Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- システムにおいて石炭を処理して灰分を低下させるための工業的方法であって、
該システムが、第1の貯水タンク(1)、第2の貯水タンク(2)、ディーゼル貯蔵タンク(3)、熱流体加熱器(4)、熱流体貯蔵タンク(5)、熱流体ポンプ(6)、熱交換器(7)、熱流体膨張タンク(8)、N2ガスボンベ(9)、反応器(10)、送水ポンプ(11)及び還流冷却器(12)を備え、
(i)エチレンジアミン(EDA)を含むN−メチル−2−ピロリドン(NMP)中で石炭微粉のスラリーを形成するステップであって、NMP対EDA比が溶液中5:1〜25:1で変化し、該スラリーは、石炭1g当たり約6〜18mlの溶液を含有するステップと、
(ii)150℃〜22℃の温度範囲、及び1〜4ゲージ(kg/cm2)の圧力範囲の反応器内で、約1〜3時間該スラリーを維持するステップと、
(iii)ろ布(処理しようとする粒径及び最終生成物に応じて分離カットサイズは変わる)での粗ろ過によって該スラリーのサンプルを分離して、ろ液又は抽出物と残留物とを得るステップと、
(iv)濃縮抽出物を添加することによって水中で該石炭を沈殿させるステップと、
(vi)灰分が低減された該石炭をろ過によって分離するステップとを含む、工業的方法。 - 前記石炭が粗鉱炭(run of mine coal)を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒径は、好ましくは0.5mm以下であり、最終用途に応じて任意の細径である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 灰分が<1%である前記超低灰分精炭又は超清浄炭が、前記抽出溶液の精密なろ過によって製造される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 灰分が<1%である前記超低灰分精炭又は超清浄炭を使用して、黒鉛、液体燃料、芳香族高分子、特殊化学製品、カーボンナノチューブなどの炭素材料を製造することができる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 灰分が<8%である精炭が、前記抽出溶液の粗ろ過によって製造される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記灰分が<8%である精炭が、コークス製造、鉄鋼産業における高炉注入、及び発電所の1つに使用することができる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 灰分が<8%である前記精炭が、精炭約50%の歩留まりで前記システムにおいて製造される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 灰分が<8%である前記精炭が、1:6〜1:18の変動する石炭対溶媒比で前記システムにおいて製造される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 灰分が<8%である前記精炭が、実験装置の歩留まりに相当する歩留まりで前記システムにおいて製造される、請求項1に記載の方法。
