  1. 水及び水中に溶解した多糖類を含む連続相と、
    前記連続相中の分散相と、を含む反応混合物であって、
    前記分散相が、
    a)単量体混合物であって、
    i)1つのエチレン性不飽和基を有する第1の単量体であって、疎水性である、第1の単量体、及び
    ii)前記第1の単量体と混和性であるポリ(アルキレンオキシド)ジ(メタ)アクリレートである第2の単量体
    を含む単量体混合物、並びに
    b)少なくとも500g/モルの重量平均分子量を有するポリ(プロピレングリコール)であって、前記第1の単量体及び前記第2の単量体と混和性である、ポリ(プロピレングリコール)
    を含む、反応混合物。
