Abstract
【解決手段】 患者における局所的な酸素摂取及び/又はかん流を評価するためには、その患者によって吸入された空気の容積が決定され、電気インピーダンス・トモグラフィの方法に従って、第1局所肺容積が、呼吸停止法の第1時点で測定される。第1局所肺容積は、第2局所肺容積に、その呼吸停止法の第2時点で比較される。

Claims (10)
- 患者における局所的酸素摂取を評価する装置であって、前記装置は電気インピーダンス・トモグラフィ装置を有し、該電気インピーダンス・トモグラフィ装置は、
呼吸停止法の第1の時点及び前記呼吸停止法の第2の時点における第1の局所的肺容積を測定し、及び呼吸停止法の第1の時点及び前記呼吸停止法の第2の時点における第2の局所的肺容積を測定し、
前記呼吸停止法の前記第1の時点及び前記呼吸停止法の前記第2の時点における前記第1の局所的肺容積を比較し、前記呼吸停止法の前記第1の時点及び前記呼吸停止法の前記第2の時点における前記第2の局所的肺容積を比較し、前記第1の局所的肺容積及び前記第2の局所的肺容積の前記局所的酸素摂取は前記の比較に基づき決定される、
よう構成される、装置。 - 前記第1の局所的肺容積の前記酸素摂取は、前記患者が第1の姿勢であるとき決定され、前記第2の局所的肺容積は、前記患者が第2の姿勢であるとき決定される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記患者の胴体上部を囲むセンサーのアレイ、
を更に有する請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記装置は、酸素摂取を定量化するよう構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、酸素摂取を定量化するために肺活量測定を実行するよう構成される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記患者に所定の呼気容積を供給するよう構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、血液のミリリッター(ml)当たりの酸素量を計算するよう構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、肺活量演習に基づき肺容積を較正するよう構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 患者における局所的酸素摂取を評価するシステムであって、前記システムは前記患者を検知するよう構成される電気インピーダンス・トモグラフィ装置であって、前記患者の検知するのに応答して信号を転送するよう構成される、電気インピーダンス・トモグラフィ装置と、前記信号を受信するよう構成される信号プロセッサと、を有し、該信号プロセッサは、アルゴリズムを有し、該アルゴリズムは、
呼吸停止法の第1の時点及び前記呼吸停止法の第2の時点における第1の局所的肺容積を測定し、及び呼吸停止法の第1の時点及び前記呼吸停止法の第2の時点における第2の局所的肺容積を測定し、
前記呼吸停止法の前記第1の時点及び前記呼吸停止法の前記第2の時点における前記第1の局所的肺容積を比較し、前記呼吸停止法の前記第1の時点及び前記呼吸停止法の前記第2の時点における前記第2の局所的肺容積を比較し、前記第1の局所的肺容積及び前記第2の局所的肺容積の前記局所的酸素摂取は前記の比較に応答して決定される、
よう構成される、システム。 - 前記第1の局所的肺容積の前記酸素摂取は、前記患者が第1の姿勢であるとき決定され、前記第2の局所的肺容積は、前記患者が第2の姿勢であるとき決定される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
