Claims (22)
- 遠隔蛍光式LED装置に使用するためのレンズ組立体であって、
外部表面及び内部表面を有するレンズ部材であって、前記外部表面は、前記内部表面と交差する光軸を規定するように湾曲している、レンズ部材と、
前記外部表面の少なくとも一部に取り付けられ、前記内部表面に隣接した基準面内の所与の光源点から発したLED光を前記基準面内の所与の像点へと反射するように構成される二色性反射体と、
前記内部表面の少なくとも一部に取り付けられ、蛍光を放射するように適合されている蛍光体層と、
を含み、
前記二色性反射体は、前記蛍光を透過させるように適合され、
(a)前記蛍光体層は、前記内部表面の1つ以上の第1部分を被覆し前記内部表面の1つ以上の第2部分を露出させるようにパターン化され、前記所与の像点は、前記1つ以上の第1部分に隣接して配設され、前記所与の光源点は、前記1つ以上の第2部分に隣接して配設され、及び/又は(b)前記蛍光体層は、前記内部表面に取外し可能に付着される、
レンズ組立体。 - 前記外部表面が連続的に湾曲している、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記外部表面が実質的に半球形である、請求項2に記載の組立体。
- 前記外部表面が分割されている、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記外部表面がフレネルレンズ面を含む、請求項4に記載の組立体。
- 前記外部表面が、前記外部表面を別個の部分に区分化する複数の弓状構造を含む、請求項4に記載の組立体。
- 前記内部表面が平坦である、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記所与の光源及び像点が、基準点によって二分割される線分を規定し、前記基準点は前記光軸の、前記基準面との交点に配設される、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記蛍光体層が、前記内部表面に取外し可能に付着され、前記所与の像点及び前記所与の光源点の双方において前記内部表面を被覆する、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記二色性反射体が、前記所与の光源点から発した前記反射LED光を前記所与の像点に集中させる効果がある、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記蛍光体層と前記内部表面との間に配設される接着剤層を更に含み、前記接着剤層は、前記蛍光体層の一部が前記内部表面から分離されるのを可能とするのに十分低い付着強度を有する、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記内部表面に取り付けられる1つ以上のスペーサ要素を更に含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記1つ以上のスペーサ要素が、前記蛍光体層を取り囲むリング構造を含む、請求項12に記載の組立体。
- 前記蛍光が広帯域可視光を含む、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記広帯域可視光が黄色光を含む、請求項14に記載の組立体。
- 前記広帯域可視光が白色光を含む、請求項14に記載の組立体。
- 遠隔蛍光式LED装置の作製方法であって、
外部表面及び内部表面を有するレンズ部材を用意する工程であって、前記外部表面は、前記内部表面と交差する光軸を規定するように湾曲している、工程と、
前記外部表面の少なくとも一部に二色性反射体を取り付ける工程であって、前記二色性反射体は、前記内部表面に隣接した基準面内の所与の光源点から発したLED光を前記基準面内の所与の像点へと反射するように構成される、工程と、
前記内部表面の少なくとも一部に蛍光体層を取外し可能に付着させる工程であって、前記蛍光体層は、前記内部表面の1つ以上の第1部分を被覆する1つ以上の第1部分、及び前記内部表面の1つ以上の第2部分を被覆する1つ以上の第2部分を含み、前記所与の像点は、前記内部表面の前記1つ以上の第1部分に隣接して配設され、前記所与の光源点は、前記内部表面の前記1つ以上の第2部分に隣接して配設される、工程と、
前記内部表面の前記1つ以上の第2部分を露出させるように前記蛍光体層をパターン化する工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記パターン化する工程が、前記蛍光体層の前記1つ以上の第1部分と前記1つ以上の第2部分との間において前記蛍光体層に刻み目を付けること、及び前記内部表面から前記蛍光体層の前記1つ以上の第2部分を分離することを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記分離することが、前記内部表面から前記蛍光体層の前記1つ以上の第2部分を剥離することを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記刻み目を付けることが、前記蛍光体層に打ち抜き機を押し付けることを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記パターン化する工程が、前記蛍光体層の前記1つ以上の第2部分における前記内部表面に対する前記蛍光体層の接合強度と比べて、前記蛍光体層の前記1つ以上の第1部分における前記内部表面に対する前記蛍光体層の接合強度を高めることを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記蛍光体層に接続される1つ以上のつまみを設けることを更に含み、前記パターン化する工程は、前記1つ以上のつまみを用いて前記蛍光体層の前記1つ以上の第2部分を剥離することを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
