Description

The present invention relates to a peeling apparatus for peeling a bark of a plant, and more particularly to a peeling apparatus suitable for peeling a bark of birch which is a raw material of Japanese paper.

Conventionally, various skin peeling apparatuses for peeling the skin of plants, particularly the skin (black skin) of the bark of plants used as a raw material for Japanese paper have been disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). The bark black skin peeling apparatus, which is a raw material for paper disclosed in Patent Document 1, is characterized in that a rubber roll and a blade are mounted on a frame so as to face each other, and the rubber roll can be rotated at a low speed in a forward and reverse direction. According to the black skin peeling device provided with the above configuration, the black skin can be peeled by rotating the rubber roll while pulling the bark with the bark sandwiched between the rubber roll and the blade. In addition, it is described that the black skin can be completely peeled by reversely driving the rubber roll.

Further, the three-sided skin removing device disclosed in Patent Document 2 is a device for removing the skin from the three-sided skin, which is a Japanese paper raw material. A three-row feed section, and a rotating body having an uneven portion on the surface and rotating in the same direction as the gears are arranged facing each other in front of the three-row feed section in the feed direction, and the facing portions of both rotary bodies are removed from the skin. The rotational speed of the rotating body is 3 to 5 times the rotational speed of the gear. And in the 3 base skin removal apparatus provided with the said structure, after the 3 base feed part loosens the skin of the 3 base by meshing | engagement of a gear and causes the skin to crack, it is rotating at the 3-5 times higher rotational speed than a gear. Since it is pulled while being slipped by the rotating body of the skin removal part, it is described that the bast can be obtained by removing the skin without distinguishing between the front and the back, and the removal work efficiency can be improved.

According to the black skin peeling apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 1 and the three-skin skin removal apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 2, the skin peeling work that has been conventionally performed manually can be mechanized to some extent, and the work efficiency can be improved. I think that is planned.

However, the black skin peeling apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 1 and the three-colored skin removal apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 2 are apparatuses for peeling the bark skin (black skin), which is a raw material of Japanese paper. It is not a device for peeling the bark itself. Therefore, the bark peeling work still relies on humans, and there is a demand for improved work efficiency and labor saving by mechanization of the bark peeling work.

In view of the above problems, the inventors of the present invention can easily and efficiently peel the bark of plants without requiring manual labor, and in particular, a skinning device suitable for peeling bark of bark, which is a raw material of Japanese paper. As a result of intensive studies to provide it, the present invention has been achieved.

And a separation mechanism that separates the separation mechanism from the plant, and the bark peeling means sandwiches the separated bark, and the sandwiching mechanism. It is comprised including the moving means for peeling which leaves | separates from the said plant.

Moreover, the peeling apparatus of this invention is equipped with the bark cleaving blade for forming a cut | interruption in a bark along the longitudinal direction of the said plant in the said raw material injection | throwing-in part.

Furthermore, the skinning apparatus of the present invention is characterized in that the raw material charging unit includes a pair of guide rollers for guiding the plant to the bark separating means.

According to the peeling apparatus of the present invention, the bark of a plant can be easily and efficiently peeled without requiring manual labor. In particular, according to the structure of the peeling apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to peel bark bark, which is a raw material for Japanese paper, very efficiently and easily.

Moreover, the raw material input part in the peeling apparatus of the present invention is provided with a bark cleaving blade for forming a cut in the bark along the longitudinal direction of the plant, thereby further improving the efficiency of the peeling operation.

Furthermore, by providing a pair of guide rollers for guiding the plant to the bark separating means in the raw material input part of the skinning apparatus of the present invention, the efficiency of the skinning work is further improved, and the work of introducing the plant into the apparatus is performed. Hereinafter, embodiments of the peeling apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a schematic side view of a peeling apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view showing an embodiment of a bark peeling means according to the peeling apparatus 10 shown in FIG. As shown in these figures, a skinning apparatus 10 according to the present embodiment for peeling a bark of a plant includes a raw material input unit 20 that inputs a plant P to be peeled, and a plant P that is input from the raw material input unit 20. Bark separating means 30 for separating a part of the bark S from the plant P, and bark peeling means 40 for peeling off the separated bark S from the plant P.

The raw material charging unit 20 according to the peeling apparatus 10 of the present embodiment is disposed on the upper part of the apparatus main body X and includes a pair of upper and lower guide rollers 23 a and 23 b driven by a drive roller 22. That is, the long plant P guided to the raw material charging unit 20 by the raw material charging guide 21 disposed in the upper part of the apparatus main body X has a pair of upper and lower guide rollers 23a whose tip is related to the raw material charging unit 20. It will be drawn into the apparatus by 23b and guided to the location where the bark separating means 30 described later is disposed.

In addition, the raw material charging unit 20 according to the present embodiment includes a bark cleaving blade 24 adjacent to the location where the pair of upper and lower guide rollers 23a and 23b are disposed. The bark cleaving blade 24 forms a cut along the longitudinal direction of the plant P in the bark S of the plant P drawn by the pair of guide rollers 23 a and 23 b disposed in the raw material charging unit 20.

In addition, although the code | symbol 25 shows the bark folding roller arrange | positioned in the raw material injection | throwing-in part 20, this bark folding roller 25 is mentioned later.

Next, the bark separation means 30 according to the present embodiment for separating a part of the bark S of the plant P input from the raw material input unit 20 from the plant P is a part of the bark S of the plant P from the plant P. The separation mechanism 31 includes a separation mechanism 31 for separating and clamping, and a separation moving unit 32 for separating the separation mechanism 31 from the plant P. More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, first, the separation mechanism 31 according to the bark separation means 30 includes a plurality of right chuck members 33 and left chuck members 34 each having a saw blade at the tip, A support arm 36 for pivotally supporting the base end portion of each of the right chuck member 33 and the left chuck member 34 with a pin 35 is configured. The plurality of right chuck members 33 and the plurality of left chuck members 34 are arranged to face each other with their tip portions alternately intersecting with each other, and the tip portions of the right chuck member 33 and the left chuck member 34 are normally provided. Is biased to the crossed state (closed state) (see FIG. 3A).

The separation moving means 32 according to the bark separation means 30 includes an air cylinder 38 including a rod 37 connected to a support arm 36 according to the separation mechanism 31. By operating the air cylinder 38, the separation mechanism 31 including the right chuck member 33 and the left chuck member 34 can be moved up and down via the support arm 36. In this embodiment, the air cylinder 38 is applied. However, as long as the separation mechanism 31 can be moved up and down, a hydraulic cylinder or other known lifting mechanism may be applied.

The bark peeling means 40 according to this embodiment for pinching and peeling the bark S separated from the plant P by the bark separating means 30 includes a holding mechanism 41 for holding the separated bark S, The mechanism 41 includes a peeling moving means 42 for separating the mechanism 41 from the plant P. More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, first, the clamping mechanism 41 related to the bark peeling means 40 includes a pair of left and right clamping members 43 and 44 and a lattice connected to the clamping members 43 and 44. And an expansion / contraction mechanism 45 having a structure. The expansion / contraction mechanism 45 is configured such that a plurality of arms 46 are pin-joined by pins 47a, 47b, 47c, and the expansion / contraction mechanism 45 is extendable with the pin 47c fixed to the base 49 as a fulcrum. . That is, when the expansion / contraction mechanism 45 is extended, the clamping members 43 and 44 are engaged (closed state) (see FIG. 2A), and when the expansion / contraction mechanism 45 is contracted, the clamping members 43 and 44 are opened ( Open state) (see FIG. 2B). Reference numeral 48 denotes a guide long hole that guides the movement of the pin 47 a formed on the base 49. The movement of the pin 47 a is guided by the guide long hole 48, so that the expansion and contraction of the expansion and contraction mechanism 45 is performed. The direction will be regulated.

The peeling moving means 42 related to the bark peeling means 40 includes a holding mechanism traveling rail 50 for guiding the movement of the base 49 related to the holding mechanism 41, and a pair of moving rollers 52 a and 52 b driven by the driving roller 51. And an endless belt 53 that is stretched over the moving rollers 52a and 52b and to which a base 49 relating to the clamping mechanism 41 is connected and fixed. That is, the driving roller 51 is driven to move the moving rollers 52a and 52b, so that the base 49 connected and fixed to the endless belt 53 stretched around the moving rollers 52a and 52b is held between the holding mechanism traveling rails 50. It will move along.

The peeling of the bark S of the plant P by the peeling apparatus 10 of the present embodiment having the above configuration will be described in detail based on the drawings. In each drawing, parts other than the main components are omitted. First, the state before introducing the plant P is a state in which the right chuck member 33 and the left chuck member 34 according to the separation mechanism 31 of the bark separation means 30 cross each other as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3A. In the closed state, the separation mechanism 31 is arranged at the uppermost position by the separation moving means 32. Further, the clamping mechanism 41 related to the bark peeling means 40 is fixed by the locking member 55 by the link mechanism in a state where the expansion / contraction mechanism 45 is contracted, as in the state shown in FIG. Is maintained in an open state and is waiting in the vicinity of the bark separating means 30.

When the plant P to be peeled is input to the raw material input unit 20 by the raw material input guide 21, a pair of upper and lower guide rollers 23a in which the tip of the plant P is disposed in the raw material input unit 20, as shown in FIG. 23b is pulled into the apparatus main body X. And since the raw material injection | throwing-in part 20 which concerns on this embodiment is equipped with the bark cleaving blade 24 adjacent to the induction | guidance | derivation rollers 23a and 23b, in the process in which the plant P is drawn in by the induction | guidance | derivation rollers 23a and 23b, A cut C can be formed in the bark S along the longitudinal direction of the plant P (see FIGS. 3B and 4B).

The tip of the plant P input from the raw material input unit 20 has passed between the right chuck member 33 and the left chuck member 34 constituting the separation mechanism 31 related to the bark separation means 30 by a sensor (not shown) or the like. If detected, the driving of the guide rollers 23a and 23b is stopped, the air cylinder 38 of the separating moving means 32 related to the bark separating means 30 is activated, and the separating mechanism 31 starts moving downward. Then, the right chuck member 33 and the left chuck member 34 that have been urged in a state where the tip portions intersect (closed state) are moved downward while rubbing the surface of the plant P with a saw blade at the stage of contacting the plant P. In the process of continuing the movement, the bark S of the plant P is separated from the plant P (see FIGS. 3C and 3D), and finally the right chuck member 33 and the left chuck member 34 according to the separation mechanism 31 are used. Then, the bark S at the tip portion separated from the plant P is sandwiched (see FIG. 3 (e)).

At this time, the fixed state of the expansion / contraction mechanism 45 constituting the clamping mechanism 41 related to the bark peeling means 40 fixed by the locking member 55 of the link mechanism is fixed by the release arm 39 included in the support arm 36 related to the separation mechanism 31. When the telescopic mechanism 45 is released and the pair of left and right sandwiching members 43 and 44 related to the sandwiching mechanism 41 is closed (see FIG. 2A), the bark S is sandwiched. (See FIGS. 3 (e) and 4 (c)).

When the separation mechanism 31 with the bark S of the plant P sandwiched by the separation moving means 32 related to the bark separation means 30 reaches the lower end, the right chuck member 33 and the left chuck member 34 related to the separation mechanism 31 are opposite to each other. When the side abuts against the stopper 26 provided on the apparatus main body X, the right chuck member 33 and the left chuck member 34 rotate about the pin 35, and the state in which the bark S is held by the separation mechanism 31 is released. (See FIG. 3 (f) and FIG. 4 (c)).

When the bark S is pinched by the pinching mechanism 41, it is approximately the direction in which the pinching mechanism 41 is moved away from the plant P by the peeling moving means 42 associated with the bark peeling means 40, in this embodiment, the direction in which the plant P is charged. It is moved in the reverse direction (see FIG. 4D). At this time, the bark S is folded back by the bark folding roller 25 disposed in the raw material charging unit 20, and in this state, the clamping mechanism 41 that clamps the bark S is moved by the peeling moving means 42. The bark S can be peeled off from the plant P, and the plant P from which the bark S has been peeled is discharged out of the device main body X from the discharge portion 60 formed on the side surface of the device main body X (FIG. 5 (a) (b)).

When the peeling of the bark S from the plant P is completed and the pinching mechanism 41 reaches the end of the pinching mechanism running rail 50 by the peeling moving means 42, the opposite side of the pinching members 43 and 44 related to the telescopic mechanism 45 is the device main body X. The expansion / contraction mechanism 45 is contracted by abutting on the stopper 56 provided on the clamp member 50 to open the clamping members 43 and 44 (see FIG. 2B), and the bark S clamped by the clamping members 43 and 44 is moved to the apparatus main body X. The pinching members 43 and 44 that have fallen into the interior and that have been contracted and opened by the telescopic mechanism 45 are fixed by the locking member 55 in this state (see FIG. 5C).

Then, the separation mechanism 31 is returned to the initial position by the separation moving means 32 related to the bark separation means 30, and the holding mechanism 41 is returned to the initial position by the peeling movement means 42 related to the bark peeling means 40. The preparation of the bark S of the plant P is prepared (FIG. 5 (d)).

As described above, according to the peeling apparatus 10 of the present embodiment, the bark S of the plant P can be easily and efficiently peeled without requiring manual labor. In particular, according to the configuration of the peeling apparatus 10 of the present embodiment, bark of bark that is steamed from Japanese paper raw material can be peeled off very efficiently and easily.

Moreover, since the raw material input part 20 which concerns on the peeling apparatus 10 of this embodiment is equipped with the bark cleaving blade 24 for forming the cut | interruption C in the bark S along the longitudinal direction of the plant P, it is the further of a peeling operation | work. Efficiency can be improved.

Furthermore, by providing the raw material input unit 20 according to the skinning apparatus 10 of the present embodiment with a pair of guide rollers 23a and 23b for guiding the plant P to the bark separating means 30, it is possible to further improve the efficiency of the skinning operation.
