Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、(A)極性官能基で変性された共役ジエン系重合体、(B)脂肪族ポリエステル系樹脂、(C)非晶性オレフィン系重合体、(D)結晶性ポリプロピレン樹脂、および(E)粘着付与樹脂を含むホットメルト接着剤に関する。

(B)脂肪族ポリエステル系樹脂、
(C)非晶性オレフィン系重合体、
(D)結晶性ポリプロピレン樹脂、および
(E)粘着付与樹脂
を含むホットメルト接着剤。
本発明のホットメルト接着剤は、(A)極性官能基で変性された共役ジエン系重合体(A成分)を含有することにより、(B)脂肪族ポリエステル系樹脂と、(C)非晶性オレフィン系重合体、(D)結晶性ポリプロピレン樹脂、(E)粘着付与樹脂等の他の成分との相溶性が高まり、粘着性、接着性および熱安定性等が向上する。
本発明のホットメルト接着剤は、(B)脂肪族ポリエステル系樹脂(B成分)を含むことにより、石油を原料とする材料等の含有量を減らすことができ、かつ、ポリエステル基材への接着性を高くすることができる。(B)脂肪族ポリエステル系樹脂が、A成分と共に配合されることで、脆化し難く、剥離強度の高いホットメルト接着剤が得られる。
本発明のホットメルト接着剤は、(C)非晶性オレフィン系重合体を含むことによって、ポリオレフィン基材への接着性が高くなる。ポリオレフィン基材への接着性が向上することで、本発明のホットメルト接着剤は、ポリオレフィンから構成される自動車内装材や衛生材料等の使い捨て製品を製造するのに適したものとなり、特に自動車内装材製造用に適している。
本発明のホットメルト接着剤は、(D)結晶性ポリプロピレン樹脂を含むことによって、耐熱性が向上する。耐熱性に優れるホットメルト接着剤は、夏場の高温時での耐久性が必要な自動車内装材用途として、非常に好適である。
本発明のホットメルト接着剤は、(E)粘着付与樹脂(E成分)を含むことにより、粘着性を向上することができる。「粘着付与樹脂」は、ホットメルト接着剤に通常使用されるものであって、本発明が目的とするホットメルト接着剤を得ることができるものであれば、特に限定されることはない。

(C1)プロピレン/エチレン/1−ブテン共重合体(エボニックデグサ社製“ベストプラスト703”)
(C2)プロピレン/エチレン/1−ブテン共重合体(エボニックデグサ社製“ベストプラスト750”)
(C3)エチレン/オクテン共重合体(ダウケミカル社製“AFFINITY GA1950”)
(D1)ランダムポリプロピレンポリマー(プライムポリマー社製“プライムポリプロ E239”)
(E1)水素添加テルペン系樹脂(ヤスハラケミカル社製“クリアロンP135”)

(E4)水素添加テルペン系樹脂(ヤスハラケミカル社製“クリアロンM115”)
(F1)酸化防止剤(アデカ社製“AO−60”)
ホットメルト接着剤の接着性について、PP板/ポリエステル不織布(“ボンニップ”前田工繊社製)の被着体に対する剥離強度から評価した。ホットメルト接着剤を空気中、180℃で溶融させ、オープンタイム20秒、0.30g/inchの塗布量でPP基材に塗布しポリエステル不織布(目付け量300g/m2)を張り合わせ試験片を作製した。

○ : 10kg/inchより大きく、16kg/inch以下
△ : 8kg/inchより大きく、10kg/inch以下
× : 8kg/inch以下、またはホットメルトにならず測定不可
◎ : 5kg/inchより大きい

△ : 1kg/inchより大きく、2kg/inch以下
× : 1kg/inch以下、またはホットメルトにならず測定不可
ホットメルト接着剤の接着性について、ポリプロピレン(PP)の被着体に対する引張せん断強度から評価した。各被着体には、幅25mm、長さ100mm、厚み2mmの短冊状のものを使用した。ホットメルト接着剤を空気中、180℃で溶融させ、25mm四方の塗布面積で厚みが2mmになるように2つの被着体を貼り合わせることで試験片を作製した。
○: 0.3MPa以上、0.5MPa以下
△: 0.1MPa以上、0.3MPa未満
×: 0.1MPa未満、またはホットメルトにならず測定不可
70mlのガラス瓶にホットメルト接着剤を35g入れ、180℃の乾燥機に24時間静置した後、外観変化を目視で判定した。
○: 極わずかに相分離、炭化物、およびリングが観察された
△: わずかに相分離、炭化物、およびリングが観察された
×: 相分離、炭化物、およびリングが観察された
Claims (4)
- (A)極性官能基で変性された共役ジエン系重合体、
(B)脂肪族ポリエステル系樹脂、
(C)非晶性オレフィン系重合体、
(D)結晶性ポリプロピレン樹脂、および
(E)粘着付与樹脂
を含むホットメルト接着剤。 - (A)極性官能基で変性された共役ジエン系重合体が、アミノ基で変性された水素添加型スチレンブロック共重合体およびマレイン酸で変性された水素添加型スチレンブロック共重合体から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- (B)脂肪族ポリエステル系樹脂がポリ乳酸系樹脂を含む、請求項1または2に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のホットメルト接着剤が塗布されて得られた自動車内装材。
