前記繊維強化熱可塑性複合材料を前記金型キャビティ内で加熱し、そして圧縮して、前記繊維強化熱可塑性複合材料を前記埋込インサートの周りで固化成形することにより、強化繊維が前記繊維強化熱可塑性複合材料から前記少なくとも1つの周方向溝に流れ込み、そして前記少なくとも1つの周方向溝全体に充填されて、前記埋込インサートを前記繊維強化熱可塑性複合材料内の所定の位置に保持し、かつ前記埋込インサートを埋設した固化成形後の繊維強化熱可塑性複合材構造物を形成する高強度の機械的係止機構を形成する工程と、
前記埋込インサートを埋設した固化成形後の前記維強化熱可塑性複合材構造物を冷却する工程と、
前記埋込インサートを埋設した固化成形後の前記維強化熱可塑性複合材構造物を前記金型キャビティから取り出す工程と
を備える方法。 - 前記埋込インサートを前記金型キャビティに固定する前に、前記埋込インサートの前記少なくとも1つの周方向溝の表面を処理して、前記少なくとも1つの周方向溝の表面と前記繊維強化熱可塑性複合材料との接合を強める工程をさらに備え、
前記少なくとも1つの周方向溝の表面の処理は、溶剤拭き取り、研磨、砥粒吹き付け、紙やすり研磨、サンドブラスティング、化学クリーニング、化学エッチング、ゾルゲル処理、プライマー処理、及び接着処理を含むグループから選択される1種類以上の表面下地処理を含む

- 前記円筒状本体は、前記円筒状本体の外側表面に形成される第1周方向溝と、そして前記円筒状本体の内側表面に形成される第2周方向溝とを有する
