Claims (25)
- 第1電極板、第2電極板、および前記第1電極板と第2電極板との間に配置されるセパレータを含む電極組立体、
前記電極組立体を収容するケース、
前記第1電極板および第2電極板に電気的に連結され、前記ケースの外側に突出する第1電極端子および第2電極端子、および
前記ケースの外側に位置し、前記第1電極端子および第2電極端子に結合した第1端子プレートおよび第2端子プレートを具備し、
前記第1端子プレートおよび第2端子プレートのうちのいずれか一つに第1ヒューズ部が形成されることを特徴とする2次電池。 - 前記第1端子プレートは、
前記第1電極端子に結合する第1端子ボディー部、および
前記第1端子ボディー部の所定領域に形成される第1ヒューズ部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1ヒューズ部は前記第1端子ボディー部より電気抵抗が大きくなるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1ヒューズ部は前記第1端子ボディー部よりその厚さが薄く形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2端子プレートは、
前記第2電極端子に結合する第2端子ボディー部、および
前記第2端子ボディー部の所定領域に形成される第1ヒューズ部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1ヒューズ部は前記第2端子ボディー部より電気抵抗が大きい他の物質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1ヒューズ部はクラッドメタルで形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極組立体の両側には、前記第1電極板および第2電極板と前記第1電極端子および第2電極端子とを電気的に連結する第1集電板および第2集電板をさらに備えており、前記第1集電板には第2ヒューズ部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1集電板は、
前記第1電極端子と結合する連結部、および
前記連結部から延長され前記第1電極板と結合する延長部を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第2ヒューズ部は前記第1電極端子と離隔されるように前記連結部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1ヒューズ部は前記第2ヒューズ部より電気抵抗が大きくなるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の2次電池。
- 前記ケースを密封し前記第2端子プレートによって覆われる短絡ホールを有するキャッププレートを含むキャップ組立体をさらに含み、
前記キャップ組立体は前記短絡ホールに形成される反転プレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の2次電池。 - 前記反転プレートは、
下に凸のラウンド部、および
前記キャッププレートに固定される枠部を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の2次電池。 - 前記反転プレートは、前記2次電池の内部圧力が設定圧力より大きくなると反転して前記第2端子プレートに接触することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の2次電池。
- 前記反転プレートは前記第2電極板と電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の2次電池。
- 第1電極板、第2電極板、および前記第1電極板と第2電極板との間に配置されるセパレータを含む電極組立体、
前記電極組立体を収容するケース、および
前記第1電極板および第2電極板に電気的に連結され、前記ケースの外側に突出する第1電極端子および第2電極端子を具備し、
前記第1電極端子は第1ヒューズ部を含むことを特徴とする2次電池。 - 前記第1電極端子は前記ケースの外側に突出する電極ボディー部、および
前記電極ボディー部の一端から前記ケースの内側方向に延長形成される第1ヒューズ部を含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1ヒューズ部は前記電極ボディー部より電気抵抗が大きくなるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1ヒューズ部は前記電極ボディー部よりその厚さが薄く形成されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極組立体の両側には、前記第1電極板および第2電極板と前記第1電極端子および第2電極端子とを電気的に連結する第1集電板および第2集電板をさらに備えており、
前記第1集電板には第2ヒューズ部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1ヒューズ部は前記第2ヒューズ部より電気抵抗が大きくなるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の2次電池。
- 前記ケースの外側に位置し、前記第1電極端子および第2電極端子に結合した第1端子プレートおよび第2端子プレート、および
前記ケースを密封し前記第1端子プレートによって覆われる短絡ホールを有するキャッププレートを含むキャップ組立体をさらに含み、
前記キャップ組立体は前記短絡ホールに形成される反転プレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の2次電池。 - 前記反転プレートは下に凸のラウンド部、および
前記キャッププレートに固定される枠部を含むことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の2次電池。 - 前記反転プレートは、前記2次電池の内部圧力が設定圧力より大きくなると反転して前記第2端子プレートに接触することを特徴とする請求項22に記載の2次電池。
- 前記反転プレートは前記第2電極板と電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の2次電池。
