Claims (7)
- ヒトの心臓の心室内へのインプラントに適した心臓ポンプであって、
a) 血液の導入口(4,104)、血液の排出口(5,105)、及び、前記導入口と排出口との間に延びる血液の一次流路(6,106)を具備したハウジング(1,101);並びに、
b) 前記ハウジング内に配置されて、血液が前記一次流路に沿って導入口から排出口に流れるのを生じさせるための回転可能なポンプ部材(2,102)であって、
当該ポンプ部材が、上流側ベアリング(22,122)及び下流側ベアリング(23,123)において前記ハウジングに回転可能に連結されており、且つ、
当該ポンプ部材がインペラ(11,111)を備え、そのインペラが当該ポンプ部材と前記ハウジングとの間に二次流路(27,127)を区画形成するインペラ側板(17,117)を含み、且つ、
前記二次流路が入口(28,128)及び出口(29,129)を有する、ところのポンプ部材(2,102)、
を備えており、
前記二次流路の入口及び出口が前記一次流路と流体連通の状態にあり、前記入口に対して前記出口が一次流路の上流側にあり、その結果、一次流路に沿った血流は、前記入口での圧力に対して前記出口での圧力の低下をもたらし、前記二次流路に沿った血液の流れをもたらす、心臓ポンプにおいて、
前記下流側ベアリングは、回転するベアリング部材(24)と、そのベアリング部材のための静止したベアリング座部(25)とを備えており、
前記ベアリング座部と前記ベアリング部材との間には円周遷移部(26)が存在し、
前記円周遷移部は、前記二次流路内に配置され、前記二次流路に沿って流れる血液によって洗浄されるように構成されている、ことを特徴とする心臓ポンプ。 - 前記出口(29,129)は、血液が前記一次流路に戻されるのを許容する複数の開口を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心臓ポンプ。
- 前記出口(29,129)は、ポンプ室から前記一次流路に出ていく血液を、当該出口に隣接する前記一次流路に沿った血流の方向に向けさせるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の心臓ポンプ。 - 前記排出口は、血液が前記インペラ側板を通って入口(28,128)に流れるように、インペラ側板の下流側に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の心臓ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジングは、カニューレ部(13,113)と、ポンプ室(3,113)を含んだポンプ部とを備えており、前記導入口は前記カニューレ部に配置され、前記排出口は前記ポンプ室に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の心臓ポンプ。
- 前記カニューレ部は、心室の内部から延びて心室の壁をまたぐように設置される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の心臓ポンプ。
- ロータ(18,118)と、インペラ駆動用のモーターコイル(20,120)を含むステータとを更に備えてなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の心臓ポンプ。
