Abstract
【解決手段】1)エアロゾル消火装置は爆燃を発生するとき、前記エアロゾル消火装置に適応する爆発レリーフ装置がエアロゾル消火装置の熱気流のジェット方向に限られた変位を発生するステップと、2)爆発レリーフ装置の末端がエアロゾル消火装置の縁に到達する時、爆発レリーフ装置が制限され、エアロゾル消火装置の熱気流ジェット方向に発生した変位を停止することで、エアロゾル消火装置の爆発レリーフと、発射反力の軽減の目的を達成するステップと、を含むエアロゾル消火装置の爆発レリーフ方法である。

エアロゾル消火装置の爆発レリーフ方法であって、前記方法は以下のステップを含むことを特徴とする。
Claims (8)
- エアロゾル消火装置の爆発レリーフ方法であって、
1)エアロゾル消火装置(1)は爆燃を発生するとき、前記エアロゾル消火装置(1)に適応する爆発レリーフ装置(2)が、エアロゾル消火装置(1)の熱気流のジェット方向に限られた変位を発生するステップと、
2)爆発レリーフ装置(2)の末端がエアロゾル消火装置(1)の縁に到達する時、爆発レリーフ装置(2)が限られ、エアロゾル消火装置(1)の熱気流ジェット方向に発生した変位を停止することで、エアロゾル消火装置(1)の爆発レリーフの目的を達成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするエアロゾル消火装置の爆発レリーフ方法。 - 前記爆発レリーフ装置(2)は、摩擦層(7)と、リミット装置(8)を介してエアロゾル消火装置(1)に固定し接続する接続ロッド(5)と、及び接続ロッド(5)が移動するとき、それをガイドするガイド手段(6)と、リミット装置(8)と、を含み、
前記接続ロッド(5)の末端がエアロゾル消火装置(1)から逸脱しようとする時、リミット装置(8)によりそれをリミットすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゾル消火装置の爆発レリーフ方法。 - 前記ガイド手段は、接続ロッド(5)に固定し接続するガイドループ(12)である又はエアロゾル消火装置(1)の外壁に配置され接続ロッド(5)をそれに沿ってスライド可能にするガイド槽であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエアロゾル消火装置の爆発レリーフ方法。
- 前記リミット装置(8)はエアロゾル消火装置(1)の噴出口が設けられる一つの端に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエアロゾル消火装置の爆発レリーフ方法。
- 前記接続ロッド(5)の変位は30〜80mmであることを特徴とする請求項2、3又は4のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル消火装置の爆発レリーフ方法。
- 前記リミット装置(8)は、エアロゾル消火装置(1)の噴出口側に固定し接続するフランジ(9)と、接続ロッド(5)を固定するジョー(10)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のエアロゾル消火装置の爆発レリーフ方法。
- 前記フランジ(9)とガイドループ(12)との間に、さらにバッファ部材(11)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエアロゾル消火装置の爆発レリーフ方法。
- 前記エアロゾル消火装置(1)は、ポータブル式消火装置又は固定式消火装置であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゾル消火装置の爆発レリーフ方法。
