Claims (11)
- 細胞を含む試料を保持する保持部が複数配列された試料ケースによって保持された前記細胞を観察する細胞観察装置であって、
前記試料ケースを載置するための載置部と、
第1の電極と第2の電極とを含む電極対が複数配列された電気刺激部とを備え、
前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極の少なくとも一方は、前記保持部と対向する先端部を除いて絶縁物で被覆されて、前記先端部によって外部に露出された電極部を形成し、
前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間には、前記電極部から上方に抜ける空間が形成されている、
ことを特徴とする細胞観察装置。 - 前記電極対の前記絶縁物で被覆されている部分の少なくとも一部は、濡れ性を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の細胞観察装置。 - 前記電極対は、前記第2の電極が前記第1の電極を囲むような円筒状である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の細胞観察装置。 - 前記第1の電極は、前記保持部と対向する先端部を除いて絶縁物で被覆されており、
前記第2の電極は、全体が外部に露出している、
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の細胞観察装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の電極は、平板状であり、互いに平行になるように配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の細胞観察装置。 - 前記電気刺激部は、前記第1及び第2の電極の間に配置された平板状の絶縁体をさらに有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の細胞観察装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の電極は、棒状であり、互いに平行になるように配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の細胞観察装置。 - 前記第1の電極の前記電極部及び前記第2の電極の前記電極部は、前記保持部の底面に沿って互いに平行な棒状電極を成している、
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の細胞観察装置。 - 前記第2の電極の前記電極部は、前記第1の電極の前記電極部を囲むようなリング状である、
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の細胞観察装置。 - 前記第2の電極の前記電極部は、前記第1の電極の前記電極部に対向する曲線状である、
ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の細胞観察装置。 - 前記第1の電極は棒状であり、
前記第2の電極は平板状であり、
前記第1の電極は、前記第2の電極の表面に沿って配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の細胞観察装置。
