Description

The present invention relates to a floorboard support for supporting a floorboard of a building, and more particularly to a floorboard support that can adjust the height level from above the floorboard.

The floorboard of the first floor of the building has been conventionally supported by a horizontal (large pull). The middle part of the horizontal support was supported by floorboard supports (bundles) standing on the installation surface such as a concrete foundation. However, recently, a floor board support that directly supports a floor board without using a large pull has been provided in response to a demand for simplification of building structure and cost reduction (for example, see Patent Document 1).

As shown in FIG. 5, the floor board supporter includes a pipe-like bundle body 110 with a base plate standing on the foundation (installation surface) C of the building, and a shaft-like threadedly engaged with the upper end portion of the bundle body 110. An operating body 120 and a support plate 130 that supports the floor board 100 by screwing into the upper end of the operating body 120 are provided.

More specifically, a female screw (not shown) is formed at the upper end of the bundle body 110. In addition, a locking portion 121 that locks an operating tool such as a wrench or a spanner is provided at an intermediate portion of the operating body 120. In addition, screws 122 and 123 that are opposite to each other are formed above and below the locking portion 121 of the operation body 120. The lower screw 123 of the operation body 120 is screwed into the female screw of the bundle body 110. Furthermore, an operation unit 124 such as a hexagon socket for a plug-in wrench is provided at the upper end of the operation body 120. A nut 131 is welded to the lower surface of the support plate 130, and the nut 131 is screwed into the upper screw 122 of the operation body 120.

Then, the base plate 101 constituting the floor plate 100 is placed on the support plate 130. The base plate 101 is formed with a through hole 101 a that exposes the upper end portion of the operation body 120. Then, an operating tool is inserted into the through hole 101a from above the base plate 101, and further, the operating tool is inserted into the operating portion 124 of the operating body 120, and the operating tool 120 is rotated in the circumferential direction.

The operating body 120 is raised or lowered by converting this circumferential rotation into an axial linear motion, and the height level of the support plate 130 is adjusted. After this height level adjustment, the panel body 102 is laid on the base plate 101.

In addition, when the edge part of the floor board 100 and the edge part of the floor board 100 are mounted on the support plate 130, and the side surfaces of each floor board 100 join, one floor board 100 is mounted on the support plate 130, and the other side At the stage where the floor plate 100 is not placed on the support plate 130, the operating tool 120 can be rotated by the operating tool such as a spanner locking the locking portion 121 of the operating tool 120 under the floor.

Japanese Patent No. 3920840

In the floor board support shown in FIG. 5, screws 122 and 123 having opposite directions are formed on the upper side and the lower side of the operation body 120. In such an operation body 120, the support plate 130 is separated from the installation surface C at the same time as the installation surface C is separated from the support plate 130 when turned to one side.

That is, the operating body 120 in which the screws 122 and 123 having the opposite directions on the upper side and the lower side are compared with the operating body 120 in which the screws on the upper side and the lower side are formed in the same direction. The interval between and becomes narrower or wider. Therefore, in this floor support, it is difficult to finely adjust the height level of the support plate 130.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a floor board support that can be finely adjusted from the floor after the height level of the support plate is roughly adjusted.

The floorboard support according to the present invention is a bundle main body that is disposed on the installation surface in the vertical direction, and has a base plate that is seated on the installation surface and a lower end that is rotatably supported by the base plate, and a first female screw on the upper part. A bundle body combined with a cylindrical member having a shaft, a shaft-like member having a first male screw threadedly engaged with the first female screw of the bundle body, and a first male screw of the shaft-shaped member; A support plate having a first lock nut that prevents the shaft-shaped member from rotating in the circumferential direction by abutting with an upper end of the bundle main body, and a second female screw that is screwed into the first male screw of the shaft-shaped member. And a second lock nut threadably engaged with an upper portion of the first male screw of the shaft-like member on the upper surface side of the support plate.

According to the floor plate support, the shaft-shaped member that is screwed into the first female screw of the tubular member in a state where the tubular member of the bundle body is held so as not to rotate in the circumferential direction with respect to the base plate. By rotating in the circumferential direction, the shaft-like member and the support plate are raised or lowered with respect to the bundle body, and the height level of the support plate is roughly adjusted. In this state, the first lock nut is tightened and engaged with the upper end of the cylindrical member of the bundle body, so that the shaft-like member is restricted from rotating in the circumferential direction.

When the cylindrical member of the bundle main body is rotated with respect to the base plate and then the shaft-shaped member is rotated in the circumferential direction, the support plate is raised or lowered while the cylindrical member is rotated. When the cylindrical member rotates in the circumferential direction, the support plate is slightly raised or lowered, and the height level of the support plate can be finely adjusted. Then, the second lock nut is tightened and abuts against the upper surface of the support plate, so that the support plate maintains a predetermined height level.

The floorboard support according to the present invention, which is different from the above, is a bundle main body arranged on the installation surface in the vertical direction, the base plate seated on the installation surface, the lower end supported by the base plate, and the first female on the upper side. A bundle body combined with a cylindrical member having a screw, a shaft-like member having a first male screw threadedly engaged with the first female screw of the bundle body, and a first male screw of the shaft-shaped member. A first lock nut that prevents the shaft-shaped member from rotating in the circumferential direction by abutting with an upper end of the bundle body, and a support plate having a second female screw that penetrates the shaft-shaped member with a space therebetween. A cylindrical hollow bolt having a third female screw threadedly engaged with the first male screw of the shaft-shaped member on the inner periphery and a third threaded thread engaging with the second female screw of the support plate on the outer periphery; A hollow bolt having a male screw and the hollow bolt on the upper side of the support plate; It is characterized in that it comprises a second locking nut screwed to the third external threads.

According to this floor board support tool, in a state where the tubular member of the bundle body is supported so as not to rotate with respect to the base plate, the shaft-like member screwed to the first female screw of the tubular member is circumferentially arranged. By rotating, the shaft member and the support plate are raised or lowered with respect to the bundle main body, and the height level of the support plate is roughly adjusted. In this state, the first lock nut is tightened and engaged with the upper end of the cylindrical member of the bundle body, so that the shaft-like member is restricted from rotating in the circumferential direction.

Then, by rotating the hollow bolt screwed into the male screw of the shaft-shaped member in the circumferential direction from the floor, the hollow bolt and the support plate are raised or lowered with respect to the shaft-shaped member, and the height level of the support plate is set. Fine adjustments can be made. Since the support plate is screwed in a certain direction so as not to rotate around the male screw of the hollow bolt, the support plate is raised or lowered in conjunction with the rotation of the hollow bolt, and the height level is finely adjusted. . Then, after the fine adjustment of the height level, the second lock nut is tightened, and the second lock nut is joined to the support plate, so that the support plate maintains a predetermined height level.

Here, as one aspect of the floor board support according to the present invention, the direction of the first male screw of the shaft-shaped member and the third female screw of the hollow bolt and the third male screw of the hollow bolt and the second female of the support plate A configuration in which the direction of the screw is formed in the opposite direction can be employed.

According to this floor board support, the direction of the first male screw of the shaft-shaped member and the third female screw of the hollow bolt and the direction of the third male screw of the hollow bolt and the second female screw of the support plate are reversed. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the hollow bolt from following the rotation of the shaft-like member in a state where the support plate is supported so as not to rotate, that is, it is difficult to rotate.

In this case, the structure by which the operation part for making it easy to turn a hollow volt | bolt to the circumferential direction can be employ | adopted for the upper end part of the said hollow volt | bolt. According to this floor board support, the hollow bolt can be easily rotated in the circumferential direction by gripping the operation portion provided on the hollow bolt with an operation tool such as a spanner.

In this case, it is possible to employ a configuration including a third lock nut that is screwed into the upper end portion of the shaft-like member and abutted with the upper end portion of the hollow bolt. According to this floor board support, the third lock nut is tightened so as to abut against the upper end of the hollow bolt, so that the hollow bolt can be restricted from rising or lowering.

Moreover, the structure by which the operation part for making it easy to turn a shaft-shaped member to the circumferential direction is provided in the upper end of the said shaft-shaped member as another aspect of the floor support tool which concerns on this invention. According to this floor board support, the operation part provided in the shaft-shaped member is locked by the operation tool such as a wrench, and the shaft-shaped member can be easily rotated in the circumferential direction by turning the operation tool.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, after adjusting the height level of a support plate roughly, the floor board support tool which enabled it to finely adjust from the floor can be provided.

FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional front view showing a floor board support according to a first embodiment of the present invention before height level adjustment. FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional front view showing the first embodiment of the floor board support according to the present invention, after the height level adjustment. FIG. 3 is a partial cross-sectional front view showing the second embodiment of the floor board support according to the present invention, before the height level adjustment. FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional front view showing the second embodiment of the floor board support according to the present invention, after the height level adjustment. FIG. 5 is a front view showing a conventional floor board support.

A first embodiment of a floor board support according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. The floor plate support includes a bundle body 10, a shaft-shaped member 20, a first lock nut 31, a support plate 50, and a second lock nut 32.

The bundle body 10 includes a base plate 11 that sits on the installation surface C, and a cylindrical member 12 that is disposed in the vertical direction. The cylindrical member 12 is supported at its lower end by caulking so that it can rotate in the circumferential direction. A first female screw 10 a is formed on the upper part of the cylindrical member 12.

The shaft-like member 20 is formed with a first male screw 21 that is screwed into the female screw 10a of the cylindrical member 12 over the entire length. Therefore, the shaft-like member 20 is a so-called cutting bolt without a head. Further, an operation portion 23 such as a hexagon socket for a plug-in wrench is provided at the upper end of the shaft-shaped member 20. However, the operation part 23 is good also as what welded the nut to the shaft-shaped member 20 instead of the hexagonal hole. When the shaft-shaped member 20 is rotated in the circumferential direction, the rotational motion is converted into a linear motion in the axial direction, and the shaft-shaped member 20 is raised or lowered with respect to the tubular member 12 of the bundle body 10.

However, the first lock nut 31 is screwed into the lower portion of the shaft-shaped member 20, and the shaft-shaped member 20 is rotated by the first lock nut 31 abutting against the upper end of the tubular member 12 of the bundle body 10. It becomes impossible and is regulated not to rise or fall. A spring washer 35 is interposed between the first lock nut 31 and the upper surface of the tubular member 12.

The support plate 50 is a plate-like member in which a second female screw 52 is formed at the center of the plate body 51 that fixes the wooden piece 1. The female screw 52 is screwed with an intermediate portion of the first male screw 21 formed on the shaft-like member 20.

The second female screw 52 of the support plate 50 is formed longer than the plate thickness by bending the center of the plate main body 51 to the lower surface side. However, although not shown, the support plate 50 may have a through hole formed at the center of the plate body 51 and a nut fixed to be continuous with the through hole.

Small holes 54 through which the screws 53 pass are formed at the four corners of the plate body 51. Further, ribs 55 are provided radially on the lower surface of the plate. A through hole 1 a larger than the female screw 52 of the support plate 50 is also formed at the center of the piece of wood 1.

A second lock nut 32 is screwed onto the upper part of the first male screw 21 formed on the shaft-like member 20. When the lock nut 32 abuts against the upper surface of the plate main body 51, the shaft-like member 20 becomes non-rotatable, and the support plate 50 is regulated so as not to be raised or lowered with respect to the shaft-like member 20.

Here, a method for adjusting the height of the support plate 50 using the floor board support will be described. The wooden piece 1 is fixed to the support plate 50 in advance. The piece of wood 1 is joined to the plate body 51 and is integrated with the support plate 50 by screwing screws 53 through the small holes 54 of the plate body 51.

Then, the base plate 11 of the bundle body 10 is fixed to the installation surface C with an adhesive or the like. At this time, the lower portion of the first male screw 21 of the shaft-shaped member 20 is screwed into the first female screw 10a of the tubular member 12 of the bundle body 10, and the upper portion of the shaft-shaped member 20 is the tubular shape of the bundle body 10. It protrudes long from the member 12. Further, the first lock nut 31 is screwed into the shaft member 20 away from the upper end of the tubular member 12 of the bundle body 10.

And after the cylindrical member 12 of the bundle body 10 is gripped so as not to rotate with respect to the base plate 11, the upper part of the shaft-shaped member 20 is gripped and rotated in the circumferential direction, so that the shaft-shaped member 20 is The support plate 50 that enters the tubular member 12 of the bundle body 10 and is screwed to the shaft-like member 20 is lowered.

When the plate is roughly lowered to a predetermined position, the first lock nut 31 is fastened to the upper end of the tubular member 12 of the bundle body 10 by tightening the first lock nut 31. If it does so, the shaft-shaped member 20 cannot be rotated and the shaft-shaped member 20 will not enter into the cylindrical member 12. However, the cylindrical member 12 in this state is rotatable in the circumferential direction with respect to the base plate 11.

In this state, as shown in FIG. 2, a floor board 101 is fixed on the piece of wood 1. The base plate 101 is also formed with a through hole 101 a continuous with the through hole of the piece of wood 1. The operation part 23 of the hollow bolt 40 is exposed in the through hole 101a. Therefore, an operation tool such as a hexagon wrench is inserted into the operation unit 23 from the floor, that is, from the base plate 101, and the shaft member 20 is rotated.

In this state, the cylindrical member 12 of the bundle body 10 is rotatably supported with respect to the base plate 11, the shaft-shaped member 20 does not move up and down, and the support plate 50 does not go around the shaft-shaped member 20. By rotating the shaft-shaped member 20 in the circumferential direction, the support plate 50 is slightly lowered or raised, and the height position thereof is finely adjusted. When the support plate 50 is positioned at a predetermined height, the second lock nut 32 is tightened, and the second lock nut 32 is joined to the support plate 50 so that the support plate 50 is prevented from rising or lowering. The

In this way, after the height levels of the support plate 50, the piece of wood 1 and the base plate 101 are finely adjusted, a panel body (not shown) is laid on the base plate 101.

Next, a second embodiment of the floor board support according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The floor plate support includes a bundle body 10, a shaft member 20, a first lock nut 31, a hollow bolt 40, a support plate 50, and a second lock nut 32.

The bundle main body 10 of the floor board support tool of the second embodiment is supported so that the cylindrical member 12 cannot rotate with respect to the base plate 11. Moreover, the operation part like the hexagon hole for insertion wrench is not provided in the upper end of the shaft-shaped member 20 of the floor board support tool of 2nd Embodiment. However, an operation unit may be provided at the upper end of the shaft-shaped member 20.

The hollow bolt 40 is a cylindrical body, and a third female screw 41 that is screwed into the first male screw 21 of the shaft-like member 20 is formed on the inner periphery, and is opposite to the third female screw 41. The third male screw 42 is formed on the outer periphery, and the operation unit 43 is provided on the upper end. The operation unit 43 is provided by the head of the hollow bolt 40 and is easily grasped by an operation tool such as a wrench. The outer shape of the operation unit 43 is a hexagon that makes it easy to use an operation tool such as a wrench, but may be a polygon such as a rectangle.

The second lock nut 32 is screwed onto the male screw 42 of the hollow bolt 40. The second lock nut 32 is larger than the operation portion 43 of the hollow bolt 40 so that the second lock nut 32 can be easily held by the operation tool. Further, the third lock nut 33 is screwed into the upper end portion of the shaft-like member 20. The third lock nut 33 is engaged with the operation portion 43 of the hollow bolt 40 by being tightened.

The support plate 50 is a plate-like member in which a second female screw 52 having an inner diameter larger than that of the second female screw 52 of the first embodiment is formed at the center of the plate body 51 that fixes the wooden piece 1. The third male screw 42 of the hollow bolt 40 is screwed into the second female screw 52 of the support plate 50. Therefore, the second lock nut 32 is screwed into the third male screw 42 of the hollow bolt 40 between the support plate 50 and the operation portion 43 of the hollow bolt 40.

The configuration in which the second female screw 52 of the support plate 50 is formed longer than the plate thickness of the plate main body 51 and the small holes 54 are formed at the four corners of the plate main body 51 is the same as in the first embodiment.

Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment. Next, the usage method will be described. Also in the second embodiment, the wooden piece 1 is fixed to the support plate 50 in advance as in the first embodiment.

It protrudes long from the upper end of the member 12. Further, the first lock nut 31 is screwed to the axial member 20 away from the upper end of the tubular member 12 of the bundle body 10.

And since the cylindrical member 12 of the bundle main body 10 does not rotate with respect to the base plate 11 in the circumferential direction, the axial member 20 is rotated in the circumferential direction, so that the axial member 20 becomes the cylindrical member of the bundle main body 10. 12, the shaft member 20, the hollow bolt 40, and the support plate 50 are lowered.

When the support plate 50 is roughly lowered to a predetermined position, the first lock nut 31 is tightened, and the first lock nut 31 is brought into contact with the upper end of the tubular member 12 of the bundle body 10. As a result, the shaft-shaped member 20 cannot be rotated, and the shaft-shaped member 20 does not enter the tubular member 12.

In this state, as shown in FIG. 2, the base plate 101 of the floor board is fixed on the piece of wood 1. The base plate 101 is also formed with a through hole 101 a continuous with the through hole 1 a of the piece of wood 1. The operation part 43 of the hollow bolt 40 and the second lock nut 32 are exposed in the through hole 101a. Then, an operation tool such as a wrench is inserted into the through hole 101a from the floor, that is, from the top of the base plate 101, and the operation tool grips and rotates the operation portion 43 of the hollow bolt 40. Then, the hollow bolt 40 is raised or lowered while being screwed to the shaft-like member 20. Therefore, the support plate 50 is slightly raised or lowered in conjunction with the rotation of the hollow bolt 40, and the height level can be finely adjusted.

When the support plate 50 is finely adjusted to a predetermined height level, the second lock nut 32 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the support plate 50 by tightening the second lock nut 32. Further, the third lock nut 33 is engaged with the operation portion 43 of the hollow bolt 40 by tightening the third lock nut 33. In this manner, the support plate 50 is regulated so as not to rise or fall from the predetermined height level. A panel body (not shown) is laid on the base plate 101.

In addition, this invention can be variously changed without being limited to the said embodiment. For example, in the first embodiment, the operation unit 23 is provided at the upper end of the shaft-shaped member 20, and in the second embodiment, the operation unit 43 is provided at the upper end of the hollow bolt 40, and the operation unit is provided at the upper end of the hollow bolt 40. Although 43 is provided, the hollow bolt 40 or the shaft-shaped member 20 may be rotated in the circumferential direction by grasping the outer periphery of the hollow bolt 40 or the shaft-shaped member 20 without providing the operation portions 43 and 23. Good. Also in the second embodiment, an operation portion such as a hexagonal hole may be provided on the upper end surface of the shaft-shaped member 20.
