The suspension device for restraining the driving wheel (310) to the robot body (100) rotates about the driving motor (340) as an axis fulcrum, and has an electric binding means inside, and the driving wheel (310) at the end. The suspension arm (320) to which the motor is coupled and the end of the suspension arm (320) on the drive motor (340) side are restrained to be elastically bound to the robot body (100), and the drive wheel (310) is elastically projected. As described above, the suspension arm (320) is configured by a suspension spring (330) that elastically rotates.
