同一の硬化樹脂組成物層内に前記複数のガラス繊維織物が含まれており、かつ、当該硬化樹脂組成物層の少なくとも両表面側に、前記複数のガラス繊維織物のうち少なくとも２枚のガラス繊維織物が配されており、当該硬化樹脂組成物層の表面から前記ガラス繊維織物の中央部までの最短距離Ｌ 1 と、硬化樹脂組成物層の厚みＬ 0 とが、以下の式（Ｉ）の関係を充足するように、前記ガラス繊維織物が、硬化樹脂組成物層の両表面側にそれぞれ１枚ずつ含まれ、
