態で揚力を減少させるように構成される、請求項14に記載の翼端デバイス。
  17. 前記翼端デバイスは、少なくとも1つの、ウイングレット、翼端板、スピロイド、分割したウイングレット、フェンス、レーキ、スワローテール、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項9に記載の翼端デバイス。
  18. 航空機上に位置するセンサから飛行中の飛行状態データを受信することと、
    前記受信された飛行中の飛行状態データに少なくとも一部基づいて、前記航空機のベースライン翼の船外部分に取り付けられた翼端デバイスの制御面および垂直部分を調整することであって、前記制御面が、前記航空機の前記ベースライン翼の水平部分上に位置し、前記垂直部分が、前記ベースライン翼に連結され、かつそれから上向き角度で突出し、前記垂直部分が、前記航空機の垂直軸に実質的に平行な軸を中心に調整可能である、調整することと、を含む、方法。
  19. 前記制御面および垂直部分の前記調整は、前記制御面の縁部が前記ベースライン翼に対し上方または下方に移動するように、水平軸に沿って前記制御面を回転させることと、前記垂直部分の縁部が前記ベースライン翼との関連で内側または外側に移動するように、前記航空機の垂直軸に実質的に平行な軸を中心に前記垂直部分を回転させることと、を含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
  20. 航空機であって、
    胴体と、
    ベースライン翼であって、前記ベースライン翼の第1の端部で前記胴体に連結される、ベースライン翼と、
    翼延長部であって、
    水平部分が前記ベースライン翼の船外に存在するように、前記ベースライン翼の第2の端部に連結される水平部分であって、制御面を備える、水平部分と、
