Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、プリント回路基板上に形成される複数のLED光源と前記LED光源が貫通される構造で前記プリント回路基板上に積層される反射ユニットとを含み、前記反射ユニットは、互いに対向して配置される第1反射フィルム及び第2反射フィルムと前記第1及び第2反射フィルムを接着させ、内部に第1エア領域が形成される複数の単位エアセルが相互に連通される構造で密着して配置される第1接着パターン層とを含んで構成される。
本発明によると、プリント回路基板の表面にエア領域を有する反射ユニットを備えることにより、光の反射率の向上と共に、輝度向上を極大化し、照明装置の厚さや光源の数を増加させなくても輝度を向上させることができ、エア領域を形成する離隔部材(スペーサ)のパターンデザインにより光の調節及び反射効率を極大化することができる効果もある。

図3は、本発明に係る照明装置の要部を示す断面概念図であり、図4は、図3の構造での反射ユニットの細部構成を説明するための要部拡大図である。
図8は、本発明に係る照明装置の他の実施例を示すものである。
上述した第2実施例の構造から改良された構造で前記レジン層上に光拡散を促進する光学パターン層が形成された第3の実施例の照明装置の構造を説明する。

図3は、本発明に係る照明装置の要部を示す断面概念図であり、図4は、図3の構造での反射ユニットの細部構成を説明するための要部拡大図である。
図8は、本発明に係る照明装置の他の実施例を示すものである。
上述した第2実施例の構造から改良された構造で前記レジン層上に光拡散を促進する光学パターン層が形成された第3の実施例の照明装置の構造を説明する。
Claims (21)
- プリント回路基板上に形成される複数のLED光源と、
前記LED光源が貫通される構造で前記プリント回路基板上に積層される反射ユニットとを含み、
前記反射ユニットは、互いに対向して配置される第1反射フィルム及び第2反射フィルムと
前記第1及び第2反射フィルムを接着させ、内部に第1エア領域が形成される複数の単位エアセルが相互に連通される構造で密着されて配置される第1接着パターン層とを含む照明装置。 - 前記第1接着パターン層は、
前記単位エアセルが上部の開口した接着隔壁体の構造でパターニングされ、
前記接着隔壁体が複数密着して配置され、各接着隔壁体は、少なくとも1以上の連通孔を備えて相互に連通される請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第1接着パターン層は、
前記単位エアセルの平面形状が同じ形状に配置されるか、互いに異なる平面形状を有する構造が複数配置される構造である請求項2に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第1接着パターン層は、
同じ形状の多角形構造であり、
前記連通孔は、多角形の1つ以上の頂点部分に形成される請求項2に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第1反射フィルムは、ベース基材上に積層される第1基材と前記第1基材上に積層される金属層と、
前記第1反射フィルムと離隔されて前記第1エア領域を形成する透明物質の第2反射フィルムとを含んで構成される請求項2項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第1反射フィルムは、前記プリント回路基板の表面に密着する白色PET (white polyethylen terephthalate)からなる第1反射フィルムと、
前記第1反射フィルムと離隔されて第1エア領域を形成する透明物質の第2反射フィルムとを含んで構成される請求項2に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第1接着パターン層は、熱硬化型PSA、熱硬化型接着剤、UV硬化型PSAタイプの物質を用いて形成される請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第2反射フィルムは、
前記第2反射フィルムの表面に反射パターンがさらに形成される請求項2項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記反射パターンは、
TiO2、CaCO3、BaSO4、Al2O3、Silicon、PSのうちいずれか1つを含む反射インクを適用して形成される請求項8に記載の照明装置。 - 前記照明装置は、
前記反射ユニットの上面に前記LED光源の高さ以上に積層されるレジン層をさらに含む請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記レジン層は、光の反射を増加させるビーズ(bead)をレジン層の全体重量に対し て0.01〜0.3重量%さらに含む請求項10に記載の照明装置。
- 前記照明装置は、
前記レジン層の上部に配置されて光を拡散させる光学パターンが形成される光学パターン層をさらに含む請求項10に記載の照明装置。 - 前記光学パターンは、
TiO2、CaCO3、BaSO4、Al2O3、Silicon、PSから選ばれるいずれか1つ以上の物質を含む材料で形成される請求項12に記載の照明装置。 - 前記光学パターン層は、前記光学パターンの周辺部を取り囲む第2エア領域を形成する第2接着パターン層を含んで構成される請求項12に記載の照明装置。
- 前記光学パターン層は、
前記光学パターンを内部に含む第1基板及び第2基板を備え、
前記第2接着パターン層は、前記光学パターンの周辺部を取り囲む前記第2エア領域以外の部分に塗布される請求項14に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第2接着パターン層が形成される前記第2エア領域の平面形状は、
円形、楕円形、長方形、正方形、多角形のうちいずれか1つを含む請求項14に記載の照明装置。 - 前記光学パターン層の上部に配置される拡散板をさらに含む請求項14に記載の照明装置。
- 前記光学パターン層と前記拡散板との間には第3エア領域を備えるエアギャップモジュールがさらに備えられる請求項17に記載の照明装置。
- 前記エアギャップモジュールは、
前記拡散板の下部をパターニングして第3エア領域とブリッジを形成した一体型構造で形成される請求項18に記載の照明装置。 - 前記エアギャップモジュールは、
前記拡散板の下部に独立したスペーサ部材としてブリッジを形成して第3エア領域を備えた構造で形成される請求項18に記載の照明装置。 - プリント回路基板上に形成される発光ダイオード(LED)と、
前記発光ダイオード( LED)を覆う構造で積層されるレジン層と、
前記プリント回路基板と前記レジン層との間に配置される第1エア領域を備える反射ユニットとを含む請求項10に記載の照明装置を含む液晶表示装置。
