Description
試験装置:
WAVE バイオリアクターシステム2/10機器(GEヘルスケアバイオサイエンス、スウェーデン)、可撓性袋Cellbag(商標)2L、5個(GEヘルスケアバイオサイエンス、スウェーデン)、各々濃度9mg/mlのNaCl1Lで満たされており、空気入口とガス出口内の排ガスフィルター装置とが備え付けられていた。Wave機器についてのパラメータ設定は以下の通りである。
温度 37.2℃
揺動速度 10rpm
揺動角度 6°
空気流量 0.21L/分
時間 23時間。
Claims (17)
- フィルター媒体(1)、ガス入口(3;13;23)及びガス出口(4;14;24)を有するハウジング(2;12;22)を備えるバイオリアクター用排ガスフィルター装置であって、前記ハウジング(2;12;22)の1以上の内壁から延在する複数のリブ(5;15;25)を前記ガス入口(3;13;23)と前記フィルター媒体(1)の間の領域にさらに備えている、排ガスフィルター装置。
- 前記リブが前記ハウジングの2つの対向する内壁間に延在し、底部にある前記入口と前記フィルター媒体(1)の間に複数のチャネル(6;16;26)を画成している、請求項1記載の排ガスフィルター装置。
- 前記チャネル(6;16;26)が、平均屈曲度>1.1などで屈曲している、請求項2記載の排ガスフィルター装置。
- 前記リブは、連続ジグザグパターン又は不連続ジグザグパターンで配置されている、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の排ガスフィルター装置。
- 前記ハウジング(2;12;22)は単層である、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の排ガスフィルター装置。
- 前記フィルター媒体(1)には、前記ガス入口(3;13;23)と前記ガス出口(4;14;24)とを結ぶ直線に対して60〜90度、例えば80〜90度の角度で平面に延在しているプリーツ(7)が付けられている、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の排ガスフィルター装置。
- プリーツ角度(9)は20〜120度、例えば30〜100度である、請求項6記載の排ガスフィルター装置。
- 複数のプリーツは、前記ハウジング(12;22)の1以上の壁から延在するプリーツ支持ロッド(10;20)により支持されている、請求項6又は請求項7記載の排ガスフィルター装置。
- 前記フィルター媒体は疎水性である、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の排ガスフィルター装置。
- 前記ハウジングの外壁にクランプ締めされている1以上のペルティエ素子をさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の排ガスフィルター装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の排ガスフィルター装置(31)を備えるバイオリアクター(30)。
- 可動プラットホーム(33)上に取り付けられている可撓性袋などの可撓性袋(32)を備える、請求項11記載のバイオリアクター。
- 請求項11又は請求項12記載のバイオリアクターでの細胞培養の方法。
- 培養中に、水蒸気が前記複数のリブ上で凝縮する、請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記細胞培養容積が100L未満、例えば0.5L以上20L以下である、請求項13又は請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記排ガスフィルター装置に冷却液が適用されない、請求項13乃至請求項15のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記排ガスフィルター装置は、前記ガス出口(4;14;24)が前記ガス入口(3;13;23)の上方にあり、且つ前記ガス入口と前記ガス出口とを結ぶ直線が垂直平面に対して約30度未満の状態で配置されている、請求項13乃至請求項16のいずれか1項記載の方法。
