Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire sensor attachment/detachment tool and an adaptor which can easily attach/detach a fire sensor even when the fire sensor is attached/detached from a position direct under the fire sensor or a position other than the position direct under the fire sensor, or when the fire sensor is attached on an inclined ceiling.SOLUTION: An attachment/detachment tool 5 and an adaptor 9 are connected in a free angle. An auxiliary hole is provided on the attachment/detachment tool 5, and a movable range restriction screw 15 is fastened and is inserted into a movable range restriction hole 16 of the adaptor 9. Between the attachment/detachment tool 5 and the adaptor 9, a cushion material 8 such as rubber is sandwiched and is connected with an attachment/detachment tool fastening screw 17 for allowing movement with proper level of friction. Thereby the attachment/detachment tool 5 can moved freely in a certain range. In working from an oblique direction, rotation of an operation bar 12 is converted into a direction where rotating the attachment/detachment tool 5 by the adaptor 9, and the attachment/detachment tool 5 can rotate in both directions, namely normal and inverse directions. Thereby, a fire sensor 3 can be attached/detached from an oblique direction. Most of attachment/detachment working can be handled in a lower direction, and normally connection with the operation bar is in the lower direction, and during working in the oblique direction, direction is switched to the oblique direction side.

Description

The present invention relates to a fire detector attachment / detachment unit used for inspection of a fire alarm or the like and an adapter that mediates connection between the attachment / detachment unit and an operation rod.

Fire detectors are generally detachably attached to a detector base fixed to the ceiling, etc., and can be attached and removed by rotating the fire detector, but the attachment position is at a high place. Therefore, it is performed by attaching a dedicated attachment / detachment device directly to the tip of an operation rod used for inspection or the like through an adapter. For attachment / detachment, the attached / detachment device is rotated by rotating the operation rod, and the fire detector is also rotated accordingly. The connection between the attachment / detachment device and the operation rod is made through an adapter, and the connection between the adapter and the operation rod is locked when the adapter is inserted into the connection portion of the operation rod.

Therefore, there were the following problems.
(B) Since the connection between the conventional attaching / detaching device and the operation rod or adapter is tightened in a rigidly fixed manner, the fire detector cannot be rotated and attached unless it is directly under the fire detector.
(B) Even if the fire detector is attached to a slightly inclined ceiling surface or attached to a horizontal ceiling, it is difficult to attach or detach if there is an obstacle underneath and work cannot be performed directly below.
(C) The connecting part of the conventional attaching / detaching device and adapter has a shape in which the connecting part of the attaching / detaching device is sandwiched and fastened with screws, and both require an accurate dimensional accuracy and the manufacturing cost increases.
(D) [Patent Document 1] and [Patent Document 5] using the flexible rod-shaped material are disclosed, but the structure is complicated and the compatibility with the existing attachment / detachment device cannot be taken. Absent. Also, the system is different from the present invention.
(E) [Patent Document 7] is merely an adapter and does not solve this problem.
The present invention has been made to solve these problems.

08−5734  Actual application 08-5734

In view of the above-described conventional drawbacks, the present invention can use an existing attachment / detachment tool and operation rod, and the attachment / detachment of the fire detector is directly below or at a place other than directly below, or attached to an inclined ceiling. It is an object of the present invention to provide an attachment / detachment device and an adapter that can be easily attached / detached and improve the operability of such work.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, the attachment / detachment device 5 is structured to be freely movable within a certain range.

Next, as in claim 2, a cushioning material 8 such as rubber is sandwiched between the attachment / detachment device 5 and the adapter 9, and the attachment / detachment device fixing screw 17 is connected. Tightening should be in a state where it can move with moderate friction.

Next, an auxiliary hole 6 is provided in the attachment / detachment device 5 as in claim 3 and a thread is cut in the auxiliary hole 6. A movable range limiting screw 15 is passed through the auxiliary hole 6 and passed through the movable range limiting hole 16 of the adapter 9 so that the movement of the detachable device 5 is limited to a certain range.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the adapter 9 has a shape in which the surface connecting the detachable device 5 and the surface connecting the operating rod 12 form an angle of approximately 90 degrees. With this shape, the rotation of the operating rod 12 is converted into a direction in which the attachment / detachment device 5 is rotated.

As shown in claim 5, the adapter 9 has a notch A23, a notch B24, a notch C25, and a notch D26 on the side to be connected to the operating rod 12, and the connecting direction depends on the lower working direction in FIG. Make it easy to change to the diagonal working direction.

Next is the whole explanation. Referring to FIG. 1, the fire detector 3 can be attached / detached by rotating the fire detector 3 along the sensor base 2 by about 25 degrees, which is an angle required for attachment / detachment. In the attachment / detachment from the oblique direction, the fire detector 3 can be attached / detached if the rotation of the operation rod 12 is smoothly transmitted to the attachment / detachment device 5 as a rotational force by an angle of about 25 degrees plus α. For this purpose, the adapter connects the attachment / detachment device 5 and the operation rod 12 so that the connection between the attachment / detachment device 5 and the adapter 9 is formed into a free angle and the rotation of the operation rod 12 is converted into the direction of rotation of the attachment / detachment device 5. Are formed such that the surface connecting the two forms an angle of about 90 degrees. Next, in order to form a universal angle shape, a cushioning material 8 such as rubber is sandwiched between the detachable device 5 and the adapter 9 and connected with a detachable device fixing screw 17. The connection surface is adjusted so that it can move while causing moderate friction. As a result, the detachable device 5 can move the left and right head swings and the front and rear head swings small with the detacher fastening screw 17 as a fulcrum. If the attachment / detachment device 5 shakes the head greatly, the rotation of the operation rod 12 becomes difficult to be transmitted to the attachment / detachment device as a rotational force. Therefore, the movement range restriction screw 15 and the movement range restriction hole 16 restrict the movement within a certain range. Stable work can be done. Further, since the fire sensor 3 is fitted so as to rotate along the sensor base 2, the fire sensor 3 is attached to the sensor base 2 when the attaching / detaching device 5 is applied to the fire sensor 3 and the operation rod 12 is rotated. It can be rotated and removed. Therefore, the fire detector 3 can be attached and detached even from an oblique direction. Furthermore, since the attachment / detachment device 5 has a free angle, it can be easily engaged when attaching / detaching. Since most attaching / detaching operations can be performed in the lower direction, the connection with the operating rod 12 is normally set in the lower operation direction, and only when the operation in the oblique direction is necessary, the operation rod 12 is replaced with the oblique operation direction side.

As is clear from the above description, the present invention has the following effects.
(1) The auxiliary hole 6 for the movable range limiting screw 15 of the present invention can be added to an existing sensor attachment / detachment device.
(2) Even if it is not directly under the fire detector 3, it can be attached and removed if it is approximately below.
(3) The fire detector 3 can be attached / detached even from an oblique direction by replacing the adapter 9 with the oblique working direction even if it is greatly removed from directly under the fire detector 3.
(4) Switching from the lower working direction to the oblique working force direction can be performed by simply replacing the adapter 9 as shown in FIGS.
(5) Since the attachment / detachment device 5 has a free-angle structure, the fitting of the fire detector 3 and the detector base 2 at the time of attachment and the fitting of the attachment / detachment device 5 and the fire detector 3 at the time of removal can be performed very easily.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
(B) As shown in FIG. 3, the adapter 9 is provided with two holes on the side to which the attachment / detachment device 5 is connected, one of which is the movable range restriction hole 16, and the other is the attachment / detachment screw hole. 18
(B) An auxiliary hole 6 is provided in the attachment / detachment device 5 as shown in FIG. 3, and a screw thread is cut in the auxiliary hole 6 and tightened through a movable range limiting screw 15 as shown in FIG. The position of the auxiliary hole 6 is set substantially at the center of the movable range limiting hole 16 of the adapter.
(C) As shown in FIG. 2, the cushion material 8 is sandwiched between the attachment / detachment device 5 and the adapter 9 and tightened with the attachment / detachment device fixing screw 17, but the attachment / detachment device 5 is adjusted so that it can move while causing moderate friction. To do. At this time (b), the movable range limiting screw 15 passes through the movable range limiting hole 16. The adapter connection hole 7 is set so as to be larger than the diameter of the attaching / detaching device fixing screw 17. This forms a free-angle shape.
(D) As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the adapter 9 is formed in a shape in which the surface connecting the detachable device 5 and the surface connecting the operation rod 12 form an angle of approximately 90 degrees.
(E) As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the adapter 9 is connected to the adapter connecting portion 11 of the existing operating rod 12 on the side to which the operating rod 12 is connected, the width, the thickness, the depth, and the operating rod connecting hole 10 and the like. The shape is adjusted so that consistency can be obtained.
(F) As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the adapter 9 has a notch A23, a notch B24, a notch C25, and a notch D26 on the side to which the operating rod 12 is connected, and the connecting direction is the lower part of FIG. The work direction and the oblique work direction in FIG. 9 can be easily replaced.
(G) The movable range limiting hole 16 shown in FIG. 2 is preferably about two to three times as large as the movable range limiting screw 18. If the movable range restriction hole 16 becomes larger, the movable range becomes larger, and if it becomes smaller, the movable range becomes smaller.

The shape of the attachment / detachment device and operation rod of the fire detector may differ depending on the manufacturer and model, but this method can be applied by matching the shape of the connection surface between the attachment / detachment device and the operation rod with an adapter. Further, the adapter can have the same function even if the shape of the sixth aspect is formed by twisting the flat plate approximately 90 degrees as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, which leads to a reduction in manufacturing cost.
