Abstract
Description
a)KFZの成形体の規定領域DBに赤外線照射を適用するステップと、
b)KFZの成形体の規定領域DBに、ポリウレタン組成物Pを適用するステップと、
c)KFZの成形体の規定領域DB上のポリウレタン組成物Pを基板に固着するステップと、
d)ポリウレタン組成物Pを硬化するステップと、を含む。
a)KFZの成形体の規定領域DBに赤外線照射を適用するステップと、
b)KFZの成形体の規定領域DBにポリウレタン組成物Pを適用するステップと、
c)KFZの成形体の規定領域DB上のポリウレタン組成物Pを、基板に固着するステップと、
d)ポリウレタン組成物Pを硬化するステップと、を含む。
成分K1を調製するため、ポリオール混合物を真空溶解機に設置し、触媒および乾燥剤を添加して水蒸気を排除した後、25℃で20分間撹拌した。次に、このポリオール成分K1をポリプロピレンの並列二重カートリッジ(体積/体積=1:1)の1チャンバに流入し、プラスチックプランジャーで空気と水蒸気をきつく密封した。

Claims (10)
- プラスチック母材KFZを含有する繊維複合組成物から製作された成形体を、ポリウレタン組成物Pで糊着するための方法であって、
a)前記KFZの成形体の規定領域DBに赤外線照射を適用するステップと、
b)前記KFZの成形体の前記規定領域DBにポリウレタン組成物Pを適用するステップと、
c)前記KFZの成形体の前記規定領域DB上の前記ポリウレタン組成物Pを、基板に固着するステップと、
d)前記ポリウレタン組成物Pを硬化するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記プラスチック母材KFZを含有する繊維複合組成物が、少なくとも1つのエポキシ樹脂を含むプラスチック母材を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック母材KFZを含有する繊維複合組成物中の前記繊維が、有機繊維、好ましくは、炭素繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ステップa)における前記赤外線照射の適用が、ステップb)の前記ポリウレタン組成物Pから離れた、前記規定領域DBの表面に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ステップa)の前記KFZの成形体の前記規定領域DBの前記表面温度が、5〜600秒、特に30〜180秒間で60〜200℃、特に120〜160℃の温度にされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記KFZの成形体の前記規定領域DBの洗浄が、特に溶剤を用いて、ステップa)の前に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記KFZの成形体の前記規定領域DBの前記表面温度が、ステップa)とb)との間で、30℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 2〜200分、特に5〜180分、特に好ましくは、5〜120分の時間間隔が、ステップa)とb)との間で生じることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ステップc)の前記基板が、KFZの成形体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック母材KFZを含有する繊維複合組成物が、そのプラスチック母材がエポキシ樹脂を含有し、その繊維複合体が炭素繊維を有する材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
