Abstract
【解決手段】外缶と外缶内に挿入した原液を収蔵する圧力で変形可能な内容器からなり、外缶と内容器の間の空間(V)を気体で加圧することで内容器内の原液をステムを通して吐出させる2重構造容器の製造方法において、外缶内に炭酸ガス発生剤を入れ次いで内容器に装着したバルブと外缶をクリンチして外缶と内容器の間に密閉空間を形成した後、前記炭酸ガス発生剤を反応させ密閉空間の圧力を常圧以上とする。炭酸ガス発生剤として固体酸若しくは(重)炭酸塩を収納した水溶性カプセルと(重)炭酸塩水溶液若しくは酸水溶液を用いるのが好ましい。

従って、この状態での密閉空間(V)の圧力P1はボイルの法則から

(6)式から明らかなように噴射圧力P1はP0よりも大きな値となる。
また、原液の回収率は99.6%でほぼ全量の吐出が確認された。ジェル化させた時の原液の粘度は発泡体では測定できないので、上記で調整した分散液を別途ガラス容器にいれて冷蔵庫で冷却したCO2を含まないジェル化した試料について測定したところ95dPa・s(25℃)であった。

- 外缶と外缶内に挿入した原液を収蔵する圧力で変形可能な内容器からなり、外缶と内容器の間の密閉空間を気体で加圧することで前記内容器内の原液をステムを通して吐出させる2重構造容器の製造方法において、外缶内に炭酸ガス発生剤を入れ、次いで内容器に装着したバルブと外缶をクリンチして外缶と内容器の間に密閉空間を形成した後、前記炭酸ガス発生剤を反応させて炭酸ガスを発生させ密閉空間の圧力を常圧以上とする二重構造容器の製造方法。
- 原液を内容器に注入した後に更に内容器に圧縮性ガス若しくは圧縮空気を加圧注入する請求項1の二重構造容器の製造方法。
- 圧縮性ガスが炭酸ガスである請求項2の二重構造容器の製造方法。
- 炭酸ガス発生剤が固体酸若しくは(重)炭酸塩を収納した水溶性カプセルと(重)炭酸塩水溶液若しくは酸水溶液である請求項1から3のいずれかの二重構造容器の製造方法。
