Abstract
Description
方法2:有機金属化合物の前駆体を含む液を基板に塗布した後に化学反応によって金属を重合させて電極を形成する方法。
p型有機半導体としてP3HTを20mgと、n型有機半導体としてPCBMを14mg採取し、溶媒クロロベンゼン(沸点131℃)1mLに溶解させて、20時間攪拌し、塗工液を調製した。
次に、乾燥窒素(露点<−80℃)の封入されたグローブボックス内で、スピンコーターを用いて、上記基板上に塗工液を塗布して、第1光電変換層を形成した。
次に、第1の光電変換層上に、イオン液体として、1−エチル−1−3−メチルイミダゾリウム−ビス(トリフルオロメチルスルホニル)イミドをスピン塗布して、再結合層を形成した。
次に、再結合層上に、ZnフタロシアニンとフラーレンC60を共蒸着して、第2の光電変換層を形成した。
次に、第2光電変換層上に、フッ化リチウムからなるバッファ層と、Alからなる第2電極層とを蒸着形成した後、ガラス板を用いて素子を封止して、積層型有機薄膜太陽電池を製造した。
実施例1と同じ方法を用いて、ガラス基板上に、第1電極層と、PEDOT/PSSからなるバッファ層と、第1光電変換層とを形成した。そして、第1光電変換層上に、フッ化リチウムからなるバッファ層と、Alからなる第2電極層とを蒸着形成した後、ガラス板を用いて素子を封止して、有機薄膜太陽電池を製造した。
実施例1と同じ方法を用いて、ガラス基板上に、第1電極層と、PEDOT/PSSからなるバッファ層と、第2光電変換層とを形成した。そして、第2光電変換層上に、フッ化リチウムからなるバッファ層と、Alからなる第2電極層とを蒸着形成した後、ガラス板を用いて素子を封止して、有機薄膜太陽電池を製造した。

Claims (7)
- 第1電極層と第2電極層との間に、p型有機半導体及びn型有機半導体を含む光電変換層が2層以上積層され、各光電変換層の界面に、透明性を有するイオン液体で構成された再結合層が設けられていることを特徴とする積層型有機薄膜太陽電池。
- 前記再結合層は、波長400〜800nmの光の透過率が80%以上である請求項1に記載の積層型有機薄膜太陽電池。
- 前記イオン液体は、イミダゾリウム、ピリジニウム、アンモニウム、ホスホニウム及びスルホニウムからなる群から選ばれるカチオンと、ハロゲンイオン、アミドイオン、イミドイオン、フッ化物イオン、硫酸イオン、リン酸イオン、フルオロ硫酸イオン、乳酸イオン、及びシュウ酸イオンからなる群より選ばれるアニオンとを含む請求項1又は2に記載の積層型有機薄膜太陽電池。
- 前記イオン液体は、1−エチル−1−3−メチルイミダゾリウム−ビス(トリフルオロメチルスルホニル)イミド、1−ブチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウム−ビス(フルオロスルホニル)イミド、及び、1−アリル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムブロマイドからなる群より選ばれる1種である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の積層型有機薄膜太陽電池。

透明性を有するイオン液体を含む塗工液を光電変換層上に塗布して前記再結合層を形成することを特徴とする積層型有機薄膜太陽電池の製造方法。 - 第1基板に前記第1電極層を形成し、次いで、前記第1電極層上に、直接又は他の層を介して、p型有機半導体及びn型有機半導体を含む塗工液を塗布して第1光電変換層を形成し、次いで、前記第1光電変換層上に、前記イオン液体を含む塗工液を塗布して再結合層を形成する工程1と、
第2基板に前記第2電極層を形成し、次いで、前記第2電極層上に、直接又は他の層を介して、p型有機半導体及びn型有機半導体を含む塗工液を塗布して第2光電変換層を形成する工程2と、
前記第1基板上の前記再結合層と、前記第2基板上の前記第2光電変換層とを接合させる工程3とを含む請求項5に記載の積層型有機薄膜太陽電池の製造方法。 - 下層の光電変換層上に、前記イオン液体を含む塗工液を塗布して再結合層を形成した後、該再結合層上に、上層の光電変換層を積層する請求項5に記載の積層型有機薄膜太陽電池の製造方法。
