４）レモン（国産品）１ケ、半割にし薄く切って容器に入れる。
５）容器に入れたカキドオシ他に、エチルアルコール２５％を、（容器に６．５ｌ）いれる。
６）２ケ月間漬け込み醸成し、抽出物をサラシ袋に入れて搾り取り、エキスを造る。
７）抽出したエキス３に、炭酸泉７を加え、３対７の割合で加工し得た物を、（含有エキスと称する。）
炭酸泉は、血行促進作用があり毛細血管から毛根細胞に促進を促す、
レモンは、カキドオシ薬草の臭えを抑える効果あり。
カキドオシの他に、ザクロ、オオバコ、口無し花、等を添加する事も可能である。(Example of production of contained extract)
