Claims (1)
- ヒトの心臓の心室(7)内へのインプラントに適した心臓ポンプであって、
a) 血液の導入口(4,104)、血液の排出口(5,105)、及び、前記導入口と排出口との間に延びる血液の一次流路(6,106)を具備したハウジング(1,101)、並びに、
b) 前記ハウジング内に配置されて、血液が前記一次流路に沿って導入口から排出口に流れるのを生じさせるための回転可能なポンプ部材(2,102)であって、
当該ポンプ部材が、上流側ベアリング(22,122)及び下流側ベアリング(23,123)において前記ハウジングに回転可能に連結されており、前記下流側ベアリングは、回転ベアリング部材(24)と、その回転ベアリング部材のための静止ベアリング座部(25)とを備え、且つ、
当該ポンプ部材がインペラ(11,111)を備え、そのインペラが当該ポンプ部材と前記ハウジングとの間に二次流路(27,127)を区画形成するインペラ側板(17,117)を含み、且つ、
前記二次流路が入口(28,128)及び出口(29,129)を有する、ところのポンプ部材(2,102)、
を備えており、
前記二次流路の入口及び出口が前記一次流路と流体連通の状態にあり、前記入口に対して前記出口が一次流路の上流側にあり、その結果、一次流路に沿った血流は、前記入口での圧力に対して前記出口での圧力の低下をもたらし、前記二次流路に沿った血液の流れをもたらす、心臓ポンプにおいて、
前記回転ベアリング部材(24)から前記静止ベアリング座部(25)にいたる範囲に、前記回転可能なポンプ部材(2,102)の長軸を通る断面において略円弧状にカーブした円周遷移部(26)が存在し、
前記円周遷移部は、前記回転可能なポンプ部材(2,102)の表面および当該円周遷移部に隣接するハウジング(1,101)の表面において不連続性の無い、スムーズで連続した輪郭を提供するものであり、
前記円周遷移部は、前記二次流路(27,127)内に配置されると共に、前記二次流路に沿って且つ前記下流側ベアリング(23,123)上を流れる血液の絶え間ない流れによって洗浄されるように構成されている、ことを特徴とする心臓ポンプ。
