Description
そのようなタイプの装置では、選別対象である生産物の流れが、通常は自由飛行状態で、撮像領域及び選別領域を通じて次々に搬送される。上記撮像領域においては、指定された欠陥が探され、上記選別領域においては、欠陥が識別されて廃棄されるべき生産物が、生産物の流れから除去または分離される。その除去は、通常、生産物の流れに近接配置された1つ以上のエジェクタから、空気などの気体を一回以上噴出させる方法によって行われる。

Claims (13)
- 生産物の流れの中の生産物片を検査する装置であって、
観察ステーションに自由飛行状態で搬送するために、生産物片の流れを生成するシステムと、
前記観察ステーションの中の生産物からの反射光を得るために、前記観察ステーションを一方の側方から光で照明する第1の発光手段と、
前記観察ステーションの中の生産物からの反射光を得るために、前記観察ステーションを他方の側方から光で照明する第2の発光手段と、
前記観察ステーションの中の生産物片から反射され、前記観察ステーションを横切って伝達された、前記第1及び第2の発光手段からの光を受光する走査システムと、
前記観察ステーションにおける生産物の流れを連続的に照明するために、第1及び第2の走査フェーズにおいて交互に前記第1及び第2の発光手段を駆動する手段と、
を備える装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の発光手段は異なる波長範囲の光を発する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の発光手段は赤色及び青色の波長範囲の光を発し、前記第2の発光手段は赤色の波長範囲の光のみを発する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の発光手段の各々に対して背景照明を提供するために、前記観察ステーションの各側方に配された補助照明を含む、先行請求項の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記それぞれの発光手段は、前記それぞれの側方から第1の角度で前記観察ステーションを照明し、前記補助照明は前記第1の角度とは異なる第2の角度から前記それぞれの反対側の側方を照明する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の発光手段の各々は、少なくとも2つの異なる波長範囲で光を発するように動作可能であり、それにより、前記第2の発光手段は前記第1のフェーズにおいて背景照明を提供し、前記第1の発光手段は前記第2のフェーズにおいて透過照明を提供する、請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の発光手段は発光ダイオードを備えている、先行請求項の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記それぞれの走査フェーズにおいて背景照明を提供するために、前記第1及び第2の発光手段の各々の後方に配された補助発光手段を含む、先行請求項の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記補助発光手段または前記補助照明は、異なる、変化する、または交番の波長範囲または振幅範囲で光を発する、請求項8に記載の、または請求項4に従属する先行請求項の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記補助発光手段または前記補助照明は、異なる、変化する、または交番の電流入力に応答して光を発する、請求項8に記載の、または請求項4に従属する先行請求項の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の発光手段は異なる振幅範囲で光を発する、先行請求項の何れかに記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の発光手段は異なる、変化する、または交番の電流入力に応答して光を発する、先行請求項の何れかに記載の装置。
- 本明細書において図2及び図3を参照して実質的に説明されている選別検査装置。
