Abstract
Description
・根元部および翼部をロータディスクの取り付け溝において根元の支持面を形成する斜めの側面によってつなぎ合わせて備えているプリフォームを、糸を三次元的に織ることによって製作するステップと、
・プリフォームの上述の側面に対応する第1の斜めの側面と、プリフォームの根元部に当接する第2の斜めの面とを含んでおり、第2の斜めの面が第1の斜めの側面とは反対の方向に傾斜している凹所を有するモールドに、プリフォームを圧密成形するステップと、
・モールドへと真空のもとで樹脂を注入し、樹脂を重合させるステップとからなる。
Claims (11)
- プリフォーム(9)をモールド(10)内に配置するステップと、モールド(10)へと樹脂を注入してプリフォーム(9)を含浸させるステップと、樹脂の硬化後に部品(1)をモールドから取り出すステップとからなる複合材料製の部品(1)の射出成形方法であって、
樹脂の硬化の際にモールド(10)の内部において樹脂およびプリフォーム(9)に圧力を加えるステップ
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、成形方法。 - 圧力が、樹脂の硬化の程度が20%から30%の範囲に位置する値を超える前に、モールド(10)内の部品(1)へと加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- モールド(10)内の部品(1)へと加えられる圧力が、樹脂の硬化の最中に発生する気体の蒸気圧よりも高いことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の成形方法。
- 部品(1)へと加えられる圧力が、大気圧と比べて2bar以上高いことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の成形方法。
- 樹脂が、エポキシ樹脂、ビスマレイミド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、あるいは揮発性の不純物および/または溶媒を含む任意の樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の成形方法。
- 圧力が、例えば空気またはチッ素などの気体あるいは樹脂と混和しない液体を注入するなど、モールドへと加圧下の流体を注入することによって部品(1)へと加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の成形方法。
- 加圧下の流体が、複数の別個の点(3)を介してモールドへと注入されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の成形方法。
- プリフォーム(9)および樹脂が、少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(11)によってモールド(10)において圧縮されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の成形方法。
- 膨張に適した要素が、モールドに挿入され、樹脂の硬化の際に要素によって樹脂およびプリフォームへと圧力が加えられるように、部品の射出成形の際に温度上昇がモールドへと加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の成形方法。
- モールド(10)が、樹脂の注入のために排気されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の成形方法。
- モールドへの樹脂の注入と樹脂およびモールドの加圧との連続する段階を複数回含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の成形方法。
