Description
この発明は、時計などの電子機器の機器ケースに用いられるケースユニットに関する。
この発明が解決しようとする課題は、外部からの衝撃を吸収することができるケースユニットを提供することである。
この発明は、ケースの貫通孔内に配置され、かつ内部にねじ孔が設けられた筒状ねじ部材と、この筒状ねじ部材の外周面と前記ケースの前記貫通孔の内周面との間に配置された緩衝部材と、前記筒状ねじ部材に螺合して前記ケースの上部又は下部に配置される部材を前記ケースに対して固定するねじ部材と、を備えていることを特徴とするケースユニットである。
この発明によれば、衝撃がケースに伝わるのを防ぐことができ、これにより耐衝撃性の高いものを提供することができる。
Claims (7)
- ケースの貫通孔内に配置され、かつ内部にねじ孔が設けられた筒状ねじ部材と、
この筒状ねじ部材の外周面と前記ケースの前記貫通孔の内周面との間に配置された緩衝部材と、
前記筒状ねじ部材に螺合して前記ケースの上部又は下部に配置される部材を前記ケースに対して固定するねじ部材と、
を備えていることを特徴とするケースユニット。 - 請求項１に記載のケースユニットにおいて、前記筒状ねじ部材は、前記ケースの前記貫通孔の縁部に設けられた係止部に係止される回転止め部を備えていることを特徴とするケースユニット。
- 請求項１または請求項２に記載のケースユニットにおいて、前記筒状ねじ部材は、前記ケースの前記貫通孔内に挿入するパイプ部と、このパイプ部の上端部に設けられて前記ケースの上面に当接する頭部とを備えていることを特徴とするケースユニット。
- 請求項１〜請求項３のいずれかに記載のケースユニットにおいて、前記ねじ部材は、前記筒状ねじ部材の前記ねじ孔に螺合するねじ部と、前記筒状ねじ部材の上端部に当接する首部と、前記部材に当接する頭部とを備えていることを特徴とするケースユニット。
- 請求項１〜請求項４のいずれかに記載のケースユニットにおいて、前記部材は、金属製の第１ベゼルと合成樹脂製の第２ベゼルとを備えていることを特徴とするケースユニット。
- 請求項１〜請求項５のいずれかに記載のケースユニットにおいて、前記部材は、第１緩衝部材を備えていることを特徴とするケースユニット。
- 請求項１〜請求項６のいずれかに記載のケースユニットにおいて、前記ケースと前記部材との間には、第２緩衝部材が配置されていることを特徴とするケースユニット。
