Abstract

Claims (20)
- タイルであって、
(a)第1端部から第2端部へと直径又は距離が増加し、(b)反射面を有する少なくとも1つのキャビティを有する少なくとも第1ガラス基板と、
少なくとも1つの発光ダイオード(LED)であって、配置された前記キャビティの反射面が各々の前記LEDから放射される光の少なくとも一部を反射できるように各々の前記キャビティの前記第1端部又はその近辺の少なくとも1つのLEDと、
活性熱管理システムであって、前記LEDは、前記活性熱管理システムと前記第2端部との間にあり、前記活性熱管理システムは、前記活性熱管理システムの第1側から前記活性熱管理システムの第2側に熱を可変的に伝達するように構成され、前記第1側は、前記第2側より少なくとも1つのLEDに近接するように、前記少なくとも1つのLEDの近辺に配置される活性熱管理システムと、
を含むタイルと、
前記少なくとも1つのLED及び/又は前記活性熱管理システムに関連する温度を感知し、感知された温度制御に基づいて前記活性熱管理システムに可変的に伝えられた熱を制御するように構成され、前記活性熱管理システムに接続される熱制御器と、
を含む装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのLEDの間にある前記活性熱管理システムの近辺に配置されるパッシブヒートシンクをさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記熱制御器は、前記活性熱管理システムに電気エネルギを供給するように構成され、
前記伝えられた熱は、前記活性熱管理システムに供給される電気エネルギの量に基づく、

前記装置を出る光は、第3スペクトルを有する、

照明システム。 - 第1端部から第2端部へと直径又は距離が増加する少なくとも1つのキャビティをガラス基板に形成するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つのキャビティの表面に反射素子を配置するステップと、
配置された前記反射素子が各々の発光ダイオード(LED)から放出される光の少なくとも一部を反射できるように各々の前記キャビティの前記第1端部又はその近辺に前記LEDを配置するステップと、
各々の前記LEDが活性熱管理システムと前記第1端部との間にあり、前記活性熱管理システムは、前記活性熱管理システムの第1側から前記活性熱管理システムの第2側に熱を可変的に伝達するように構成され、前記第1側は、前記第2側より前記各々のLEDに近接するように、前記活性熱管理システムを、配置された各々の前記LEDの近辺に配置するステップと、
少なくとも1つの前記LED及び/又は前記活性熱管理システムに関連する温度を感知し、感知された温度制御に基づいて可変的に伝えられた熱を制御するように構成される熱制御器が少なくとも前記活性熱管理システムに接続されるステップと、
を含む照明フィクスチャの製造方法。 - 前記活性熱管理システムは、熱電冷却器(TEC)を含む、
請求項17に記載の照明フィクスチャの方法。 - 各々の前記キャビティ内にコリメートレンズを配置するステップをさらに含み、
各々の前記キャビティの第2端部を出る反射光が10度〜30度の分布を有するように実質的にコリメートされ、
各々の前記キャビティの反射面は、前記各々のLEDから光のエタンデュ(etendue)を保存するように構成される、
請求項17又は請求項18に記載の照明フィクスチャの方法。 - 前記第1端部上に蛍光体含有物質を配置するステップをさらに含む、
