Abstract
Description
ゴム組成物は、表1で示された成分を使用して調製した。表1で示されるゴム組成物を構成する各成分の量は、ゴム100重量部あたりの重量部(phr)で提供される。各S−SBRの微細構造およびガラス転移温度も表1で提供する。
Claims (21)
- タイヤ用のトレッドであって、前記トレッドは架橋性エラストマー組成物に基づくゴム組成物を含み;前記架橋性エラストマー組成物は、100重量部のゴム(phr)あたり:
90phr超の−100℃〜−50℃未満のガラス転移温度を有するスチレン−ブタジエンゴム、ポリブタジエンゴムまたはそれらの組み合わせから選択されるエラストマー成分;
0phr〜9phrのさらなる高不飽和ジエンエラストマー;
5phr〜120phrの少なくとも25℃のTgを有する可塑化樹脂と0phr〜60phrの可塑化液体とを含む可塑化系;
補強充填剤;および
硬化系
を含む、トレッド。 - 前記可塑化系が10phr〜55phrの前記可塑化液体を含む、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化系が55phr〜120phrの前記可塑化樹脂を含む、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記架橋性ゴム組成物が0phr〜5phrの前記さらなる高不飽和ジエンエラストマーを含む、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記架橋性ゴム組成物が0phrの前記さらなる高不飽和ジエンエラストマーを含む、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記エラストマー成分の前記ガラス転移温度が−100℃〜−55℃である、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記エラストマー成分の前記ガラス転移温度が−90℃〜−60℃である、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記ゴム組成物のガラス転移温度が−30℃〜−10℃である、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記ゴム組成物の前記せん断弾性率G*が0.6MPa〜1.1MPaである、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記エラストマー成分、前記さらなる高不飽和ジエンゴムまたはそれらの組み合わせを活性部分で官能化させる、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記エラストマーが、前記活性部分として結合したシラノール官能基を有する鎖末端を含む、請求項10記載のトレッド。
- 前記補強充填剤がシリカであり、前記ゴム組成物が90phr〜130phrの前記シリカを含む、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化樹脂が40℃〜85℃のガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化樹脂がポリリモネン樹脂である、請求項11記載のトレッド。
- 前記ゴム組成物が20phr〜70phrの前記可塑化樹脂を含む、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化液体が、ヒマワリ油、ダイズ油、ベニバナ油、コーン油、アマニ油、綿実油またはそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記可塑化液体が少なくとも80重量%のオレイン含有量を有する、請求項15記載のトレッド。
- 前記ゴム組成物が10phr〜50phrの前記可塑化液体を含む、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記ゴム組成物が−28℃〜−14℃のガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記ゴム組成物が60℃で測定して0.5MPa〜1.5MPaの剪断弾性率G*を有する、請求項1記載のトレッド。
- 前記エラストマー成分が100phrの前記スチレン−ブタジエンゴムである、請求項1記載のトレッド。
