Abstract
【解決手段】第1ヒストグラム取得部11は、細胞核染色された細胞数の計測結果を用いて蛍光強度の第1ヒストグラムを取得する。第2ヒストグラム取得部12は、第1ヒストグラムの最大値を示す蛍光強度値に基づいて規格化された第2ヒストグラムを取得する。判定部14は、第1ヒストグラムと第2ヒストグラムのいずれかに基づいて、がん細胞の有無を判定する。出力部15は、判定部14による判定結果を出力する。

Description
細胞核染色された細胞数の計測結果を用いて蛍光強度の第1ヒストグラムを取得する第1ヒストグラム取得部と、
前記第1ヒストグラムの最大値を示す蛍光強度値に基づいて規格化された第2ヒストグラムを取得する第2ヒストグラム取得部と、
前記第1ヒストグラムと前記第2ヒストグラムのいずれかに基づいて、がん細胞の有無を判定する判定部と、
前記判定部による判定結果を出力する出力部とを備える。
細胞核染色された細胞数の計測結果を用いて蛍光強度の第1ヒストグラムを取得し、
前記第1ヒストグラムの最大値を示す蛍光強度値が所定範囲外にある場合、がん細胞の存在を判定し、
前記第1ヒストグラムの最大値を示す蛍光強度値が所定範囲内にある場合、当該蛍光強度値に基づいて規格化された第2ヒストグラムを取得してがん細胞の有無を判定し、
前記判定の結果を出力する。
Claims (7)
- 細胞核染色された細胞数の計測結果を用いて蛍光強度の第1ヒストグラムを取得する第1ヒストグラム取得部と、
前記第1ヒストグラムの最大値を示す蛍光強度値に基づいて規格化された第2ヒストグラムを取得する第2ヒストグラム取得部と、
前記第1ヒストグラムと前記第2ヒストグラムのいずれかに基づいて、がん細胞の有無を判定する判定部と、
前記判定部による判定結果を出力する出力部とを備える、細胞解析装置。 - 前記判定部は、
前記第1ヒストグラムの最大値を示す蛍光強度値が所定範囲外にある場合、がん細胞の存在を判定し、
前記第1ヒストグラムの最大値を示す蛍光強度値が前記所定範囲内にある場合、前記第2ヒストグラムに基づいて、がん細胞の有無を判定する、請求項1に記載の細胞解析装置。 - 前記第2ヒストグラムに対して周波数解析を施す解析部を備え、
前記判定部は、前記周波数解析の結果に基づいて、がん細胞の有無を判定する、請求項1または2に記載の細胞解析装置。 - 前記周波数解析は、高速フーリエ変換を含む、請求項3に記載の細胞解析装置。
- 前記判定部は、前記第2ヒストグラムの蛍光強度値を、各々がデブリおよび複数のがん細胞周期のいずれかに対応付けられた複数の区間に区分するとともに、当該複数の区間の少なくとも1つについて、がん細胞の有無に係る指標を取得し、
前記複数の区間の各境界に対応する蛍光強度値は、取得される第2ヒストグラムによらず一定である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の細胞解析装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記第2ヒストグラムに係る複数のパラメータの各々に基づいて、がん細胞の有無に係る複数の指標を取得し、当該複数の指標の組合せに基づいて、がん細胞の有無を判定する、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の細胞解析装置。
- 細胞核染色された細胞数の計測結果を用いて蛍光強度の第1ヒストグラムを取得し、
前記第1ヒストグラムの最大値を示す蛍光強度値が所定範囲外にある場合、がん細胞の存在を判定し、
前記第1ヒストグラムの最大値を示す蛍光強度値が所定範囲内にある場合、当該蛍光強度値に基づいて規格化された第2ヒストグラムを取得してがん細胞の有無を判定し、
前記判定の結果を出力する、細胞解析方法。
