円柱状の棒鋼本体の外面には、長手方向に延長する二本のリブと、二本のリブの間を接合する複数の節とを有する異形棒鋼を取付け対象とする、定着金物であって、
異形棒鋼先端部の外周面における円周全長のうち略半分ずつを覆う略半円筒形状のカプラーを一対と、一対のカプラーが円筒状を保持するようにその外面側に嵌合する為の内テーパ部が内面に形成されたテーパースリーブと、テーパースリーブを押し込む締結ナットとを備え、
締結ナットは、外面には定着部を有すると共に、内面には雌ねじ部を有し、
円筒状となる一対のカプラーは、内面には、異形棒鋼の節に嵌合する節溝を有し、外面には、内テーパ部に対応すると共に異形棒鋼の先端方向に向かって縮径する外テーパ部と、外テーパ部よりも先端側の位置に形成されると共に締結ナットを螺合する雄ねじ部とを有していることを特徴とする、定着金物。
